We were delighted they are one of the few interior design suppliers who can also do project implementation. The experience they promise convinced us to hire them to help us design our apartment. It all starts with a questionnaire where you fill in your preferences and budget and they give the impression they are very detail oriented. But that's not true. Even if you go through the effort of giving as much details and preferences as possible, they won't take all into account. They only use what they think is ok and leave the rest out. You might have to insist on some of them in order to have them integrated into the design. Communication with the so called "senior architect" is underwhelming. They make major design mistakes, place furniture where there would normally be a door opening or put an armchair in the middle of the room where it would block any pathway. Cherry on top is that even if you insist on keeping within the budget they propose furniture and products that sum up to more than double. Please note that we were told that our budget is good for ehat we're asking. So maybe try to find another interior designer :)

Really poor service and continues to be a pain. Initial prices were not communicated to the building developer (something that was stated by your employee). Unfortunately we moved forward and we had 1 months of delays. Can't reach Delta representatives, they're always in a meeting or quit their job. Delta is talking about compensations but no one reached out on this subject, they're just trying to cover their image on google reviews. Moreover, after another 3 months of waiting for bathroom furniture we received another piece of furniture at extra cost but different color than the one we ordered. They also used our apartment as storage space for heavy ceramics, on the freshly mounted parquet floor. Run while you can!

I find it unacceptable to not receive several boxes of tiles worth several hundred or EUR in perfect state just because the 14 days since the delivery was due. We are talking about tiles not something perishable! Plus all main stores have a 30 days policy... Just incredible

I went there for ideas and possibly materials for bathrooms and kitchen. Unfortunately they do have only luxury or classic in the showroom. I didn't like this because I consider its not fit for the country specific. Good that they have an website and you can choose from there too. The prices are quite good. Because I cannot reply to the owner reply, I will write here my answer. I visited the showroom from Street Progresului. Even if I spend there almost 1 hour, nobody asked if we need help or support. This didn't happen in other places we visited. Second is related to the fact that the owner mentions the prices. I didn't complain about the fact that the prices are high, I was complaining about the fact that what was presented in the showroom is mainly luxury or classic. It is not my style, I didn't like it. And my personal opinion is that Romania is not the country for Luxury. We are some of the poorest countries in the EU. And last, because I do consider the owner reply quite aggressive I'll drop 1 star from my initial review.

They recently became scammers, initially they generate invoices to show a good offer and once they move to mount the tiles, floor, etc. they invoice extra costs to cover the initial material gaps. Communication is really bellow unprofessional level, worst I've seen. They blame everything on Covid.

Not all products on the website are featured in the showroom, which is relatively small for its aspirations. But the products seem to be high quality.

The showroom looks nice, on the luxury side for sure, definitely you can find some inspiration there, but the people who work there are lacking interest, they just ignore you, they don't reply to your calls, got no email with an offer or details after the discussion we had. I made an appointment for a discussion with an architect through their website. I got no feedback, no confirmation email, no calls, so I made another one, thinking it was not successful, still no feedback. I went to the showroom directly for my initial appointment, hoping I could talk to someone. The people there were confused and didn't seem very happy to help me with details. In the end, I got to talk to someone there, we discussed a bit based on the apartment plan and told me they will send me an email with an offer and more details. It's been almost two weeks and still nothing. My feeling is that Delta Studio is big on advertising, working with celebrities and influencers, but if you go there and don't appear wealthy, they don't bother too much.

The place to avoid, both on site and online. Bad quality products,, overpriced, lack of reply on phone numbers. Ordered from them and made a return. No return paperwork, and had to reach out again and agin over 1 month to get my money. Still nothing. Avoid them as it's not worth it!!!

Good quality and very nice products but very expensive. The service was not that great

The staff was very helpful in going through available options for our particular setup. Although there were some boxes missing on the initial delivery, we had them shipped in a couple of days. High quality products and we found out they don't discontinue products that easy - we order the same tiles after one year.

High quality goes with high prices…one of the best you can get in Bucharest.

I like originality first of all...What I liked in delta studio is the quality of the products, for some tiles I would also say quite original. But the best of the best is Alexandra, which made possible to have the tiles that I wanted in a very short time. She is just amazing!

Amazing and innovative materials and decorations.

I scheduled an appointment with one of their designers, as they market on the website. Had an one hour discussion, gave photos and info on the space I had and what I wanted. The designer said she would get back to me in 2 days with a design suggestion and furniture items they suggest from what they are selling. After one week, I asked about the status via whatsapp. She said she would speak with the people from the furniture department and get back to me. Asked again later on. Never heard from her again. I would have not expected that :)) At least I didn't spend any money, it was just a free waste of time..

I like it. Some products are overpriced. However, all quality products, which is what I am looking for. The new guy was very helpful.

I recommend from the architect's point of view! Wide variety of products, inclined to the needs of the client and helpful in finding alternatives

The communication was good with the online consultants and the products were delivered in time. The broken piece was replaced. The only unpleasant thing, was to go in the showroom and see employees looking on the phone the entire time. Not professional at all

We worked with the architects from Delta Studio and they gave us some really nice ideas. They understood the style we were after and the house came out better than we expected. We were particularly happy with the choice of tiles for the bathrooms and lighting. Plus, we worked remotely and they shipped all the products to us.
