They're consistently good. Always busy, but the line moves pretty quickly. Friendly, clean. I've ordered for delivery a few times and haven't been able to get the sprinkled donuts that I add to my order. They're at the store if you go in person🤷🏾‍♀️ Not sure what's going on there, but my family thinks sprinkles are for winners so they're disappointed in me.🤦🏽‍♀️

Dunkin’ Donuts 🍩 never disappoints. Love the coffee ☕️, specially. As there’s not another Dunkin’ location nearby, this location stays extremely busy. But I’m sure it’s because the food and beverages are superb 💯. I highly recommend this location. The service is generally fast and the food is always fresh!

Highly recommend customer service awesome. I was having trouble with the app in the barista helped me to download to get my free drink. Just know she went over in beyond to help me we tried several times. She took out her time didn’t have to and I end up purchasing a sandwich in donut as well to go along with my free coffee drink. The location is clean in nice.

This is the second time I've been to this Dunkin' donuts in several years, and prior to this visit I always... And I mean always, were given fresh, soft donuts. Jelly donuts, chocolate frosted donuts, Cake donuts, and glazed donuts. I have bragged about this particular Dunkin' donuts location to many people as being the best location out of four or five different locations throughout Irving, Arlington, Hurst, Bedford, and Preston road. I don't know what happened with the donuts today, but I was not happy with the donuts given to me. They were definitely old and.. not fresh, and I am disappointed. I will come back and update this post after my next visit

this was my first time coming to a dunkin EVER and i have to say it was a great experience. the older male at the counter was super sweet and started a conversation with me. i loved that (: i also have never been so didn’t know i had to ask for whip cream and it wasn’t an automatic thing. the girl making my coffee immediately put some on there with a carmel drizzle without hesitation or a fight. i’ll know better next time, but it was so nice of her to jump in and do that for me while educating me without a belittling experience. fell in love this little shop

I ordered a caramel frozen coffee and when I picked it up it didn't have any whipped cream or caramel drizzle. I told the guy wearing glasses that my drink was missing caramel drizzle and whipped cream and he said that the order didn't say to add those two missing add ons. It shouldn't have to say it when the drink is specifically served with caramel drizzle and whipped cream. Chile anyways!

Went to Dunkin Donuts on a whim and I was not disappointed. Everything we tried was really so yummy! The donuts were perfect and fresh and moist. The Cappuccino was very good and the temperature was perfect. The people that worked there were so friendly and got my order quickly and even gave me a smile. Thank you Dunkin Donuts for the great experience!

The place is always clean and orderly, but a little bit crowded. It's a smaller location in a very good location so they can get rather busy. Other than that, I always have a good experience. Get yourself a Large Vanilla Bean Coolatta and 2 Vanilla Creme donuts and thank me later. Oh, and their hash browns are the best... along with that "Snackin' Bacon"... you can never go wrong with BACON.

I normally order from Starbucks but this time my husband wanted Dunkin’ Donuts and I order a hot macha and they burly filled it up half way. When I got down at work I was wondering why it felt light but I thought to myself maybe it’s foam lol but no they just didn’t fill it up

Good and quick service. If you don't know anything about Dunkin' know you can always get a good cup of coffee.

They would make my iced coffee 90% exactly how I like it. It can use a little bit remodeling for better appearance and atmosphere. It's kind of gets crowded inside bc its small so Overall, order ahead through the app for faster service.

Store could have been cleaner but visit wasn't bad. My wait time was longer than i expected it to be t pick up my frozen coffee and it was missing my caramel drizzle. I didn't complain the coffee was great without it

I cannot recommend this location. Supply was low at 7pm, service is substandard and common areas are in desperate need of cleaning. For goodness sake, stay off of your phones at work, wipe off tables/chairs and grab a broom!

I went around 430 pm and there was a large order before me and I guess they were a little overwhelmed but the two hot lattes I ordered were luke warm I don't know how they managed to do that because they just made it, it wasn't like it was sitting out. I was nice bc I've worked in service and just heated it up in my microwave later. Hopefully it's not always like this. Disappointed.

If you're plus size, theres no seating for you... And its been this way for literal years. They only have narrow chairs with metal armrests. No booths, no chairs without armrests, no bench outside even. Nothing. Honestly, I cant think of any other place like this nowadays. The food is ok. It's not bad, not amazing. But having no where to sit is really frustrating... Especially since they've had this setup for years and know by now that a lot of their customers can't sit down. They just don't care.

The drinks are tasty and they have alternative milk products. The donuts and muffins are a complete disappointment everything I try them. I keep thinking it will be better... it never is. There is a donut shop around the corner. Get your drink to go and get fresh. Donuts from there. You'll be happier with your purchase that way.

My biggest issue is the Card Reader where you pay is so dusty and dirty thank god I don’t have to use that i mobile order and the pink tray where drinks are put is not cleaned for god knows how long cause I can see coffee stains dust etc…. The walls are grimey and dirty and haven’t been cleaned. You pay your workers low as it is (They deserve a raise btw no wonder the turnover rate is the way it is. Do you even train your employees right? Not right enough to clean the furniture that’s for sure. The managers and higher positions need to work and clean the store up to present it better not the workers. If you’re a manager or owner whatever you should be training your employees to consistently keep the store clean before a health inspector comes in one day and gives a bad rating and the store closes down. I see this issue at all Dunkin locations and restaurants in general i should not have to bring anti bacterial wipes to wipe the chairs i LITERALLY WIPED THE DOOR HANDLE BECAUSE IT WAS DIRTY LIKE PLEASE I DONT EVEN WORK HERE . WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC STILL YOU KNOW. The chairs are giving outdated. Dunkin locations makes thousands of dollars a day I think they can afford to buy some new furniture you can even write it off on your taxes idk. Also the corporation alone makes BILLIONS of dollars and they can’t help their franchise have good chairs so the store looks presentable to the hundreds of customers they get everyday…. Where are the priorities?? are we hoarding the money for no reason or are we on a low budget to where we can’t afford to buy $40 chairs???Good business!

Everytime I order at this location the order is wrong and they don't care. When I asked her what she would make instead she got an attitude when explaining they were out of the cold brew. The time before the dozen donuts I ordered was incorrect and she said I couldn't. Ot have a credit or a refund and only the owner could approve that. I emailed the owner and never heard a thing. This location has the worse customer service. The Rowlett location is 100% better then this one.

Im from Boston. And finding a Dunkins in TX is tough. My review is directed towards the drinks and food. Not the service. Not a fan of THIS Dunkins location. The five times I visited the original blend iced coffee I ordered tasted watery and just doesn't taste like coffee (How?). Taste like diluted coffee. Donuts tasted like it's been cooked in old oil. Or just sat there for awhile. Leaves a weird after taste after eating. Definitely not fresh. Go to a different Dunkins.

Well for starters it's nobodies fault the young lady must or obviously hates her job or being there. It's a donut shop that happens to stay open until 12am. It's around 4:45 or 5pm. My mother and I wanted to try the brown sugar cold brew and she wanted a 1/2dozen of blueberry donuts and I wanted 1/2 dozen of glazed. The young lady didn't greet nor had a cheerful ambiance about her. That's not who you want on your front-end counter. I needed to use the restroom and both are out of order. My question is how do you all use the restroom yourselves? Make it make sense. Long story short, I ended up with 6donuts because of failure to listen and a bad attitude. Dunkin do better. Your on a main major roadit will get tedious and northern people look for this shop. My father lives in Delaware and swear by Dunkin donuts.

Order arrived soggy as hell. I get it was a delivery but who smart idea was it to put a cold iced drink in the same bag as the food. The only reason y'all are getting 3 stars is because I was able to put my sandwich in the air fryer. Drink was nasty and because of the cold drink the hash browns pouch ripped and hit the floor.

This store knows how to treat customers. The coffee roll I had was well done (burnt). I just asked for 10 munchkins since the rest looked the same. She gave me 12 and a glazed donut. Thank you! I will definitely be back. The coffee was great too. I love the consistency Dunkin provided with great coffee. If a Dunkin and Starbucks are side by side, Dunkin wins every time.

Little busy - Little wait I like this location, it's clean and organized,the staff are friendly, they work fast taking care of the orders Flavorful sandwiches, delicious muffins, and my favorite everything bagel was perfect! Thank you! (this is my 4th visit )
