I
enjoy
going
to
many
branches
in
Newcastle.
I
came
to
Panora
branch
for
the
first
time
last
week.
While
I
was
going
to
be
a
regular
at
the
branch
due
to
our
satisfaction
with
our
previous
visit
and
the
friendly
approach
of
the
female
manager,
it
became
a
branch
that
I
would
never
choose
again.
We
went
for
dinner
at
21:30
on
Saturday
evening.
The
corners
of
the
chicken
in
the
almond
chicken
salad
we
ordered
were
black
and
burnt.
Since
my
friend
is
from
the
food
and
beverage
industry,
he
said,
"Maybe
they
didn't
notice
because
of
the
intensity,
if
it's
too
bad,
let's
change
it."
I
tried
to
eat
it
out
of
goodness,
but
I
couldn't
eat
any
more
because
the
chicken
on
the
bottom
was
completely
burnt.
When
I
conveyed
the
issue
to
the
service
staff,
he
called
his
chief.
I
explained
the
situation
to
the
chef,
showed
him
the
chickens
out
of
good
will,
and
said
that
I
ate
some
of
them,
but
the
remaining
chickens
were
too
bad
to
eat,
and
adding
the
amount
of
chicken
I
could
not
eat
to
the
salad
would
be
enough.
The
chef's
answer;
In
the
restaurant
where
food
service
was
about
to
end
and
there
were
10-15
tables
left,
the
answer
was
"The
kitchen
is
very
busy,
I
don't
know
if
they
will
do
it,
we
can
have
it
done
if
you
wait."
Because
of
this
frivolous
approach,
I
told
him
to
return
the
plate
and
cancel
the
meal
completely.
In
conclusion;
Although
the
defective
product
was
served,
since
I
ate
part
of
the
salad,
I
had
to
cancel
the
meal
completely,
which
I
wanted
to
finish
by
paying
for
it
in
case
the
situation
was
compensated,
and
leave
the
branch
without
eating.
Both
I
and
the
brand
were
victimized
by
the
unsuccessful
complaint
management
of
the
chief.
