I
overall
had
a
very
unpleasant
experience
at
Anat's
clinic
and
would
not
recommend
to
anyone.
Before
she
has
a
chance,
I
will
point
out
that
I
was
definitely
a
patient
and
did
my
infusions
on
January
22nd,
2023
at
14:30
and
February
19th,
2023
at
1700
and
was
definitely
a
patient
lol.
tldr;
unprofessional
clinic
where
the
owner
aggressively
tries
to
upsell
you
on
anything
and
everything
edit:
after
writing
this
review,
she
has
called
me
around
6
times
from
3
different
numbers,
messaged
me
on
whatsapp
and
facebook
threatening
to
sew
me
for
defamation.
Ive
of
course
blocked
and
reported
her.
I
only
wish
I
had
started
from
2
stars
so
that
I
could
now
reduce
to
1
star
but
thats
life.
I
love
that
in
the
digital
age
there
is
some
sort
of
recourse
for
this
type
of
behavior
in
the
form
of
a
bad
review.
I
went
to
Anat
for
PRP
injections
after
hair
transplant
surgery.
She
was
selling
2
PRP
injections
for
600
shekel
which
was
an
attractive
price.
I
arrived
the
first
day
at
the
clinic
where
there
is
no
receptionist,
noone
to
greet
you.
You
walk
up
a
side
hallway
into
the
clinic
and
awkwardly
wait
around
until
someone
notices
you.
Not
a
great
start,
but
not
the
end
of
the
world.
Then
comes
the
fun
part.
Anat
sits
you
in
a
room
and
tells
you
how
terrible
your
hair
is.
I
had
done
hair
transplant
surgery
around
4
months
prior,
so
naturally
it
wasnt
looking
amazing,
but
Anat
knew
better.
She
then
took
me
to
another
room
with
a
professional
light,
looks
at
my
hair
and
tells
me
everything
they
had
done
was
wrong,
but
I
shouldnt
worry
because
Anat
has
all
the
answers,
for
a
price.
She
could
sell
me
a
full
hair
treatment
that
would
fix
everything.
She
could
sell
me
better
injections.
She
could
sell
me
vitamins.
She
could
sell
me
shampoos.
She
could
sell
me
UV
lights.
And
she
pushed.
I
had
to
say
no
to
her
at
least
5
times
for
each
item.
I
told
her
I
already
had
all
I
needed
and
that
my
doctors
had
advised
on
specifically
what
treatment
I
needed
and
that
I
wasnt
interested
in
anything
more.
Her
feedback
was,
and
I
quote
(as
directly
as
I
can),
"I
run
clinics
where
I
teach
doctors
and
I
know
better."
To
get
her
to
move
past
trying
to
upsell
me,
I
had
to
tell
her
I
would
research
and
let
her
know
if
I
was
interested
and
she
finally
let
me
move
to
the
next
step,
payment.
She
told
me
I
would
need
at
least
4
injections
and
should
pay
for
all
of
them
now.
I
asked
her
why
I
should
sign
up
for
4
upfront
when
I
could
get
the
price
for
2.
She
responded,
because
who
knows
if
the
price
will
be
valid
once
you
leave
the
clinic
today.
I
said
no
thank
you,
Ill
take
my
chances,
and
took
the
2.
After
another
attempt
to
sell
me
vitamins
and
a
dejected
look
on
her
face
when
it
was
clear
I
wasnt
buying
anything
beyond
what
I
came
there
for,
then
came
the
procedure.
She
was
actually
warm
and
caring
during
the
procedure
making
sure
I
drank
plenty
of
water,
and
her
technician
was
friendly
and
caring,
but
what
I
was
then
given
was
not
what
I
signed
up
for.
I
had
specifically
asked
when
making
my
appointment
if
they
used
an
injection
gun
and
had
been
assured
that
all
the
technicians
do.
The
technician
took
a
needle
and
I
asked
what
about
the
gun
and
he
said,
no,
he
would
use
the
needles
and
didn't
have
a
gun.
ok...
The
procedure
went
fine
and
I
left
but
not
before
Anat
again
tried
to
sell
me
on
something.
Scheduling
a
follow
up
appointment
after
I
had
left
was
a
nightmare
and
literally
took
2
weeks
where
I
had
to
wait
repeatedly
for
the
receptionist
to
try
to
get
ahold
of
Anat
for
a
specific
time.
When
I
did
come
for
my
second
treatment
and
Anat
presumably
recalled
that
I
would
not
be
purchasing
anything
additional,
she
sat
in
her
office
and
did
not
greet
me
or
saying
anything
to
me.
Needless
to
say,
I
have
found
someone
else
to
do
my
future
treatments.
The
cheap
price
is
definitely
not
worth
the
unpleasant,
harassing
experience.
