My second time to this wonderful resturant. Our family waited 45 minutes to be served but well worth it. We finally were served with a double batch of buttermilk bicuits. I added butter and honey on these beauties and ironically they tasted like pancakes. Go figure. My entre came of chicked fried steak. The crust was slightly oily but delicious neverless. I also sampled my sons fried chicken. Everything about the chicken was to die for. We also had sides of green beans and mashed potatoes which were both excellent. Sorry we declined any desert fearing getting our stomach pumped later that night. I would highly recommend.

The food is good and seasoned very well. I like the concept of the family style meals. Only issue I had was they were not very accommodating to large parties (we had about 20 people). If your concept is family style dining, I would like to be seated with my entire party and not separate tables. When I recommended connecting the two tables, I was turned down immediately and that didn’t sit too well with me. It’s the small things that matter. Something as small as moving one table to connect to the other could have made our experience so much better.

Great Southern cooking. Bring your appetite. There are 5 items on the menu, and you get all the sizes 😋. We ordered the fried chicken and fried catfish. If you don't finish and want to take with, you get a "doggie bag"(no containers). Not a fast food place. Love this place.

Recommended by our friends. A pretty cool family style meals restaurant. We received great service from Michelle! We ordered fried chicken and fried catfish. Both were pretty good and served with five sides. The portion sizes were very TEXAS for us. We tried the cherry cobbler and it was delicious. Definitely will be back.

This location used to be better. Especially when they had their Giant BBQ ribs. Been eating here for years but it’s just not as good as the other Babes Chicken locations.

Didn’t take a pic of main dish… it was 4 pcs of chicken. It’s wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the best babe’s experience. Service was really good, Biscuits weren’t all that. Offered straws which is a bonus. The mash potatoes and corn were out of this world. Didn’t touch the green beans and gravy they looked sickly. Salad wasn’t as fresh as it could be which was fine I did come in around 5 pm my guess it was made in the morning, the honey was a definitely a dub. Elevated the chicken.

I have always loved Babe's, but the service at this location was THE BEST EVER! Ashley, our server, was the best, great attitude, sense of humor, and memory(hahaha). We dropped 20 plus people on her and she never missed a beat. 💖

This was our first time here. Honestly, I wanted to go try it because of their billboard. They are one of the few businesses that are not afraid to put the real reason for Christmas where everyone can see it. ❤️ Now for the food. I had chicken tenders and my husband had the catfish. Everything was absolutely delicious. They have the fluffiest biscuits in the world. And what a sweetheart Nathan is. This is now my favorite place.

Service was great, waitress was sweet and very nice. Food was good! But we ordered pies to go. Got home and found my chocolate meringue pie to look like this! Very disappointed, live out of town so only get to Babes a few times a year

Atmosphere was good and service was great. Mashed potatoes tasted like powdered, green beans had no flavor, lemonade isn’t anything like you’d expect-from mix,beans tastes like can beans trying to be country,corn was not sweet yellow Texas., salad was only iceberg lettuce with dressing already drizzled on, you have no choice.The service was great and so were the biscuits that taste homemade! Only meats available Chicken fried steak, fried chicken, smoked chicken, and Catfish which were tasty. To me and the people I were with babes did not live up to expectations

I was first here 3 years ago and it's still delicious! This was my first stop after getting to town and I'll be back again for more biscuits.

Ok maybe I'm just a sucker for fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and biscuits but I LOVED this spot. The chicken fried steak is also terrific and our waitress was super attentive. The atmosphere/vibes of this spot were top notch too so I would totally recommend!

I wanted some some good fried chicken, and this was it. Crispy on the outside and juicy in the center. Ordering was simple, you pick the type of chicken you want, and you get all of the sides. Biscuits were also fantastic.

Bottomless sides, biscuits, and salad with a generous portion of your choice of protein being either a fried half chicken, chicken fingers (7 pcs.), grilled or roasted chicken (I don’t remember which), chicken fried steak 6 oz., or fried catfish all for 18.99 (not sure if that’s just a lunch price). There’s no menu. We waited a bit for our server, maybe 10 minutes, but I’m assuming she was just handling a large party because the surrounding servers were very quick to greet their tables. She was friendly, however. She informed us of how the ordering worked and off we went. Soon after we picked our proteins our salad came out with some delightful biscuits. Once the salad was cleared, a bevy of sides came out including tomatoes and beans, okra, corn, mashed potatoes, and white gravy came out with our protein choices. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous portions. Looking forward to coming back.

The food is ok but you get a way better deal going to Churches chicken for the price. I use to love coming here with family but the salads they offer are plain no veggies like carrots or tomatoes just lettuce. The deals are way over priced. They should offer a cheaper meal for people who will not eat more than one helping due to medical reasons (for kiddos and seniors). My kiddos only ate 1 piece of chicken and a spoon full of the sides and it was still $120 for a family of 5. Super high for today's economy. I would have rather gone to Olive Garden for that price. The biscuits and mash potatoes were amazing I will say and the chicken was ok.
