Ok first off pastrami is susposed to have flavor some type of taste the pickle shouldn't be the best part of the pastrami honestly if there was no pickle I wouldn't have eaten the sandwich the pastrami was like they made photo copies of the pastrami an put the pictures on bread with cheese an mustard no taste at all my boy Anthony had to put banana pepper juice on his yo eat it.. 1 out of 10... I wouldn't recommend this sandwich unless it was free. Hey Cortinas I want my money back...

The food was awesome. The fireball sandwich with salami was just exquisite. And the egg plant Parmesan, was just as good. This place is a hidden gem.

Really delicious!!! Go early or late to avoid the noon crush. The Rocky Balboa is my go to. Every time I order it, I am stunned at how unbelievably good it is. Years ago, Cortina's brought an Italian Master Baker to Anaheim to make breads that are crunchy and bubble crusted on the outside and soft and airy on the inside. The Anaheim location has longer hours, serves pizza, and has a little gem of an Italian market where you can buy a refillable bottle of house olive oil!!!

My friend recommended this for lunch and the Cortina's Special was delicious! So far I've only gotten the cold cut sandwiches and they're all good!

Cortina's Orange is one of my favorite places to visit during my lunch break. They offer an amazing selection of sandwiches and pasta dishes. My favorite dish to get is the penne pasta with pesto and chicken. The pasta is cooked to perfection and the pesto sauce is very flavorful. The staff is very nice and efficient. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating.

I had the meatball sandwich, it was recommended by many people. The sandwich was good, bread was amazing! But it was barely warm. I will definitely go back to try other sandwiches.

So glad there is a Cortina's near me, just a little sad they are not open on weekends too, but that just gives me an excuse to shop in the cute little market attached to the Anaheim location. The winter salad was absolutely amazing! Seriously tasted like something you would get at a sit down restaurant. I usually add a sausage and meatball to any order I get because they are so freaken yummy!

Great sandwiches, salads and pastas. Gets very crowded with limited parking. Down the street from the police department so it’s popular with first responders.

Sandwiches are amazing here with fresh ingredients. Salads are also amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Second location in OC. This location is more of an express satellite location for businesses and Chapman University young adults who crave an Italian Sammie that Nona makes. Scratch Spaghetti & meatballs did NOT disappoint! However, the side of garlic bread was HARD as a rock (had to ask the team for another order but it was the same 😣). The ice tea with a side of lemon was standard. Go visit the other location and make sure you hit the bakery/deli. The scratch cannolis, olive oils, and mortadella with pistachio are MAGNIFICENT 👩🏻‍🍳💋 Happy Holidays 🎄❤️

Ive been coming here for several years to the orange location. I always order the pastrami. For some reason the last two times I ordered pastrami it has had no flavor. The pastrami was dry and the sandwich was bland with just mustard, pickle and meat. Its an expensive 6" sandwich that is just mediocre. Maybe I need to try another sandwich.

Had the pastrami sandwich. It small in size but ooh so good and for the price its better than subways. Very fresh. Sad though on hours of operation.

Gave them 3 separate chances to make an italian hoagie correctly and nada, no dice. They slice the meat WAY, WAY too thick. Also much too many lettuce and other toppings. No heat whatsoever, should be a least some spice. I'm from Philly, trust me this is nowhere even close to an authentic italian sandwich. I see why, just like every other place its mexicans making the food. Stick to burritos.

I have been going here for years. The food is good- predictable Italian menu items and flavors. Its nice to have a place to get Italian nearby- so many others have closed down. It is usually packed here and not a quiet place to dine. Good place to grab lunch.

Same great food as their larger establishment in Anaheim, but no deli services here. Very busy during lunch hours. Parking can be scarce, so plan ahead.

There is a large selection of sandwiches here. The sandwiches are pretty large and filling. My go-to sandwiches are the Rocky Balboa and Tuna. There's so much flavor and freshness in the bread and meats. I've brought a couple of people here who are now hooked to these sandwiches. Expect a line when ordering during the lunchtime rush hour; this place gets packed.

First of all, pastrami is supposed to have some flavour, so the pickle shouldn't be the best part of the sandwich. In fact, if there hadn't been a pickle, I wouldn't have eaten it. The pastrami tasted like it had been photocopied and put on bread with cheese and mustard; my boy Anthony had to put banana pepper juice on his to eat it. It was a 1 out of 10 sandwich. If it weren't free, I wouldn't suggest this sandwich. Hey Cortinas, I need a refund.

Delicious sandwiches! I really enjoyed Cortina's Special (Italian sandwich), but was blown away by the Rocky Balboa (porchetta, provolone, broccolini, garlic chili oil, pecorino romano served with au jus). Their sandwiches are fresh and packed with flavor. Came here during lunch time so parking was limited and there was a bit of a wait for my order. Next time I'll order online for faster pick up. Highly recommend for amazing sandwiches!

I've had many different sandwiches from Cortina's and they are all good but my favorite is the Meatball and Cheese. Can't go wrong with that one! 👍

This Was my favorite sandwich shop. As usual, I ordered a pastrami sandwich. The bread was really good as always. Unfortunately, at least half of the pastrami meat was gristle. It was disgusting and ruined the sandwich for me. I won't be going back.

Excellent sandwiches, A little on the pricey side but a good amount of meat and thick sliced cheese make it worthwhile. Ample patio and interior seating. Their fountain drinks are the Stubborn brand, which are delicious. With free refills.

What an amazing place. They are only open for lunch - Monday - Friday. Not sure what magic they use, but the food is really amazing.

Sandwiches are bomb. They have traditional ones and unique ones as well. Surprisingly they also serve hot pasta as well...spaghetti, etc. By far one of the best sandwich places around

OMG!!! I ordered the Gorgonzola and Bacon Grilled Cheese... it is the BEST sandwich I have EVER had.. always GOOD food..

I had been coming here regularly but the wait time is beyond ridiculous for sandwiches. I get lunch can be hectic but from a business and customer standpoint if the business cannot support the high volume of dine in and online orders then maybe do not offer online orders (or find a way within the 3rd party online ordering app to turn off orders or put a realistic pickup time matching the actual wait time, I waited half an hour past the posted pick up time putting my total wait for 45 mins for 2 basic sandwiches). I used to work at Starbucks, I understand demand during peak, but Starbucks at least allowed us to turn off mobile orders during peak to catch up and reduce wait time. This business is not set up for the demand they receive during peak with an online option. The place is small with customers clustered and packed in like sardines all waiting to place and pick up orders. The online area interferes with not just the line to place walk in orders but it's awkwardly in front of the soda machine and chip rack. The crowds can get so bad they are standing right up at tables dine in guests are trying to eat at. Outdoor dining is small as well. Parking is atrocious. I'm going to take a long break from this place, hopefully they come up with a solution to ease the dissatisfaction I and several other customers experienced.

Theres a reason they have a long line at lunch time, the sandwiches are great.

Crazy parking lot, long lines (what does that tell you), and scrumptious food. The Cortina's Special is tops. Any fave sandwich of yours here is going to be your top pick because these professionals know their bread. The bread is amazing. And the Boars Head meats and cheeses. And cannolis! Zapp's Chips! I'm sure I'm missing something. THE BREAD!!!
