They have changed my schedule 3 times without informing me. I have waited 3+hours more then 5 times for appointments. Today i just got told not to talk to other patients after one asked me a question. This is not the doctors fault but rather poor management from the surgical services department. I feel sorry for anyone who has to endure what i have been going thru for 2 years.

Dr. Andrea M. Long MD is a competent surgeon with almost more than 20 years of experience, her expertise in general surgery covers multiple specialties, she did a laparoscopic cholecystectomy on my wife and we’re so delighted to leave her such a considered and show some appreciations to her diligent and smooth operation. We definitely recommend her outstanding surgical experience to anyone. She’s unequivocally a five stars ✨ 🌟 surgeon. Thank you for your great service and incredible experienced staff , not to mention nurses amazing jobs..

Not good staff rude. My mom got knee surgery. Doc called me and told me he wanna see patient after two week and front desk didn’t give me appointment and then doc called me and said you can come to my Private office. After that appointment doctor wanna see my mom after one month. And i was little late from my appointment and i told the reason. They said you need to reschedule i said ok and she give me appointment after 2 and half month. I never recommend any one for community surgical center no doubt dr. Amin is a great person. Go to his private office. Not go to this place.

Horrible service! Dropped off my husband’s disability application 3 weeks ago! keep being told to wait another 5 to 7 days! Plus, nearly impossible to get someone to answer our calls!

They took really good care of me I got checkout for a hernia they explained to me what a hernia is and told me how they were going to fix it, they referred me to community hospital and kept me posted it on my surgery date... thanks to them I just got my hernia surgery, I'm finally fixed... thank you so muchto Liliana and her team!!!

My appointment was at 8:30 am It's 9:30am now. The front recipient told me it was a wait becacuse there only one doctor on staff. Ok that can be understood for the wait. But 5 or more came in after me and they saw them before me ?? Don't understand the process. Maybe they should explain that when you check in.

Great staff, I was checked in before my appointment time. Nurses in the back very fast and efficient. My doctor resident was kind, very informing and did a great gentle job with my hand injections that I was worried so much about. I'm appointment was at 8:45 I was out by 9:15👍

I appreciate that the docs there took the time to actually listen to me I’m order to correctly diagnose me and actually looked like they cared unlike all the other doctors I have seen. I had been misdiagnosed for 2 years and in constant pain because the docs have failed to listen to my all my symptoms and medical history. Now at least I can focus on getting the proper treatment I need to fix the problem I have. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Extremely poor and negligent management. After my dad and I were finally admitted in for his check-up, we proceeded to wait for another 45 minutes until we finally received the "care " we requested. Our appointment was far from satisfactory; the doctor may have forgotten about us, too, because we ended up waiting inside one of the patient rooms for another 90 minutes until the clinic's closing time... By the time we realized the clinic was closed (BTW: we weren't alerted. I had to Google search this information), we escorted ourselves out of the facility because of the blatant lack of respect for patients. We were not dismissed by the "professionals" themselves, so our check-up was obviously not complete. What's comedic about this patient-doctor exchange--or lack thereof--is the fact that an hour PRIOR to our self-escort, I informed one of the assistants that we'd been waiting for too long and that my dad needed to go home. She responded sternly by stating that because of my dad's condition, he needed to stay to complete his appointment. The contradictions! We stayed, but his check-up wasn't even completed. This is hilariously disappointing, to say the least. The only positive of our experience was the desk clerk, who patiently conducted health-insurance phone calls on our behalf. If you're reading this: thanks for being so helpful! Maybe you should be the manager. Otherwise, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Poorly managed, poorly maintained not enough staff, waited in exam room for 1 and half hours, floor was dirty and had blood spatter on floor, hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The sink in restroom had no water, also there is not enough parking spaces for the size of the facility, had to walk a long distance with a fractured hip and PAD. It had terrible reviews and I came to the conclusion that any doctor worth their salt would not work at such a sad sack operation. I traveled 1 and a half hours each way for nothing,I was given 1 choice and 1 only for an appointment time for a horrible experience.GO ELSEWHERE

Dr. Kollmorgen did a total hip replacement on me because of a car accident six years ago. Two years ago I began to have pain in that hip replacement so my primary care physician sent me to Dr. Kollmorgen to see what he thought might be happening. The hip replacement he did began to come loose and five months later I could not get out of bed and walk. I’ve been on crutches and in a wheelchair for a year and a half. They finally scheduled a surgery date for July 7 and I was just informed this morning that they changed that date to October something after rescheduling me twice before. If Dr. Cole Morgan doesn’t want to do the surgery and fix his mistake from the first surgery he should just tell me instead of putting me off all these times.

Worst experience "ever"!!! From my 1st visit in 2018, waiting 3 1/2hrs, to now, having surgery last week, calling everyother day, to get my pain prescriptions, and all my Rx i need! The dr was promising, left my appt with the utmost trust & confidence that i had the best care for my needs! And did for the 1st, and 2nd surgeries! This last surgery, provided me with a view of my dr that no one should ever be subjected to! Thats between he and i! I hate to and never thawt i would ever have to resort to seeking legal aid! I hate the idea of it, but i'm in pain! I had my shoulder replaced, and can't get the proper care needed! May nobody ever have to be subjected to such negligence! Good luck to you all!

If I could give zero stars I would. My son was seen in December due to a broken wrist. Had surgery beginning of January. After surgery he requested paperwork to be completed for disability Insurance. It's been 4 weeks and this office did absolutely nothing. did NOT complete the doctors portion. After calling for 3-days and having to go in person, my son finally received the doctors portion for disability. They had not completed the paperwork until today. This is not acceptable. Thank goodness he lives at home and doesn't need the disability money to support his family or pay rent. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. If you have a choice, choose another doctor's office.
