Extremely
poor
and
negligent
management.
After
my
dad
and
I
were
finally
admitted
in
for
his
check-up,
we
proceeded
to
wait
for
another
45
minutes
until
we
finally
received
the
"care
"
we
requested.
Our
appointment
was
far
from
satisfactory;
the
doctor
may
have
forgotten
about
us,
too,
because
we
ended
up
waiting
inside
one
of
the
patient
rooms
for
another
90
minutes
until
the
clinic's
closing
time...
By
the
time
we
realized
the
clinic
was
closed
(BTW:
we
weren't
alerted.
I
had
to
Google
search
this
information),
we
escorted
ourselves
out
of
the
facility
because
of
the
blatant
lack
of
respect
for
patients.
We
were
not
dismissed
by
the
"professionals"
themselves,
so
our
check-up
was
obviously
not
complete.
What's
comedic
about
this
patient-doctor
exchange--or
lack
thereof--is
the
fact
that
an
hour
PRIOR
to
our
self-escort,
I
informed
one
of
the
assistants
that
we'd
been
waiting
for
too
long
and
that
my
dad
needed
to
go
home.
She
responded
sternly
by
stating
that
because
of
my
dad's
condition,
he
needed
to
stay
to
complete
his
appointment.
The
contradictions!
We
stayed,
but
his
check-up
wasn't
even
completed.
This
is
hilariously
disappointing,
to
say
the
least.
The
only
positive
of
our
experience
was
the
desk
clerk,
who
patiently
conducted
health-insurance
phone
calls
on
our
behalf.
If
you're
reading

being
so
helpful!
Maybe
you
should
be
the
manager.
Otherwise,
I
would
not
recommend
this
place
to
anyone.
