Good dutch in the morning, the drinks are the same, and the employees are nice, but as a long term (8+ year) customer, as the company has grown, it has lost some of the soul that made a visit to Dutch so special. Dutch feels less like a fun shack with joyful employees, and more corporate.

Amazing service as is with every Dutch Bros. From the guy who took our order in line to the lady who gave us our order, everyone is so nice and polite and make you feel like you're a truly special customer. And of course, the coffee is amazing!

Absolutely delicious! I came for the coffee and fell in love with the lemonade high dive and the passion fruit green tea.

Drinks always delicious and this location has quick service by comparison.

This location on west/Bullard was terrible. I couldn't use my points, it took forever, then I get to the window and had to do my order all over again because the system messed my order. Sorry.... won't be going there again.

I love this place! Definitely go at least 2-3 times a week! My kids love there whip stick! Very friendly! The line can be lone but goes by super fast!

Extremely slow service!! They have you waiting in line forever to take an order while they are talking with there friends in the car in front of you. Very unprofessional.

Drink variety is always a plus, as well as some friendly employees on shift who are ready with their tablet screens for drive-through orders. On deal days, this location can get busy and drive-thru turn-in lanes can get backed up/long and narrow within the business plaza parking lot, but other than that, wish this location stayed opened later/24hr like McKinley and Shaw ones did before. Glad this Bullard Dutch Bros moved across the street and biz has been booming compared to the smaller drive-thru stand across the way back years ago. If you love variety but don't like too much caffeine, get a medium-sized rebel. I prefer Blended over Iced. The Kicker and Cocomo are staple menu favorites on their Hot Coffee side. They should offer a few more food options besides the muffin tops, but not fussing much about it now. Thank you for passing the Dutch, from this "low-key" Dutch "Mafia" customer

I love this Dutch Bro because they dont make me late to work, unlike the other one down the street has. This one fast and Efficient and they alway make my drink right!!! I love the worker here there nice and fast I really appreciate it.

This dutch seems to be short staffed at night a lot. I've been in line for 20 mins just to place an order an waited 5 to 10mins for my drink. They need more staff at night.

Best Dutch stand in Fresno. The original location (more or less) and still the best. Great staff making delicious drinks. Drink not exactly right, or completely off? Just let them know and they'll remake it with a smile. This stand always takes care of me and mine, even when another stand may let me down.

Waited over 15 minutes after I ordered for a single cup of coffee. Finally went back to the window and asked for a refund. There is always a line, but the car line kept moving while the walk up window was ignored.
