Mama Lee's are the best! Firstly the customer service is amazing, the staff here are so lovely. They know there customers so well and even my kids love popping by to say hello to the staff because of how friendly they are. Secondly the food is amazing, it's actually better then Chinese restaurant foods. It's always hot, fresh, the shop is so clean . It's the only place we will go for Chinese food. We've actually suggested this place to many friends who were reluctant as it's a small tuck shop style shop who completely agree and now won't go back elsewere.The portions are great also, you get heaps in a container of Chinese food, I highly recommend Mama Lee's

Don't let appearances fool you. This little restaurant is amazing. The customer service was some of the best I've ever experience and the food was even better. If you like popcorn chicken from KFC, try their spicy chicken. It tastes like what I would imagine popcorn chicken would if it got it's life together. Don't worry if you can't handle heat, it's just a little kick. Their prices are great too, incredibly cheap! It was so good that my friends and I have decided to make it a weekly tradition to go their for lunch.

The Workers at Mama Lee's are so sweet it's the best place to go and get a nice big lunch under $10 the chips are the best and I will be continuing to tell all my friends and family to come here you guys have great service and always put a smile on my face when I come in. THE BEST IN PLACE IN FRANKSTON!!! keep up the great work :)

I arrived at the shop at late noon and all the dishes are sold out. The owner Aunty offered me that she can cook some menu instantly for me. I tried spicy chicken and it was very generous in portion and taste is just right. They greet all the customers walked in and almost everyone is their regular. I appreciate how they contribute the community by providing homey hearty meal with reasonable price.

Wonderful staff and super cheap to eat at. Great for a hot meal/snack on a cold day. Their chips and potato cakes are fantastic. I highly recommend

The food at Mamma Lee’s is so good, I could eat from there every day. I love the Chilli Beef. The Spicy Pork, Mongolian Chicken, Chicken with Black Bean and pretty much everything else is worth a try. Great service and prices. The best takeaway in the area by far.

Owners take care of the Customers.. and are the most genuine sweet people. Mama lees is incredibly affordable. I’ll buy chips at school for one person and it costs 3.50 but two buckets of chips and a couple of potato cakes only cost 10c more to feed two people !! The service is quick and the atmosphere is extremely friendly. Mama lees never disappoints, thank you mama and papa lee <3
