I live nearby so I've been coming here since the very beginning of the Marketplace when it was just mainly Target. The space had so much potential and although I do enjoy a good amount of the shops, I have recently noticed that there is a common thing happening lately, multiple very similar food options being placed into this shopping center. I don't see why there would need to be multiple burger, sandwich, chicken, giant cookies, and frozen yogurt places all in the same lot? I would rather see a variety in food options that aren't already a thing in the shopping center with the amount of space there is. It almost makes it feel like they are just trying to fill up the spaces with whatever they can. I look forward to seeing what else they will bring but I do hope they consider creating more out of the box food options for us.

While I like this shopping center for its nice variety of stores and restaurants, it would be much more pleasant in Fresno's hot summers if they designed the stores with awnings or some kind of sun protection with shade to walk under from store to store.

They have most of the popular stores and plenty of parking. There's the movie theater, home improvement, crafts, BB and Beyond, Old Navy, Marshall's, Burlington, Target, etc.

There is a lot of people traffic at this vendor event. Lots of vendors also. Sun kept us warm. Love being able to meet and speak with all the people stopping by my booth.

Love the overall development this area has evolved towards over the past few years. There is a nice variety of shopping stores from Target, Victoria Secret, Bath and Body Works, eateries, Movie theater, Marshall's, Burlington, etc.

Most of my favorite stores in one place, closer to home. Big parking lot and plenty of food choices.

Compared to other charging stations, won’t find any shade be covered to stay cool. Other then that parking lot was kept clean and well maintained!

The shopping center is okay. The trees and bushes needs to be trimmed. Traffic most of the time when entering at the target 4 way stop. No public restroom like in River Park. No shades or tables to seat outside the shopping stores. Homeless are everywhere. I hope this is not the Getto version of River Park.

An awesome place to shop. Many types of stores for all of your needs. From Target, to Burlington, to Hobby Lobby, you're sure to find whatever you need. I love that it's located so close. A+ in my book!

I don't dislike the Marketplace, it's some of the stores there. In particular, Judy's Donuts. Absolutely the worst customer service, bar none. The person who "helped" me seemed really annoyed about answering questions and having end her phone call to assist me. I get it, everyone has a bad day from time to time, but this was beyond having a bad day. Not going back there any time soon.

There are a lot of places to eat here. Target, Hobby Lobby, and the movie theaters are definitely nice perks. Too bad things aren't open too late: especially for a Friday or Saturday night.

Parking lot in front of Panera Bread is the pits. Crowded and poor design. Placement of streets and parking together is not well laid out. Better to have one way in and another way out to Blackstone.

Same old stores. Tried a new restaurant- good but not to be a regular stop. I go here for convenience. A repetition of other name stores at multiple locations in town.

Great shops and restaurants. And a parking lot that doesn't seem like it was designed by 5 year olds...very refreshing. Could use more trees.

Whenever I visit an Olive Garden (usually because someone else wanna go there), the delusion is ever the same. Pretending to be an Italian style restaurant but with quality very very far from it. Sometimes I ask myself if the owners of these restaurant ever visit Italy and taste something (probably not). Anyway, pasta is bland and overcooked, the quality of the pasta in general is horrible. The breadsticks are untasty. The only decent thing is the salad...but if you messed up even a salad than better to close.

Lots of great stores. Hardly any empty ones. Big box, smaller retailers, restaurants, theater. I love this place. Parking could be better. There is plenty of it, just awkwardly situated.

My son of 30 and does not drive because of a disability, so my hubby and I drive him to spots and wait for him in the car. Today one of your security guards came out of her car blazing and was EXTREMELY rude to us. Yelling and wanting us to leave because they don't allow people waiting in their cars. We have been going to this center since it was built and never had an issue until now. Wow!!!!

Loved it here. Been going here for a decade. Used to go here everyday before they added Phase 2-3. Now it’s a terrible terrible place. Very ghetto. Not the same. RIP Marketplace at El Paseo :/

Ok so the only disappointment was they don't have the reclining seats. But .. there weren't so many people, no lines.. Don't know about you but I loved that. Employees were the sweetest.
