Been shopping at fashion fair mall for decade's. Sonething for everyone here. Good food, great atmosphere, good vibes. The mall has really evolved over the years for the better. Saturdays can ger pretty crowded, but what do you expect for such a great Mall. Lots of friendly staff. The prices throughout the mall are not that bad. If you dont like such a busy crowd, go during the weekdays. Either way you will have a great time enjoying yourself or with company. Go check it out yourself.

A lot of shopping places. Way to many people. Over crowded. Wall to Wall with people. Parking is difficult and hard to maneuver. If you enjoy shopping. This is your place. Just not for me.

Ummm, no...this mall is just wrong on every level. Property Management needs to be fired and a complete redo is in order. When you feel like you're the only one not packing anything more than a child's toy. Literally walked through the middle of a "planning session" for a smash and grab😵‍💫😱😡

Been going to this mall as long as I can remember. Good place to get a quick fit, quick bite and now features an underground bowling alley. Has been known to have shootings from time to time so just be aware of your environment and you’ll be okay 💯

I only give it a 1 star review bc its poor lighting. It is the busiest time of the year and the parking lot in the west side, by Macys it is pitch black, most of the lamps in that area are off. I did not see security driving around. I assume they have been like that, bc I have been twice there this week, and both times pitch black. Definitely something to pay attention to.

This is a place everyone should visit. They truly have something for everyone. From inexpensive items to high-end designer brands. You can spend the whole day browsing, and if hungry, there's plenty of food choices available. I definitely recommend checking out the sections that have merchandise on clearance. Good luck with your search.

I was just there for pictures with Santa. Took a quick look around and saw it wasn't what it used to be. Even the Santa shop in the middle wasn't as grand as usual. This place is really going downhill. I also didn't see much security which is not good, specially with all the holiday thiefs.

Fashion Fair mall gas a huge variety of stores and restaurants. There are fast food joints, nice restaurants, clothing stores, jewelry shops, places to buy sports memorabilia and more!!! The only down fall is the high crime rate at this mall, but I've always felt safe.

Food was good, price was cheaper then expected, waiter has great customer service, nice atmosphere, would have got 5 stars but one type of beer was out off stock, a mix drink my girlfriend wanted was also unavailable, and a couscous mac n cheese appetizers were also not available! Waiter was in a awkward spot, we understood it wasn't his fault.

So much to look through and the variety was fun, the atmosphere was that of getting ready for holiday, and the stores were comfortably warm and pleasant after being out in the cold. Did not have enough time to make it across the whole Mall with it being Sunday and stores closing up early. Between the front and gorgeous and inviting. I didn't want to leave!

Multiple stores, I went on a Saturday it was packed. The parking lot needs work, the spaces are so small, we ended up parking in a vacant lot and walking cause the spaces were super small with cars trying to go in/out.

Ex worker of this mall (4 years) stopped working here bc of how unsafe it gets and the sketchy people that they let roam around. People who steal from here don’t get punished enough which is why it’s so common for people to steal. I’ve witnessed people steal hundreds of dollars in clothing and get “banned” from the mall for only 3 months. That’s ridiculous! Fresno PD is on site at all times and it always seems like they’ve got someone handcuffed for something they’ve done which has become the new “normal”. This place used to be the IT spot now it just feels like a playground for fights and robberies. They have good stores and not everyday is a bad day but still seems like everyday something happens. It can be enjoyable just some people ruin the fun and environment overall.

The place is kept relatively clean, there's a pretty big food court, and there's a ton of shops from well known brands ranging from cosmetic services and apparel to gag gifts and toys. Parking can be a nightmare sometimes, and the bathrooms were unkept.

I have never been to the Cheesecake Factory in Fresno. If you haven't been here, be prepared for no parking. They have a $10 valet to fix that problem tho. Lol. Ironic. Just pay them and ask them if you can park you car yourself, which is what we did. Anyways, food was amazing and the service was great! I went for my birthday! Got the Chicken Madeira. Which is highly rated. It was delicious! Tried the avacado rolls. Soooo crispy and just hit the spot if you love avacado!! We also got the zucchini sticks and the mozzarella cheese. Has me drooling right now! I highly recommend this restaurant if you are a group. We were a group of 15. We made a reservation. Everything went smoothly!

Cool place for my mom she loves getting shoes out there. I've been in there it's okay I did get a pair of $1,000 shoes! And I think that's the only time I've ever been at there I don't go to that place that often if I get fashion stuff :-) I go to Walmart ❤️ or Target. I went in there in my mind was blowed because I haven't been in there for about well about 9 years I just started wanted to buy everything that place gets your money out of your pockets. and I got a tennis stuff and I found out that I didn't even have enough money for half of it that place is heck of crazy.

It has a few stores to my liking, but it's a very basic and gawdy mall. It gets quite crowded, the parking is nightmarish and the majority of stores are just trendy. It's more of a social gathering place than a shopping center. Definitely needs a remodel.

  • 5/5 Ellen S. 3 years ago on Google
Get experience. The stores are up and running. I am sure some were still close. Probably would hurt to check with the store you would like to go to. Everything was looking good. Not much of a crowd. Wear your mask and follow the rules.

I love this mall its clean and has anything you can imagine. Then there was a shoiting. I was almost there on that sunday . I appreciate that people want to work and feel bad that its sovempty compared to before covit. The parking lot is always terrible! I don’t know that it’s really the mall’s fault as people are just bad drivers. Stores constantly change and seems like there are just multiples of the same type of stores now.

  • 4/5 Nicky M. 3 years ago on Google
Not too much open here now because of Covid. But this is a fun place to go once this is all over with. They have great stores. Good choices of places to eat!

  • 4/5 James D. 2 years ago on Google
The mall is and has been updated. But cleanliness is not something that it is. The malls floors are kinda dirty, there's food like a kid had on hand n wiped off on the rail where u sit n eat at. There's a few stores that are vacant but not many. Definitely not as many as the Manchester mall.. it's a ok mall there are most definitely better ones out there.. but the mall has had lots of shoot offs this year where people have been shot or shot at within the mall. Luckily enough I was not here when that happened.

They do have a lot of stores. There are a few big name ancor stores, as well as some well known brand stores inside, there are also many small business and mom and pop shops. It has a lot of food options throughout the whole mall inside and out. If you like the mall scene, this is a good place to shop in Fresno. It is very crowded on the weekends as to be expected. The parking lots and sidewalks are always pretty filthy.

  • 4/5 Luis M. 2 years ago on Google

  • 4/5 Crissy B. 2 years ago on Google
I arrived about 1040 assuming the mall would be open. They do this weird thing there that stores can either be open at 10 or 11. The store I was going to decided to open at 11. I guess this may be known by locals, but since I'm not, I had no idea and it was an inconvenience. I ended up finding what I needed at another store and walked the mall just to see how it was. I hadn't been there in about 5 years. I like all the new outdoor areas. Adds a big town feel to it.

  • 3/5 Ghostly S. 2 years ago on Google
Its a fine place, probably the most alive mall in all of clovis/fresno. It is quite disappointing that they closed down fun areas like the arcade, and the food area is quite lackluster. I do hope they add something other than another shop because although is cool going around shopping, sometimes have some games or a place to sit down and eat is cool too.

  • 4/5 Rebecca B. 2 years ago on Google
Everything tasted good, but the Michelada was too strong and the glass wasn't rimmed with tajin . I guess it's not a common drink

  • 5/5 kevin r. 2 years ago on Google
Very friendly environment with lots of ongoing shoppers. Peaceful environment to eat at the food court. And wheelchair accessible. Mostly packed on holidays and maybe weekends. Depends on the seasonal change and what shopping your doing. Other then that it is a very nice place to catch up on all your needs. From clothing outlets to food. Or perhaps build a bear. Maybe stylish threads for your teenager. Just stay safe and have a great time!

  • 1/5 Carrie J. 1 year ago on Google
JcPennys Infant section was a mess! When you have a toddler in hand trying to shop it would be nice not to have to spend hours sorting through to find the size you need. I went at 11:30 too. Like was this not fixed last night? I might as well went to Ross. Also, "family restrooms" has NO changing table. Real family friendly. Quality of mall shopping has gone way down. Why am I going to pay mall prices without the convenience?

  • 3/5 Alex S. 2 years ago on Google
Is this mall dying? It used to be great new merch every week. But now I don't know why but stores are more empty. Maybe cuz of covid or Ukraine war less products. Also Disney store is gone I miss it so much.

  • 5/5 Pearl S. 2 years ago on Google
Great mall to go to for a date, buying, or getting clothes. They have a lot of stores and food vendors, lately starbucks their hasn't open. I don't think they'll be open anymore, the stand is dusty so I think they'll take it out soon.

  • 5/5 Horus 1 year ago on Google
Cool mall, just hope there's no gang members around with guns. It is Fresno. So you can take your family out to some bowling and have a blast, and in the same night, literally get blasted at. There's no place like home 🤣😂😭

  • 4/5 Elvira B. 1 year ago on Google
I rarely visit except when the kids bug enough that they wanna go. I have visited twice in August and both times I'm sweating walking through the mall. The AC needs to be adjusted. It is clean and there is plenty of room to walk. Weekends get crowded of course. Lots to eat, Japanese, American (hot dogs, lemonade, pretzels, burgers), Chinese. There used to be a Starbucks and Chipotle but that's gone. Variety of clothing stores that for the most part carry sizes XS-L. I appreciate that there is a store that carries some items for baptisms, 1st Communion. There is a bigger variety of stores now which is great

  • 2/5 Sharlyn W. 1 year ago on Google
Wanted to eat, bur would have had to park far away because it was noon and couldn't find a parking space. They do have valet parking but only Friday, Saturday or Sunday. I do like going to Fashion Fair but, will consider more what time I want to go.

This mall is still alive and filled with better stores that you'd typically find at any other malls. It's a clean and well lit mall. Food court is a bit smaller but the store selection is ok.

  • 5/5 Debbie G. 1 year ago on Google
I remember when they first built Fashion Fair in the late 60s-early 1970. It has changed a lot since then! It seems to be quite a hang out for teenagers anymore. I still shop the mall, but try to watch the days and times when I go there.

At the small you can find anything you're absolutely looking for they have many different stores within the mall they have a wide variety of shoe store. I prefer Sheek. That store has so many different types of tennis shoes awesome awesome prices love it.

I wasn't in fashion fair, I was at the dentist across the street but I do go shopping here at Macy's or Penny's for my Levi's and used to buy my shoes next to the old Gotchalks building but it's not there anymore I found out. Last time I was in there alot of the stores have changed but always has just about anything you need or Christmas presents for the family and friends. Happy shopping.

I needed a personalized going away gift for my boss, so I knew I could go to Things Remembered and I got there and it's closed, permanently. I don't care to go to the mall ever, so that was the only thing that was ever bringing me there. People are smelly, rude, and it's overcrowded

  • 5/5 Anthony B. 1 year ago on Google
I am not from Fresno, but I was out visiting friends in the area and found myself at the Fashion Fair Mall. I like this mall, heard alot about it so I went. They have a lot of different stores to choose from? ..the newest store that I would recommend to anyone is called JD's they are a shoe store that carry all the latest brands cheaper then alot of other well-known stores such as Foot Locker ..etc I am a shoe guy, so I am letting all shoe people know that JD'S is the spot.

I visited Body JEWLZ the staff was nice and welcoming the ones who do the piercing the owner needs to work on his social skills he's not the friendliest and really made me think twice if I want to even get my birthday present there a diamond. When I started off the 55.00 earring on the nose, he lost entrance on helping me when I said I'm not looking at the real diamonds till my birthday in a few months. I'm going back cause Erica's great and Ricky. Besides, I don't want no one else messing with my nose lol

Great shopping mall. Staff are friendly. It's a good size. The vendors in the mall dont really hassle you which is great, I even declined a vendor employee and he said 'thanks for your time', which I thought was very nice of him. The food court is nice and clean. The tables were clean! And not a mess of random food stuff on the tables. Employees at the food court was really nice as well. The bathrooms were clean but I did wished there were signs that had better directions because I didnt know there was an outdoors bathroom. During the high peak hours, expect parking to be very difficult in tight spaces and super packed, especially off Shaw Ave. You can find MUCH more parking behind the mall.

  • 4/5 Darcy F. 10 months ago on Google
I love the fashion Fair experience. The amount of outdoors nice space is incredible. Like every other mall they completely neglect the parking and it's a mess. But at least once you find a place and get out of the car it's a nice shopping experience. Fleming's has decided all of their parking is valet which robs customers of spaces if they don't feel like paying $10 for their car. I'm not even convinced this is legal because they are taking spaces that are required by law. Again, every mall seems to not give one hoot about parking.

  • 1/5 Abigail P. 10 months ago on Google
Ghetto, and theres so much fights and police every single day! removed my favorite stores and added stores that nobody goes too, and the bathrooms and food court is as dirty as a public restroom. Don't even get me started with their restrooms...it stinks so badly

  • 3/5 S V. 10 months ago on Google
Very overwhelming. It was so musty in some of the stores it made you ill. You're assaulted with perfumes in others. Seems to be a hangout destination for the teenagers. Not the best shopping experience.

  • 3/5 Thomas L. 1 year ago on Google
Has what I need, but lacks in the feeling of security and comfort. If it were not for the Apple Store, there would be no reason for me to go to this mall, save for the occasional craving for pretzels my kids get. The mall has done what it can to make you feel safe, but there is still room to grow. Most people there seem like they're hanging out. I am also not fond of the aggressive sales tactics of some o the kiosk owners and employees. Bottom line, if they lose Apple, they may lose a large amount of clientele. Would do what I could to keep that store there. I wouldn't even allow the company to add another store somewhere else. My two cents.

It makes me sad to see this place get so run down. Went to Penneys to shop, we wanted to go upstairs but the escalator was broken so we went to the elevator yep that was broken also. Ended up climbing two flights of stairs which killed my back. I did find a nice hand bag on clearance.
