I have visited Bucherer in Interlaken, Lucerne and Paris and the store in Frankfurt is by far the worse. It is plainly obvious that the staff there doesn't welcome Asian. They are unfriendly, arrogant and look past you like you don't exist. I was looking for a manager Bie Luca (something like that) and a male staff with black curly hair flatly told me he was busy with guests. And will be busy the whole day. I asked if I can call him and he loudly, impatiently asked me "why call him??!! His busy!! His with guests the whole day!" Very rude, disrespectful amd simply judgemental. Worse Bucherer in Europe. Bring your business elsewhere.

You expect a certain degree of snobbery when you enter a Rolex dealer however these guys take themselves so seriously that it's a joke. I wanted to inquire about getting my sea dweller serviced however everyone just avoided eye contact with me. Judging by the comments I suspect they treat returning customers much better.

not so bad, but .....I really want to work here. I really want to buy these Rolex watches. I even heard that if you want to buy a piece of steel Daitona, you have to pay at least 10,000 euros more.

We are very satisfied with the service and advices we got from Mr.Ugurlu. He was very friendly, professional and helpful during our visits in the boutique and also we are welcomed by other staffs as well so the visit to a boutique was very pleasant. We had a really good experience there and will definitely come back and highly recommend this place if you are looking for jewelry or watches. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxed in the boutique.

I haven't bought anything in this store yet as I just went in to put my name on the list for a Rolex and the staff greeted me well and the sales associate helping me, Liou, was super friendly. I don't speak German, only English and she was super patient! I walked in, put my name on the waiting list, and the whole process went super smooth. I drove 1.5 hours from Kaiserslautern, Germany, and though it was a drive, it was worth it to go here. This is probably the most friendliest Rolex AD I experienced so far. I would do business here. Now, just waiting for that explorer II so I can take it with me this winter to the swiss alps and Zugspitze. :) Overall, I am just happy with the service I got from Bucherer Frankfurt even as a first time buyer!

August 2020: I made a second watch purchase here. Their customer service continues to be top-notch. Highly recommended! March 2019: Great customer service, even during peak hours. I bought my girlfriend a Tudor Blackbay 32 here, and the staff went out of their way to care for us. Much appreciated!

We visited this shop with the intention to buy a watch but nobody welcomed or just even say hello to us (we have been waiting there for 20 minutes). If it is supposed to be a luxury shop maybe they should go to Paris and learn proper etiquette…
