Good food but a bit too expensive. The breakfast was €19.90 per person which I couldn’t justify. My friend who frequently comes here said that about three months ago it was around €14 but the price has really increased drastically.

upd: I've never seen such a conversation between a place owner and an unhappy customer 😅 the reason is why I changed my rating from 3 to 1 was basically that the half of the info provided down by a place owner - was simply a lie. 11 out of 12 guests had "full breakfast" how they call it, but what made me very unhappy is to see that owners cannot accept "bad rating" rather than trying to improve their service to addition, if place has a rule that each customer should order "full breakfast", it could be pointed on a front door we took turkish breakfast. it was ok, nothing special. doesn't worth for 20€ per person, also picture in menu doesn't suit to description service is not so nice. during our visit the vase was broken and no one took care to remove the pieces

This place was recommended by a friend as one of the best places for Turkish breakfast. So I had high expectations already, and I have to say that Mama's Küche exceeded those expectations. Absolutely great food, amazing location and undoubtedly the friendliest service. I'd definitely come here again and again. Highly recommended!

This restaurant is kinda of special, you go and pic what you want to eat at the counter. The prices are good for what you get. The food is tasty and you should find multiple options (even for vegetarians) The tea is for free. Usually you get rice, one option of meat and 2 vegetable-based options The options vary from day to day

The breakfast plates are very diverse and tasty but somewhat expensive. It's also strange that lunch is only served after 2:30. So there was only breakfast/brunch option before that.

We ordered a "Serpme Kahvati" - traditional Turkish breakfast - for two people. We are extremely satisfied with the quality and the amount of the food. I also observed the food they serve for lunch/dinner and cater as well. Cannot wait to visit again and try out more food there.

Located under a mosque, eating here offers a good balance between world and hereafter (for Muslims). Well, besides that, the quality and quantity of foods here are just okay. I got a whole fish with some side dishes (including rice) for 11,90€. Black tea is available and free. Good option for those who are feeling hungry nearby Marienplatz - Sendlinger Tor. All dishes are 100% halal.

Meals here feel healthy and wholesomely-homecooked. Love the option where you can assemble your own plate by picking out three of all available dishes plus rice for a littler over 10 EUR.

I recently visited this Turkish restaurant and was blown away by the authentic food and great atmosphere. The service was top-notch and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, with traditional Turkish accents and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The menu offers a wide range of traditional dishes, all of which are prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Turkish cuisine in a warm and welcoming setting. The food and service are both outstanding, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

If you want to have authentic Turkish homemade food, this is the place. All their dishes taste exactly like the ones my Turkish side of family cooks. All staffs are very friendly and the place has a very homey vibe which I really like. You can deffo relax there. It looks almost like a canteen. Just the ordering system would be tricky for someone who comes in for the first time. It may be better if someone guide the first comers from ordering to taking them to a table.

If you find yourself wandering around Munich's old town near Marienplatz, make sure to check out this awesome restaurant. It's a hidden gem with a cozy, homey vibe where you can enjoy some delicious homemade dishes. And the best part? It's really affordable! I had an amazing lunch there for just €10.90. I highly recommend this place for a laid-back and tasty dining experience that won't break the bank.

The best breakfast I have ever had in Munich. It offers a variety of options. Breakfast for two people includes omlette, menemen, fried sucuk, fried eggplant and unlimited Turkish tea. The tea comes with teapot so you can serve yourself. The taste of tea is very close to traditional Turkish tea. The three of us drank three teapots of tea. Menemen is a bit much juicy more than it should have. The serving is generous and the serving guy was very polite. We ordered a gözleme as extra. It only comes with cheese&parsley option. I was expecting to have more toppings but the taste was still good. I also checked inside before paying. The kitchen is clean and the ladies working in the kitchen were very welcoming. I would like to explore the main dishes next time.

A very traditional Turkish kitchen serving hot food. Right in the center and easy to access. Even though the ambiance is nothing special, it is still worth going for the traditional Turkish cuisine.

We tried finding a traditional local lunch experience in the heart of Munich. We ended up at an Anatolian restaurant. Excellent choice. The food was just right. Not too spicy, not too salty, not too less. The service is... Self service, but I loved the experience. They know 0 English, but we managed to understand each other. I would recommend this place to anybody who visits Munich! Excellent find! The prices are excellent for what they offer.

The basic idea is- you have your rice, then you select one meat option and two vegan options to complete your dish. There are multiple options to choose from. Taste is really good and you can try different options. Definitely try this if you're around the area.

A cosy place with good food. I liked the experience and definitely would like to try it again. There is a bookshelf I think you can buy the books but most of them are religious.

I recently visited Mama's Küche and had a great experience. I had the Mama's Mix Teller which was delicious!. The staff were incredibly polite and the prices were very reasonable. It was also convenient that they accepted card payment. Highly recommended!

Tasty and authentic, mostly Turkish food, including typical drinks (Ayran, soft drinks, and free Turkish-style tea). Canteen style, with self service and very down-to-earth prices. The place doubles as a cultural / religious center. There is plenty of space indoors, plus a charming little outdoor area for summer.

staff is very friendly and the location is very well situated near Marienplatz. We came here for breakfast and it is quite good but to be honest I was also shocked by the price . 19.90 per person is definitely too much for what is presented ( and you pay extra for any extra bread..really..) Also without any coffee included. I also see it was 6 euros less two months ago. Thank you for the service but I came here upon a recommendation and don’t think i ill come back with these prices to quality proportion.

Had a wonderful lunch experience. Loved the baklava with tea and the scrambled eggs with tomato. Food was very filling as it had a massive quantity. Suits the Turkish standard. Will definitely come back again.

Large selection of Turkish dishes at reasonable prices. The lentil soup was particularly delicious. Not at all far from Marienplatz but quiet and relaxed.

Tasted like home! No, I'm not from Turkey. But the food tasted close to what we have in Bangladeshi homes. We went for lunch to find out lunch is served after 3pm. So, had breakfast for lunch. Was amazing. Went back for dinner again on the same day. Wasn't disappointed!

I went there for a dinner with my friend and we were so pleased, will definitely be back again! The food was DELICIOUS, both dinner and dessert. The portions were the perfect size and seemed freshly made, so yummy. I had the baklava and it was perfectly flaky and moist. We also had orange juice and you could taste that it was freshly made, it was so good! They also offer free tea to go with your meal (and refills). The service was also outstanding, our waiter was friendly and attentive. The ambience was lovely, very cozy with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The museum next door adds to it as well. The location is a bit off the main path but this works well as it's still easy to get to but there isn't much street noise or cars passing. And the cherry on top is the super reasonable prices - for dinner and dessert for two, the bill came up to about €30! I highly recommend this lovely little restaurant.

Great home made food to affordable prices compare to Munich range. Perfectly located in the city center. Terrasse is nice on summer days. Don’t expect a fancy/trendy place. You have to place your order and pick up your food yourself (kind of self service). They also offer take away and delivery. Delivery service is always fast and on time. I love to order from them and go there for an uncomplicated lunch.

The lady as the server was so nice and friendly. Her english proficiency was perfect. Also, food here is all Turkish but tastes REALLY good and inexpensive. We went on the Christmas day but the restaurant was open until 10 p.m. The good and relaxing vibes. Overall, the best dinner Munich.
