Food was good but they need to hire more staff. Waited ten minutes to get seated then five more before a waitress came to table. It took thirty minutes for them to prepare the meal. After we ate we waited AGAIN for someone to get the bill and check us out. Saw the manager or owner tell the waitress to step helping us check out and clean and bus a table. Spent over an hour to get food, eat, and check out. Entirely to long.

I can't recommend this restaurant. I've enjoyed genghis grill in the past, and I'm sure I'll visit other locations again, but this one has lost my patronage, I'm afraid. In summary, the service was poor, but the food itself was good. When we walked in, it took about 10 minutes to be seated, or even acknowledged. This was in spite of relatively low occupancy. Once we were sat, it took several more minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink or bowl size. Going through the line, several key ingredients were depleted. When we got back to our table, the drinks had been served in to go cups, which seems wasteful considering that we ate in store.

Nice place to eat at, even if you are dieting. You get to pick your meats (chicken, beef, pork, sausage, pepperoni, ham) seafood (shrimp, calamari, fish, imatation lobster) & fruit & vegetables (Pineapple, mandarin orange slices, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, cubed potatoes pieces, bean sprouts, water chessnuts, baby corns) to be cooked with your choice of noodles, rice or cabbage and served in a small, medium, or large bowl. You pick your spices and your sauce. Delicious. I also really love the strawberry lemonade. The people working there were nice & friendly.

Food was perfect. Great sauces. So many options. Restaurant was clean, and the service was amazing. These guys did a great job remembering all of us (since there are no table numbers or anything) and always being on top of things. How many refills did our server bring us lol So many.

Food was good as alway. Service was okay, I guess since they were kind of busy. I did have to get up and get a couple of things for us (Napkins and Siracha). The food line floor was sticky, but I did see someone going around cleaning up the line. Over all, it was an okay experience.

I love being able to build my own regular-sized meal from low or free points foods. There's a wonderful variety of meats and seafoods, (or tofu), a rainbow of vegetables, flavorful sauces, a variety of spices, and your choice of rice or noodles to add. Choose the size of bowl, select your own ingredients and spices and sauces, hand it off to one of the chefs, ordering your rice or noodle choice. You can either watch them cooking or return to your table to await your server as she/he delivers your cooked meal. Delicious!

My wife and I recently stopped in for lunch. As we were greeted we were notified their tea and water machine were broken. I was very impressed with the cleanliness as well as the options as it had been a while since I’ve dined at genghis grill. There were plenty of selections freshly stocked. I made my entree and chose my additions with the grill master (spiral pasta and rice). Surprisingly the food was very enjoyable and cooked perfect. Not over cooked and dried out, my wife and I both finished our meals completely leaving extremely satisfied. We pass 2 other genghis grills on the way to this one, we happened to be in the area on this particular visit, but decided we would happily drive a little further for this particular location

I went today for a late lunch and to take advantage of the July All You Can Eat Special. Great food, great selection, and almost always great, friendly servers. Easy to select options whether you want healthy or not, vegan, vegetarian, or full of meat. There were only 2 other couples there when l was seated. This particular location has started to get run down, might need a little remodel. The wait staff was very friendly and served my lunch with a smile. They used to to make Quesadillas on request, l was told today they do not have cheese anymore. Well return soon

This place used to be great, however, now they are more expensive and offer smaller portions than before. Also recently I went back in because of an advert in the window saying for the month of July they offer bottomless bowls, so when I went in and they asked me if I wanted small, regular or large bowl, I asked for regular, after I finished I asked for another bowl to go up again, but I was told that the bottomless bowls only refers to the large bowl. Nowhere on the large window sign did it mention this, only if you look carefully on the website. This is typical bait and switch tactics and they should be ashamed of themselves, customers should be told if this restriction up front so they have the choice to pay an extra $2 to get refills. Check the picture and see for yourself that nowhere does it refer to large bowl Sunday only. *** UPDATE *** I was contacted by the Genghis Grill after they read this review and they were trying their best to resolve this issue. I have increased my star rating from 1 star to 2 stars because they reached out and offered me two free bowls and they admitted that the advert was misleading and promised to correct it going forward. The reason I did not increase it to three, four or five stars is due to the fact that the main part of my questions went unanswered. I wanted to know why they have changed so much and so often, getting worse each time. But I will go back for the free bowls to make up for the incorrect advertising. *** UPDATE *** We went back to the Firewheel mall location to redeem our 2 free bowls that the customer service gave us. When we went to use them we were asked what size bowl would we like, so we said large, then the waitress came back and said that the two free bowls we're only regular or small, so I asked why did it not say regular bowls instead of just bowls? Anyway the Manager came over and apologized for the confusion and said we need to make this clearer, so he gave us the large bowls and then he surprised us by telling us that we could keep the 2 regular free bowls on our account and the large ones were free on this visit. That is good customer service, so I am going to raise my rating from 2 stars to 3 stars. I would go to 4 or 5 stars if it was not for the fact that they are still overpriced for what you get and you don't get the opportunity to go and sample different recipies like you used to. But 10/10 for customer service and the store manager.

We went here for lunch, the service is really good and food also good, only thing is that they take some good time making it, if you only have one hour for lunch please choose somewhere else you won't have time to eat :(

Service was a little too laid back and took a while just to bring us drinks or pick up check. Food and attitude were great though.
