Decent. Clean. If you are in town for one night, it's ok. Best view in town on upper floors.

Looks and feels just like Grand Hotel Budapest before its closing. It’s kind of creepy here. Definitely not coming back. Also the breakfast is awfully poor and there was not much to eat.

Probably the best hotel in Brăila. Nice warm rooms. Good breakfast. Pleasant personnel. All good.

The staff is friendly and caring. However, there is an unpleasant smell in the kitchen area. Breakfast options are few.

Horrible and uneatable cuisine and kind of "ghost hotel" look... Not even a bottle of water in the fridge of the rooms. The personel never range your room. The hall smells of onion and garlic all the time. It's just easy to move around the city from there. Abandon every hope, ye who enter here (Dante Alighieri)

Everything was perfect. Tidy rooms and respectul staff.

Ultra central location with a panoramic view of the city, restaurant and confectionery 2 minutes away, parking space and 5 minutes walk from the wonderful public garden of Braila. The hotel bears the stamp of the communist period which can be found in the reception, lobby and hotel restaurant. The rooms have been modernised, the carpeting and the bathrooms have been redone. Free WiFi. Personally ok

Clean hotel, comfortable rooms, cheap prices in the historic city center of the town. Breakfast was fair and the lunch in the restaurant tasty. A VFM choice when in Braila

Nice place right near Danube, great view, a bit expensive for what they offer, not so great breakfast, but under covid circumstances it was ok. Carol restaurant is just across the street, great food there, excelent fish and very well cooked.

A very nice place to stay and great value for the price. There is a free private parking in front of the entrance. The hotel is located at the center.

I often stay here when traveling for work. The rooms are very tidy, clean. The bathrooms are clean and ok with very good water pressure. Could use a bit more drinks and snacks in the minibar. Breakfast is ok. Overall, quality services and good staff considering the age of the building and the prices.

This hotel is very good for a 3 star hotel. It has nice looking rooms, a bathroom, a good TV and a really good view outside. Also, the water and sweets they have are not that expensive at all.

2021 update: The good: tall, memorable communist era building, with an awsome view over the city and the Danube, from the top floors; clean, decent furnished rooms; kind & helpful staff; free working wi-fi & private parking; quality breakfast; decent priced; The bad: small rooms with no balcony and minor problems (shower leakage); continental breakfast, though good, lacks in variey and quantity; Previous review (2019): The good: the 12th floor deluxe suite is large enough, clean, well furnished; heating worked great; amazing view of the city & Danube; helpful staff; free wi-fi and private parking; The bad: no balcony; cold light in the room; scarce toiletries; poor continental breakfast (although buffet was promised);
