Unfortunately,
I
was
massively
disappointed
and
will
not
recommend
this
store
to
anyone
and
will
not
visit
it
again.
The
following
situation:
My
watch
needed
a
battery
change,
so
I
looked
for
a
suitable
retailer
on
the
Bruno
Söhnle
Glashütte
website
and
found
this
shop.
So
I
went
and
handed
in
my
watch.
I
took
a
note
with
me
and
the
lady
said
I
could
pick
up
the
watch
again
from
4:00
p.m.,
she
would
do
it
and
she
would
have
the
time
for
it.
Since
I
still
had
appointments
that
day,
I
didn't
manage
to
pick
them
up
again
until
the
weekend.
I
noticed
that
it
had
various
scratches
on
the
back.
The
lady
I
left
the
watch
with
was
there
too,
but
as
soon
as
she
saw
me
entering
the
store,
she
walked
to
the
other
end
(no
other
customer
in
the
store)
and
her
colleague
came
up
to
me.
I
showed
her
the
scratches
and
she
couldn't
see
any
at
first,
after
half-heartedly
polishing
the
watch
she
said
they
were
there
before.
I
just
thought
too
bad
I
didn't
take
a
picture
beforehand,
paid
and
drove
home.
When
I
got
there,
I
looked
at
the
watch
again
extensively
and
had
to
realize
that
the
time
was
no
longer
correct,
but
it
was
in
the
shop.
So
I
looked
again
at
the
back
and
saw
that
the
battery
wasn't
properly
clamped
in
and
one
of
the
brackets
wasn't
repositioned
properly.
The
chronograph
hands
had
not
returned
to
their
original
position
("12
o'clock")
on
the
front
either.
After
noticing
these
flaws,
I
went
back
and
showed
her
(again
the
lady
from
the
first
visit)
the
problems
and
asked
her
to
do
this
properly
and
also
adjust
the
hands,
which
she
said
was
no
problem
on
this
visit
be.
She
then
said
I
could
pick
up
the
watch
again
next
Tuesday,
but
I
didn't
make
it
until
a
week
later.
Now
it
was
again
the
lady
who
had
already
served
me
twice
that
I
spoke
to
this
time.
The
battery
terminal
now
looks
badly
abused,
but
it
is
in
the
correct
position,
but
you
cannot
set
all
the
hands,
you
would
have
to
send
the
watch
in
for
this,
as
this
requires
a
real
watchmaker
and
for
which
they
now
wanted
€25,
which
surprised
me
,
as
she
said
before
that
her
in-house
watchmaker
could
do
this
as
a
matter
of
course.
Given
the
way
the
watch
was
handled
and
the
snootiness
(though
I
don't
even
know
what
the
reason
for
that
is)
I
decided
to
go
and
find
someone
capable
and
write
this
review
.
On
the
way
home
I
looked
on
the
internet
and
found
the
manual
for
the
movement,
which
allowed
me
to
set
everything
up
in
just
under
five
minutes
and
which
mentions
that
this
can
happen
after
a
battery
change.
So
the
lady
cheekily
lied
to
my
face
when
she
said
to
me
in
the
shop
that
you
can't
get
to
it
and
that
it
doesn't
change
when
you
change
the
battery.
So
I
can
only
recommend
everyone
to
choose
another
store.
Unfortunately,
you
will
look
in
vain
for
competence
and
service
here.
I
will
also
inform
Bruno
Soehnle
about
how
their
products
are
treated
and
what
knowledge
this
shop
has
as
a
"specialist
dealer"
and
how
it
will
represent
Bruno
Soehnle
Glashütte.
(Original)
Ich
wurde
leider
massiv
enttäuscht
und
werde
diesen
Laden
nicht
weiter
empfehlen
und
nicht
mehr
aufsuchen.
Folgende
Situation:
Meine
Uhr
brauchte
einen
Batteriewechsel,
also
habe
ich
nach
einem
passenden
Fachhändler
auf
der
Seite
von
Bruno
Söhnle
Glashütte
geschaut
und
diesen
Laden
gefunden.
Also
bin
ich
hin
und
habe
meine
Uhr
abgegeben.
Zettel
mitgenommen
und
die
Dame
meinte
ich
kann
die
Uhr
ab
16:00
Uhr
wieder
abholen,
sie
macht
es
und
sie
hätte
dafür
die
Zeit.
Da
ich
an
dem
Tag
noch
Termine
hatte,
schaffte
ich
es
erst
zum
Wochenende
wieder
hin
um
die
Uhr
abzuholen.
Dabei
musste
ich
feststellen,
dass
sie
diverse
Kratzer
auf
der
Rückseite
aufwies.
Die
Dame
bei
der
ich
die
Uhr
gelassen
hatte,
war
auch
da,
aber
sobald
sie
mich
sah
als
ich
den
Laden
betrat,
zum
anderen
Ende
ging
(kein
weiterer
Kunde
im
Laden)
und
ihre
Kollegin
kam
auf
mich
zu.
Ich
zeigte
ihr
die
Kratzer
und
sie
konnte
zuerst
keine
erkennen,
nach
dem
sie
die
Uhr
halbherzig
polierte,
meinte
sie
die
wären
schon
vorher
da
gewesen.
Ich
dachte
mir
nur
schade,
dass
ich
vorher
kein
Bild
gemacht
habe,
bezahlte
und
fuhr
nach
Hause.
Dort
angekommen
betrachtete
ich
die
Uhr
nochmal
ausgiebig
und
musste
auch
feststellen,
dass
die
Uhrzeit
nicht
mehr
stimmte,
im
Laden
jedoch
schon.
Also
schaute
ich
mir
die
Rückseite
nochmal
an
und
sah,
dass
die
Batterie
nicht
ordentlich
eingeklemmt
wurde
und
eine
der
Halterungen
nicht
wieder
richtig
positioniert
war.
Auch
auf
der
Vorderseite
hatten
sich
die
Chronographenzeiger
nicht
auf
die
Ursprungsposition
("12
Uhr")
gestellt.
Nach
dem
ich
diese
Mängel
feststellt
habe,
bin
ich
also
wieder
hin
und
zeigte
ihr
(wieder
die
Dame
vom
ersten
Besuch)
die
Probleme
und
bat
sie
darum,
dies
richtig
zu
machen
und
auch
die
Zeiger
einzustellen,
welches
bei
diesem
Besuch
laut
ihrer
Auskunft
kein
Problem
sei.
Daraufhin
meinte
sie
ich
könne
die
Uhr
am
nächsten
Dienstag
wieder
abholen,
jedoch
schaffte
ich
es
erst
eine
Woche
später
hin.
Nun
war
es
wieder
die
Dame,
die
mich
bereits
zweimal
bediente,
die
ich
diesmal
sprach.
Die
Klemme
der
Batterie
sieht
nun
stark
misshandelt
aus,
sitzt
jedoch
in
der
eigentlichen
Position,
die
Zeiger
könne
Sie
jedoch
nicht
alle
einstellen,
dafür
müsste
Sie
die
Uhr
einschicken,
da
dies
einen
richtigen
Uhrmacher
bedarf
und
wofür
sie
nun
25€
wollte,
was
mich
verwunderte,
da
sie
davor
davon
sprach,
dass
ihr
hauseigener
Uhrmacher
dies
selbstverständlich
machen
könne.
Da
mir
die
Art
und
Weise,
wie
mit
der
Uhr
umgegangen
wurde
und
mit
welcher
Hochnäsigkeit
(wobei
ich
noch
nicht
mal
weiß,
worauf
diese
begründet
sein
soll)
man
mir
begegnete,
beschloss
ich
zu
gehen,
mir
jemand
fähigen
zu
suchen
und
diese
Rezension
zu
schreiben.
Auf
dem
Weg
nach
Hause
schaute
ich
dann
im
Internet
nach
und
fand
das
Manual
des
Uhrwerks,
wodurch
ich
in
knapp
fünf
Minuten
alles
einstellen
konnte
und
in
dem
darauf
verwiesen
wird,
dass
dies
nach
einem
Batteriewechsel
vorkommen
kann.
Die
Dame
log
mir
also
frech
ins
Gesicht,
als
sie
im
Laden
zu
mir
meinte,
da
kommt
man
gar
nicht
dran
und
dass
verstellt
sich
nicht
wenn
man
die
Batterie
wechselt.
Also
kann
ich
nur
jedem
empfehlen,
einen
anderen
Laden
zu
wählen.
Kompetenz
als
auch
Service
sucht
man
hier
leider
vergebens.
Ich
werde
auch
Bruno
Söhnle
darüber
informieren,
wie
ihre
Produkten
behandelt
werden
und
welches
Wissen
dieser
Laden
als
"Fachhändler"
besitzt
und
wie
er
Bruno
Söhnle
Glashütte
repräsentiert
wird.
