The place is neat and service is just okay, not outstanding. I've stayed there twice, in different rooms. The one they call the executive room feels very comfortable. The standard room is okay, it just felt tiny to me in comparison lol. There's complimentary breakfast and their chef isn't bad. I thoroughly enjoyed the yam and egg sauce I had on one of the days.

A very good and high quality standard hotel just after Lagos Crescent junction positioned its entrance. It's the same as International Royal Suites (IRS). Easily accessible due to the attractiveness and frontage design has a good number of different categories of suites available for lodge. It has a good restaurant and a fitness gym.

A lovely place to lodge. Their kitchen and restaurant service is superb, delicious food dish from the kitchen. Lovely and accommodating staff, always ready to assist and support customer. Nice location.

Looks great, they don't have a pool or enough space for a proper parking lot but they have cozy simple rooms with a gym and restaurant and the staff are polite and courteous.
