Mal schnell was mitnehmen geht leider nicht, da die Aufnahme der Bestellung und Verarbeitung der Informationen anscheinend mit den geistigen Voraussetzungen der Mitarbeiter kollidiert. Auf freundliche Bedienung hofft man hier ebenso vergeblich. Insbesondere die beiden Damen mit den dunklen Haaren scheinen ihre Berufswahl gänzlich verfehlt zu haben. Vor Ort essen sollte man aufgrund mangelnder Hygiene grundsätzlich vermeiden.

12:45 Uhr: Sehr unhöflicher und ziemlich aggressiver Frau arbeitet an der Kasse, Kein Lächeln, wirkt aggressiv, wirft das Essen auf die Tabletts und spricht mit ihren Kollegen unhöflich über Kunden. Sie konnte auch fast gar kein Deutsch reden! Dreckiger Restaurant ohne Toiletten! Habe ich auch keinen Kassenzettel bekommen

Food is normal McDonald’s style, service attitude is bad af. Cashiers are acting rude and Coupons are not allowed to use here. The only reason it’s still opening and getting costumers is its position. If it’s not near the train station no one shall ever go in.

Very weird staff and customers, smells weird, WiFi doesn't work at all, no outlets, bad food, high prices. Not worth it AT ALL. Just going to Yormas next door, pricing is better, food is better, staff is nicer.

However, I must acknowledge the efforts of one particular girl working there who demonstrated dedication and made an effort to provide good service despite the challenging circumstances. As a regular customer, I have always enjoyed the convenience and quality that McDonald's usually offers. However, this specific visit left a lot to be desired. I hope that McDonald's management takes note of these issues and implements measures to address them. Enhancing the staffing levels and providing appropriate training to ensure courteous and efficient service would greatly improve the overall customer experience. It is my sincere hope that my feedback helps McDonald's in maintaining the high standards they are known for. I look forward to visiting in the future and having a more positive experience.

Got the worst service today, even though I've been buying stuff here for years. The 1.5 Euro chicken nuggets advertised on the street for McDonald's sold me 3.99 Euros. Let me scan the code, I asked what code, a short man with short hair, the waiter gave me a contemptuous look, turned his back to me and his female colleague and repeated in a mocking tone: What code. Everyone is not German, why do you have to laugh at other foreign guests who speak bad German. There is no basic politeness to be a person, so hurry up and quit the service industry. Don't spoil the McDonald's brand!

Ein Stern ist zu viel für diesen schmutzigen und eckligen Laden. Burger hart und wesentlich über der Haltezeit. Pommes komplett kalt. Wer weiß wie lange das hier schon in der Aislage liegt. Finger weg ich komme hier sicher nicht mehr hin.

Verkäuferinen und Verkäufer sind alle total unfreundlich. Die Eismaschine war nicht an. Angeblich kaputt. Und das heute bei fasst 34 grad! Ich war richtig sauer werde diesen Mc Donalds nie wieder betreten. Verkäufer waren unteranderem richtig langsam es standen 20 leute an und nur EINE KASSE war offen!!! Unverschämt. Keine Toiletten vorhanden. Sowie der Laden richtig schmutzig mit alten Burgern, die steinhart waren lagen in der Ausgabe. Werde den Laden nie mehr wieder betreten!!

Nur für den Notfall. Die hälfte des menüs kann man nicht kaufen. Die Coupons aus der App gehen nur manchmal genauso wie die Punkte. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und kaum zu verstehen. Oft genug bekommt man essen dass da gefühlt seit mindestens einem halben Tag rumliegt. Wartezeiten sind extrem lange.

haben nur ein Bruchteil des gewöhnlichen Angebotes eines McDonalds. Apfeltaschen, der veggie Burger, McFrappe, curly fries, fehlen unter anderem. Punkte und Coupons aus der App funktionieren hier auch nicht. Eismaschine auch meistens super lange kaputt und Essen zu 90 Prozent echt nimmer frisch. :/ Dazu sind die meisten Mitarbeiter dort super unhöflich, sodass man sich echt immer direkt schlecht fühlt, wenn man dort einkauft. Vorallem der Chef, glaub ich ist es, ist arrogant, antwortet nicht auf danke, schaut einen nicht an, wenn er mit einem spricht und wirkt unmotiviert. Hoffe echt, dass es da bald mal eine Neueröffnung mit neuen Mitarbeitern gibt und paar mehr Produkten im Angebot.

Ein MC Donalds aus der Steinzeit. Kein Terminal zum bestellen. Man muss mit dem Personal reden zum Bestellen. Burger werden immer noch warm gehalten, der Royal Ts den ich gegessen habe war schon total ausgetrocknet. Schlechtesten MC seit Jahren

The restaurant has no toilet, you have to use the station's toilet. The fries were cold immediately after serving.

You can't order McFrappe. The food preparation machine doesn't work. There is no toilet here.

Food is McDonald's default. We were quite lucky to arrive with no queue already there. Did only have to wait a little. Later patrons had to wait quite some time. Our food did also take quite some wait after ordering. Has no bathrooms available, there is a little sink for washing hands though. Overall cleanliness was barely satisfactory.

The most German attitude by staff, especially team manager. Recommended if you like to be treated like s***t :D
