Food 5/5 *The sushi handrolls here are definitely top 3 sushi in Melbourne for sure! *Crispy Seaweed Hand Rolls with really fresh ingredients and moist rice. *Strawberry Cake was really nice, not too sweet, super soft and had a crunchy base, yum! * Value 4/5 *At $6 a handroll, they don't go cheap. But if you want to spoil yourself for the best handrolls in Melbourne, this is the place! Grear once in a while! However Suzuran is much cheaper and much delicious, just as fresh! Atmosphere 5/5 *Very chic, very modern and clean great job! Overall *Due to the pricing, it is marketed towards the upper end, so it's a bit hard for some people to come regularly, however it is really worth the taste, quality and freshness!

I love the variety of sushi they offer. From chirashi bow, snacks, maki rolls, nigiris, to sushi platters and even desserts. All the sushi is freshly made daily. Highly recommend their Uokin signature roll. It is a salmon roll coated with spicy mayo and scallop. The sauce was utterly moreish and had a nice kick. They were so generous with the Wagyu Beef on the beef roll. The unagi, seared salmon and seared scallop were also my favourite. They have the friendlies staff and the most beautiful packaging. If you fancy a drink, they have sake to order too. I would absolutely come back for more sushi!

Uokin's best kept secret is its variety of vegetarian and vegan sushi. Even for pescatarian lovers the vegan options add a new dimension in flavour and texture.

We had the platter to take away and it was fantastic. Great variety and what all the rolls were very well flavoured and sashimi were also very fresh. Great online/website ordering system and the order was delivered on time, no fuss and very nicely wrapped too. A long needed addition to Glenferrie Road/Hawthorn dining scene. Will definitely be a new go-to for platters for any parties/gathering

Was back again at one of our favourite Sushi shop. Great for take out to satisfy any cravings or functions. Always great service from the team and their platters are delicious. Love how they have the sushi rolls individually wrapped so it keeps the nori fresh and crunchy. Will be back again soon.

Ordered the premium platter for yesterday, and I was absolutely blown away by the generous serving and quality for the price. The staff were very kind, and chef also came and walked me through the selection of fish he used, which was a lovely touch. Will absolutely be back!

Amazing nigiri, maki and sashimi! Best sushi outside of Japan, Fantastic and Authentic! Great service when we decided to eat there too. We will be back.
