It is a small store, quite full of customers very often. The sellers are very friendly, but as a lot of customers are there you need to be active and grab a seller to get the full service and advices. I like the store, but would advice to visit it in the mornings Monday-Thursday to avoid high customer traffic.

THE STORE WAS A CHAOS (full of people and exhausted staffs) AND I ENCOUNTERED AN UNFRIENDLY STAFF. I was already decided to buy the shoe that I’ve been searching for a very long time specifically at Footlocker Frankfurt near My Zeil, then this happened. The store was a total chaos and the staff that I am talking to is kinda stress with so many customers so then I thought maybe I can just get the size that I tried previously so no need to try out since I am already sure and buy it immediately. I then asked him „can I just have the size 39 of this?“ and then he answered me „that’s not 39, it’s 38, that’s the last stock!“ I was like „I was here just awhile ago and I tried 39, can I have it?“ and then he answered me in an unfriendly way, I don’t know where 39 is!!!“ I got pretty offended, left the shoe, and walked out the store. To cut the long story short, I could not get over with how this staff speak to me in a manner specifically maybe because I am an Asian Woman. If it would be a German or other nationality, he won’t act that way. I gave a rating of 4 because when I confronted him, he gave a piece of his time to talk to me and listen to my issues towards him, he explained to me how stress he was with so many customers at that time and most importantly said sorry for how he acted. I’ve been to different branches of Footlocker and this was the very first time that I experienced this, also the first time since I moved here in Germany that’s why it’s a big deal for me and here I am making a review about it. It might be a totally different story if he encountered a kind of Asian who’s a warfreak that will do a scene, call his manager, and make things worse. I happenef to understand the situation and the nature of his job. I wasn’t able to buy my shoe. I will just then buy it on another „chiller“ Footlocker branch

Beautiful trendy store in Zeil, center of Frankfurt. Here you can find the most popular collections of sport brands. It‘s just difficult to catch Nike Jordan models as they are sold out very soon. Only one problem. Funny thing happened yesterday - as we chose one model of shoes, they had difficulties to bring the second shoe (just one shoe is shown for customers). They were delaying with delivery so we asked how long will it take and if it will be delivered to the store today at all :) The sales person guaranteed and said „Kollegin ist schon unterwegs“, so we assumed that maybe 1 shoe was in one store, the second shoe was displayed in another Foot locker store, which are not very far from each other here in the city. Waste of some time as we needed to wait, so no 5 Stars, sorry. After this I can just recommend to ask first if they really have both shoes of the pair in storage at the same store to avoid some other further circumstances. I hope this service will get better soon.

Customer service is worst . I asked for air force 1 . Size 43 for trial. They were busy to talk in phone and watching them self in the mirror how they look like. Will not go next time.

One of the few places in Germany I can find Js plenty of employees to help customers even though they do get busy.

Recently came here to exchange some shoes my mum bought in the wrong size and also found some boots I had been looking for for a long time, the staff was so very kind in supporting us and finding the right size and it all went smoothly, great team

They never have size XL for women. Sad. And you have to call 32 times til they pick up the phone!

I did like an shows but I asked for a new one and they don't have it is should order for it from Internet

I went to the store and asked for different size of the displayed shoes. They said they have it and the gave me the wrong size. Then they gave me one shoe with the right size and I waited 20 minutes for them to say that they couldn't find the other shoe. Just look for it tf 💯💯😭

Will not recommend this store, I swear I have a problem with my product I received. I tried calling them and no one really answers. It is really frustrating! Cost me a lot of money by going there.

Shoes were slightly damaged ,the other shoe was 0.5 bigger then the other 💀💀💀💀💀
