8/1/19: The food was great and Robin B. was a great hostess. She was very attentive, personable, and displayed a genuine concern during my visit. This particular evening, she worked in the bar area, and made my visit very pleasant. Would definite visit this location again! 8/14/23: Party of five sat at a booth by the bar. Carol was a great hostess. She was attentive and friendly. She was already taking care of a party of 10 at the bar, along with other guest sitting in the bar area. The drinks were good, and the food was great. Our food order didn't take too long, and it was made when ordered. The croissants were great. We had a great time thanks to Carol!

Our recent visit to Cheddar's off the PGBT in Garland was nothing short of outstanding! The service provided by our server, Rachel, was truly exceptional. She exhibited kindness, courtesy, and a problem-solving attitude throughout our visit. When we encountered an issue with the pay-kiosk, Rachel promptly took charge and ensured that it was resolved efficiently by getting someone to assist us. Her dedication to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience was highly appreciated. The cleanliness of the restaurant was notable, from the pristine floors to the spotless restrooms. It's evident that Cheddar's prioritizes cleanliness and hygiene, contributing to a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for patrons. Now, let's talk about the food – it was fantastic! The menu variety, combined with the delightful flavors, made for a memorable dining experience. My family said I've been here before several years ago but I didn't remember the visit. So I ensured I kept my ear to the ground to see how things went since I did not give a review from my last visit. Overall, it exceeded my expectations: Outstanding service from Rachel, a clean and welcoming environment, and delectable food make this restaurant a standout choice for anyone seeking a top-tier dining experience. From start to finish, we loved this restaurant! Started with chips and queso and cheese curds. Appetizers came out quick and were very good. The drinks did not disappoint, the entrees were perfect and delicious and our server was on point!

The Buffalo Chicken wraps and the New Orleans pasta were great, but the pot pie could really use some seasoning (I think they’ve changed the recipe recently so it was not as good as what I’ve had at the same place earlier). But we ordered the Sundae for dessert it was very good too. Overall, their food is not the best but is still really good. I love the place aesthetics and the service!

I will start out with saying that I loved this place the first time I went last week even if the service was slow, the drinks were good and the salad was good...bragged about it to my husband and friend...went there tonight for her Birthday after going on and on about it..the food tonight HORRIBLE, cold, and steak was a big slab of fat. Fir as cold as the food was it took forever to get it as well as our drinks and lastly the check! I felt like I was being held captive trying to leave the establishment. We did get a discount, but honestly can say that I won't be back for the food that's for sure. The table next to us, same issue cold food. I was really excited about having a new go to, but am still on the hunt. Cheddars when the waiter says we get that a lot when talking about cold food, maybe you should take the hint and get a cook who can produce quality food! Wasted 70 bucks and 2 hours of my life! Won't happen again

This was my first time at a Cheddars so i didn't really know what to expect on the menu but they're similar to other restaurants of the sort that serve hamburgers, ribs, etc. The service started out strong but fizzled a little at the end. The food was pretty good; we had the smokehouse burger and the buffalo chicken wraps. I had a large Yuengling as well and the price of a large draft beer was very reasonable.

Harold, our server, and Brendan, the host, were super friendly and made our visit pleasant. Always good food and service! Highly recommend!!

Been to this cheddar’s all the time, but this time was not the best at all. Waiting a long time for food. The fried steak was 90% batter and 10% steak. We also got the t-bone steak medium but was given a dry steak. Was missing sides and never got sauces like we asked for. The server did great and was very patient and kind, was not his fault at all.
