Very nice hotel. Pretty well run. Nice staff. Good rooms. The air-conditioning needs some work. Was not cooling well. Good complementary breakfast. Please stop cutting open the sausages. Overall, the service is good.

I stayed at the hotel on 9/01/2023 to 11/01/2023 and my sponge disappeared! The house keeper admitted that he took it but he couldn't give any reasonable explanation as to the reasons why he took it!!! Also, I needed to attend a meeting very early in the morning and I instructed that my complimentary breakfast should be refrigerated. The intention was to warm and eat it when I return. On getting back, I was informed that a staff scooped and ate the egg sauce in my food because she assumed that I wouldn't come for it again. Although they apologized and gave me another meal, I was highly displeased with what happened. I will not recommend the hotel at all!

I lodged in the hotel last week. Saw a stepling pin in my breakfast. Reported this and it wasn't even taken seriously. May be I should have sued Bedsheets was damp. Reported same and they were reluctant to change it. Same very rude front desk staff. Actually one Jimoh was the rudest of them all. I had to insist it be changed. And the guy that came to change it eventually acknowledged that it was a user bedsheets and was not changed They've got some really rude front desk staff

In a very quite and save environment, room services are superb. Room are of different sizes to suit guests. Free Gym and free breakfast. Free Wi-Fi. Restaurant and Bar. Enough parking space. No club and outdoor entertainment though.

Perfect getaway spot for me. Quite, cozzy and their gym is top notch.

I love the fact that everywhere is clean especially my room. Room is air conditioned,24hrs light, internet is very fast. And I love the fact that they always remind you to pick internet password whenever the one given initially expires. The staffs are customer friendly and are always on top of their game. They have an exquisite cuisine. And the environment is quite.

Microwaving food is now 1500 naira . Charges for warming meals!

The hotel should be very easy to locate as it is in a very popular neighbourhood but for the nondescript signboard that marks it. Keep in mind that Gimbiya Street is prone to traffic holdups because of the many heavily patronized businesses on it. The hotel proper has ample parking space, the staff are courteous and very professional. Their rooms are small but clean. The food is kind of uninspiring. There is complimentary free but slow as a snail wifi. Overall, not an unpleasant experience and I would recommend.
