Service à la clientèle vraiment exécrable, employee avec une mauvaise attitude, j'ai acheté en ligne, l'employé à refuser de me rembourser alors que sur la facture je pouvais retourner et me faire rembourser dans les 60 jours. Si vous avez le choix, n'allez pas dans ce magasin. Vraiment je déconseillé !!! Si je pouvais même donner zéro étoile je l'aurai fait.

Service épouvantable. Je suis entrée dans la boutique et je n'ai reçu aucun accueil. L'employée en question était assise, derrière la caisse, la tête baissée et les yeux sur son cellulaire. Elle a finalement levé les yeux après un bon 2-3 minutes et n'a tout de même pas fait le minimum pour dire bonjour. Finalement, lorsque j'ai aperçu une paire de chaussure intéressante et que je lui ai demandé si je pouvais l'essayer, c'est presque comme si je dérangeais. J'ai moi-même dû aller jusqu'à la caisse pour demander de l'assistance et elle s'est levé péniblement pour regarder quel modèle c'étais. Même avec un coupon-rabais pour mon anniversaire, j'ai décidé de ne pas acheter car le service étais vraiment déficient. Décevant car un simple bonjour c'est le minimum.

Today, Thursday December 7, 2023 at 2 p.m., I had my worst customer experience ever with you. 1. No welcome, I almost had to apologize for disturbing the 3 ladies who were behind the cash register on their cell phones discussing intimate issues. 2. I had come for a particular pair of boots that I had noticed online, when I noticed that the price displayed was not the same as that online so I wanted to find out, the younger gave me an unpleasant look and said “look carefully, they’re not the same”. It was me who had to take out my cell phone to show him that YES they were the same. The answer was “order them online”. No help or anything, neither from the other 2. I had to ask if I could try them on with just the right boot because for the saleswoman, it seemed difficult to get me the left. Really disappointed with such poor customer service.

I bought a pair of boots at the Aldo store in Gatineau. I barely wore them and two buckles came loose while I was walking. The same day I went to the store to ask if I could bring them back even though I don't have the box because I had thrown it away thinking that I wasn't going to have any problems with it. She told me I could get a refund or they could offer me an exchange. I came back a few days later and the manager told me that the girl who gave me this advice doesn't even work there but she was behind the counter and I thought she worked there. Then the store manager refuses to reimburse me even if they are defective. No help. Zero empathy towards their customers.

Hello, I went not long ago and there was no welcome the employee was sitting behind the cash register on her cell 📱 not even a hello and when I saw a pair that interested me she wasn't even there came to see me, no reaction from that, I left!!
