Bolton white is a nice hotel right in the centre of the city. It is clean and well maintained with very courteous staff. The room is not so spacious because there are too many pieces of furniture in the room. Although I cannot say if all the rooms are filled with furniture. There is an elevator and stairs if you’re into fitness. However, I did not see a wheelchair accessible ramp to physically challenged persons. The food: breakfast is a great buffet with tons of options. The meals are also quite tasty. The hotel is within walking distance of Sahad stores and just a stone throw from City Centre mall in Gimbiya street. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

The experience was awesome. The least cost of a room is ₦45,000. With this, you are entitled to free to air WiFi for your phone and laptop and free breakfast. The place is secured with 24 hours power supply. The staff are very respectful, cordial and offer good and prompt services. I really enjoyed my two days stay there. You can get airport taxi from them at ₦20,000 per trip. Or you contact bolt or other transport service providers who are usually around the hotel seeking and begging passengers to onboard at a very affordable prices of ₦9500.

Beds not made when l got to my room after check in. Window that didn't close in my friend's room (he had to use his belt to keep them closed while it rained at night). A receptionist who wouldn't be bothered and a room service order for food that never came. The rooms could do with a renovation too. It is clear that this used to be an excellent facility, now run down. These are just a few of the many incidents during a week l spent there. For the price, its not really a good deal. At first the one saving grace seemed to be the abundance of shops and eating places within walking distance. However, there is a gym and they have a good fleet of cars for drop off or pick up. Also a few of the staff really make you feel they want you there. Well... Would l go back there? Not if l had a choice.

Bolton White Hotel is a fantastic place to be. They have an impressive structure and staff who are never tired of serving. They offer a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are beautifully arranged, internet access is free and there's a daily provision for complimentary table water and coffee. Everything you need is available at BWH, trust me. If you're in Abuja, you should visit the hotel.

I was quite excited that my work trip was going to be in Bolton White since the hotel had such a reputation. Most of it is not bad. The food is adequate (except for the really watered down milk. After trying it on corn flakes once, I stuck to non-milk foods). The staff are courteous and you can't fault their work. (Except that at night, there was a lot of noise coming from what I suspect was the housekeeping section.) The hotel needs to train their staff about working quietly especially in the evening when guests could be sleeping. My main problem was with the rooms. My bathroom had a leak and the floor was always wet after I showered. I mentioned it on my first night but it never got fixed for the 6 nights that I was there. Then there was the dirty blanket that was folded and left in my wardrobe for when I needed it. I get cold easily so I needed it every day. It was always dirty. I left a "please change bedding" note once. The bedsheets were removed but the dirty blanket remained. This hotel can be at least a solid 4 if the management would watch the small stuff.

The hotel from outside seems to be very good but unfortunately the service of this staff was pathetic and horrible in one word . 1) Reception: The printer and scanner were not working and took 20 to 25 minutes for check-in and keeping standing guests at the reception desk. 2) Lift is only single in this hotel, and surprisingly, you can't believe they gave you the 3rd floor and mammoth charges, and within our 24-hour stay, that single lift was not rectified and taking luggage to 3rd floor and coming down ,pun intended they want you to have stair case cardio exercise. Really shame on the part of the hotel. 3) Room service the pathetic ,you need to follow up and make 20 times calls to get the items and answer from room service is that coming to 3rd floor is too hectic ,so gets delayed by 3 to 4 hours . Rest it is your choice to go with this or not,but my experience was the dullest and most pathetic with this hotel in all terms and services except cleanliness of the rooms which surely.needs to be appreciated .

I stayed here for a conference. They have two buildings, Classic and Premium. I was first assigned to a room in the Classic but I couldn't stay because it was just too small. The entire building looked very tight. I was told the Classic was built first, not sure how true that is. The hotel has a slightly vintage feel but seems they have issues with maintenance. I asked for another room and I was given one in Premium which was bigger. However, the room (414) had an issue - whenever you flush the toilet emits an unpleasant smell. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The manager and receptionists were quite pleasant and most helpful.

I was here to visit someone, and the experience I got with the bit of time I spent there is commendable. The interiors and rooms are beautiful, and it's located in the heart of Abuja. I loved the arts on the staircase!

A much better service than last year when I lodged. The rooms have been renovated and looked really nice, neat and fresh. Furniture and bed as really solid, bathroom is modern and great, shower jet is strong. My biggest challenge is the fact the rooms have so much promotional materials (magazines, leaflets, fliers etc) but I couldn't even find a telephone directory to call the reception or order food.

Bolton white hotels and apartments. It's one of the five stars hotel in Abuja. Having different branches within the city center. Although this particular one is located at Area 11, just off that Sahaad Stores Street. The hotel offers accommodation and hospitality service, it has conference rooms for meetings, halls for events, eat in and take away at the restaurant unit. Very big rooms with modern facilities installed in every room. In terms of neatness and serene environment, i give it to them. Ranging from their staff to the working environment. They have standby engineers who work tirelessly day and night to keep you comfortable at every given time. Waitresses and waiters are well cultured, neat, respectful and very welcoming. The receptionist will always welcome you with a "Bolton White smile" at the point of entrance. Like i said, it's a 5 star hotel so the lower class really have no business here, except otherwise. There's strong presence of security, poor parking space especially when there's high demand/patronage. Are you visiting Abuja soon and you want a 5 star hotel, that gives value for money, think BOLTON WHITE!! ❣️

I don't even know how to begin to describe my experience here. Customer service or satisfaction is ZERO! My room was clean and cool however, there was no intercom in the room, no complimentary water and some other things that I don't want to bother mentioning. Went downstairs a couple of times to complain about these missing items and the fact that I had to keep coming downstairs to check on the progress and up until I left, despite being assured each time I went downstairs that they'll be provided, there was still no intercom. Complimentary water, was when I was on my way out of my room to check out, that I was given. As for the food, it definitely could be better and the options increased. In this day and age that everyone is being health-conscious, no wheat bread was made available for breakfast but there was white bread. I had, before staying at this hotel, heard about it as being one of the oldest, well-maintained and one of the best hotels in Abuja and I had looked forward to staying there. However, my very first stay was a total disappointment!

I didn’t spend quite sometimes there, it was a brief visitation but trust me. The ambience was the sweetest thing at night. The restaurant was super receptive and on getting into the room, there was Constant light and heated water. I’m a lover of Art I love the interior and decors.

Neat and cosy. Wheelchair accessibility. ATM machine available in the reception. Well mannared staff who are attentive to their clients' needs. Sahad Stores is just a walking distance to the hotel.

I have been patronising this hotel for the past 5 years and i can say that the experience is worth it. Courteous staffs, neat environment, secured and the management are ever willing to attend to any issue anytime however minute. It is really home-away-from-home.

Their event halls are spacious and air conditioning is perfect. However, the drapes need change. Overall, the hotel services is above average

The room we stayed in was damm too small. There were 2 big pillars besides my bedside that took up to half of the space. For me to climb to the bed I had to walk around the pillars. My bed was squished in between the two parallel pillars. I called the attention of the management they couldn't help me by either changing the room or offering compensation of any kind. Everything else was ok but the room is zero.

Very hospitable and warm reception. We once had an event here, and a participant forgot his phone in the hall. The security returned the phone the following day.

Good staff rapport . Good Internet service. Only 1 out of the 2 female toilets at the reception is working..this should be fixed so women don't need to wait endlessly at the toilet

Its location in Area 11 makes it central and easy to get to other parts of Abuja, however the current renovations left much to be desired during my stay there. No TV entertainment due to... renovations! No/poor WiFi due to... renovations!! Can't use the pool due to... renovations!!! Can't use the gym due to... renovations!!!! Coupled with making me late for my meeting after they returned my clothes late in the morning... If you choose to stay there, just make sure they are through with their... RENOVATIONS! P.S. Asides the laundry, the rest of the staff were great!👍🏿

Nice place with a good location which can be easily found, clean rooms with every amenity provided should you request when not found in the rooms, good services and wonderful staff to meet at the reception and restaurant, particularly one Nancy at the restaurant and then a Melvin at the reception. However all the staff are great if you need to consult them for services anywhere else within the hotel, you find them and are always ready and willing to help. They are all quite receptive and ready to assist without any adrenaline pumping up. For their meals, to me, their breakfast meals and more to have during lunch and dinner are equally nice and more to have. What I enjoyed most was their steamed vegetables during breakfast and their goat meat pepper soup during lunch. It is a place you should be anytime without hesitation as you may likely have no regrets.

Exquisite. Bolton White hotel is like an old wine. I must say it is a properly managed hotel as their services are topnotch. Members of staff are well mannered. It is more than just a comfortable stay. Meals do take a while when you order room service but they are tasty too.

The rooms are really lovely, but some facilities didn't work. 1 of the room's hair dryer wasn't working. However, in all the services was great. And the location is great as it is in town and very easy to locate.

Located at the city centre in Abuja, Bolton White was a professional experience for me with, jovial and professional service delivery officers right from the gate. The hall services was exceptional with free WiFi, comfortable sitting arrangements with dual/simultaneous screen for presentation...the tea break, lunch were timely and delicious...love d various kinds of Salad, beans and rice.

The service there was top notch. Hotel was nice and it looked like they were under construction when I arrived (should have been completed by now). Got a broken bed but they were quick to fix it before I got back to the room. Oh!! The food too is nice and healthy! (Forgot to take pictures, sorry 💀)

I was particularly impressed with their complimentary amenities. The meals were delicious and everything was working well in my room. The staff were also very courteous. My only complaint is that I didn't get a towel my last night there and to be sincere I didn't contact room service about it. For the 25k (per night) I paid, the experience was good and I can recommend them to anyone who is interested.

It's a great hotel. I mean I love my room and one good thing about them is that their complimentary break fast is nice and you are allowed to service your self.

There were bedbugs in the room given to me. When I requested to have it changed, I received TERRIBLE service from their staff. Wish I could rate them a ZERO

They have done quite a good job of maintaining the ambience of the place. It was quite busy and parking space was a challenge. Overall, the training hall was clean, well set up, well lit and arrangements for the lunch break was properly organised.

Have not been in a worse place in a long time. Bed sheets are stained, internet does not work and when bringing this malice to the receptions' attention one waits for hours without response. NOTHING attractive or good about this place, except the restaurant waitress who accepted that their restaurant is utterly unattractive and referred me to the Garden down the road - not any better but at least a relief.

Just here to add my bit to helping people make a choice about the hotel. I accompanied a friend and wife who lodged here and there testimony says their time was okay. Maybe a longer stayer and wider interaction with the hotel would have made for a better experience and review but here goes. From my viewpoint, the ambience is nice and the premises and interior are clean and inviting. Every employee we met was very polite and greeted us. It's a medium range hotel and offers competitive rates for its center of town location.

Nice ambiance. Not too pricey,good customer service. The breakfast buffet can be improved,they seem to be less creative in the type of meal they present. Overall was a good experience,and if you are confused as to what to order for lunch,breakfast or dinner just go with their jollof rice. Its tastier than everything I tasted during my 4 days stay.

Nice environment, the room were clean and nice, the maintenance staff were always available and prompt and professional. My best service would have to be the airport taxi service. Worth it's price, really good driver reached my destination with lots of time to spare. Overall a good experience.

Everything here is on a moderate level. Bolton needs to improve on certain aspects, like house keeping should be done early, complaints should be addressed ASAP, and so on. Some of the staff are receptive, but some............ Some rooms are quite big and comfortable while some are very tiny and you pay the same rate. Overall, my stay there is on average.

i had an emergency to be in Abuja Nigeria. i and my team got to Abuja very late, around 1 Am, the tall dark guy by name Prince, was a professional when its comes to excellent service delivery, communication flows , and he speaks good English. He was timely and fast in all response. He was neat, good looking, and smart. i wanted to stay for just one night, but i ended up stay through out the period i was on official assignment in Abuja. i love the standard, i love the charisma and everything about the Hotel. i look forward to another visit with Bolton White Hotel. love your...... from Christine
