Disappointing
Experience
with
Slow
Service
and
Rude
Staff
at
McDonald's
Review:
I
recently
visited
the
McDonald's
located
at
Freising
and
unfortunately,
I
had
a
disappointing
experience.
The
lack
of
sufficient
staff
resulted
in
excessively
slow
service,
leading
to
an
inconvenient
wait
time
of
around
10-15
minutes.
Regrettably,
I
had
to
leave
before
being
served
due
to
my
time
constraints
with
catching
the
S-Bahn.
It
was
evident
that
the
staff,
particularly
one
male
employee,
had
an
arrogant
attitude
and
consistently
communicated
rudely
with
both
customers
and
colleagues.
This
behavior
significantly
detracted
from
the
overall
dining
experience.
However,
I
must
acknowledge
the
efforts
of
one
particular
girl
working
there
who
demonstrated
dedication
and
made
an
effort
to
provide
good
service
despite
the
challenging
circumstances.
As
a
regular
customer,
I
have
always
enjoyed
the
convenience
and
quality
that
McDonald's
usually
offers.
However,
this
specific
visit
left
a
lot
to
be
desired.
I
hope
that
McDonald's
management
takes
note
of
these
issues
and
implements
measures
to
address
them.
Enhancing
the
staffing
levels
and
providing
appropriate
training
to
ensure
courteous
and
efficient
service
would
greatly
improve
the
overall
customer
experience.
It
is
my
sincere
hope
that
my
feedback
helps
McDonald's
in
maintaining
the
high
standards
they
are
known
for.
I
look
forward
to
visiting
in
the
future
and
having
a
more
positive
experience.
