Good place for watching a movie with my wife from kindergarten. She's a teacher. I love how we play roles a lot, that's why we hang out for fun. Her hobby is acting. I know her since she was little, but now she's grown. Her career as a teacher sure bloomed.... Then I woke up, it's the end of the movie.

Pretty nice place here. Empty room while i watched King Woman and cried my heart out about the choice. But the sound is quite good. Cheers m8. Take care. Sleep great eat good exercise and Bob's your uncle. Oh, and have fun.

Good cinema, a lot of theaters but the projection quality for 3D movies isn't the best, theater 2's projector for example has a small burn on the upper left corner :)), not a big deal but i would still prefer IMAX quality.

Average quality cinema. Volume is way too high. Selection of movies can be disappointing (most of the time it is only American blockbuster). Maybe it is a cultural thing but people speak during movies and use their phones. I don’t understand.

Missed the movie because of the queue. Terrible organization, the queue for buying tickets has been matched to the one where yoi buy your popcorn, which meant a 45 min wait. Terrible, would.not recommend!

If you still combined the tickets with the bar, it would be nice to have all the houses open, especially during peak hours.

not the best experience today 😢 some kids entered the room 1 hour after the movie started - whitout a tickets and they were noisy + flashing their phones. at some point, some guys from the personnel came in and removed them from the room. air conditioner was set to very low temperature cheap tickets - on Tuesdays normal prices at the bar decent movie theaters / rooms

The corriodors on the way out were extremely dirty...

Thanks to the new managerial decisions, now you have to wait even longer in line for a ticket. You have to stand in the same line as those who want to buy food. If you want to buy the tickets online, in this day and age they tax you more for buying online. Not to mention that there are 25 minutes of commercials. Definition of greedy. Thank you 🙄

Looks like they were trying to kill us, 2,5 hours movie and they turned off the air conditioning, full room of people and no air to breathe, very stingy!

Sound issues at the beginning of the movie. There were loud teenagers taking pictures with the blitz on and also sitting on top of each other... Fortunately the sound issue was fixed and eventually the teenagers were kicked out.

It s a nice place to be for a good movie !

Cinema city is the best cinema's for me, it has the BEST nachos and right now is giving free discounts!

Would b nice to have a VIP zone here as well, especially as it is so big .

Last evening our movie was supposed to start at 19:40 but actually started after 22 min of ads (all kind of ads, not about movies! I don’t watch tv because of ads and I paid go to the cinema to watch 22 min of ads) The other things were ok.

One of the biggest Cinema in Bucharest that is a franchise and has more location in other cities. The experience is very good. It is pricy however they have promotions in Tuesday and Thursday.

Went here for "Avatar: The Way of Water" movie, in the Sun Plaza location. Was somewhat disappointed by the attitude of the people checking the tickets - bored, not very communicative. Asked where the movie was but ended up searching for the room ourselves. The food and drinks stand is very crowded, not well organized, slow service. The average waiting time is more than 30 minutes. At the end, we needed to exit on a back door via the fire exit tunnel which was very dirty. The floor was filled with spilled drinks and was sticky, like glue. A long walk through a dirty corridor. All in all, may not be worth coming back again, unless in the area and left with mother option.

I had to pay for a movie, which came with so many commercials in tha pack; before the movie started, I had to see like more then 10 minutes commercials.

Seats could be better, other than that it was an amazing experience.

It was good ...as usual...went to see Thor and had a relaxing time ..and won a free ticket to a 2D movie

Screen size and effects are nice. The popcorn line was 20 minutes though...

A real Cinema! Clean and comfortable chairs. Employers are nice and make you feel welcome! That's a big plus. The sound is great. Perfect place to watch a movie!

Went there for a movie with my little girl. There was the first weekend when the Frozen 2 was running in Romania. The sound quality was great. The image quality was very good. My girl was very happy and pleased. It is a very nice place to get out with you kids or your friends for a movie.

It was always clean when we came for a movie. The lines for food and drinks get pretty big before the movie, so mind that if you like some popcorn with your movie.

Horrible security and management. Been here and had to notify management three times that a group of people were talking loudly, listening to music on the phone and taking their shoes off during movie to avsolutely no result. They just sent someone there that looked aroud told them to shut up and left imediately after only for them to continue. Really it's emberasing service and would recomend avoiding the place.
