Awesome place! The food was EXCELLENT, the atmosphere ABSOLUTELY ROOFTOP and the drinks EXCELLENT (Note: also non-alcoholic, the best I got in Gdansk during my week's vacation). DELICIOUS dessert and the BEST customer service! You want to come to such a personal and memorable place again. Big recommendation, you want to visit here if you visit Gdansk!

I've been to a few restaurants in this small chain and my visits have always been positive. This was no exception, the staff were friendly, the environment was relaxed and I felt comfortable. Service was efficient and the quality of the food was high. Everything was well presented, at the appropriate hot temperature and tasted freshly made. Would recommend and return.

5 starts for this place is understatement, it’s at least 10+. Everything was divine, from super fast service, great cocktails (in the jars) to the most amazing food. Ribs were just… we rated as the best ever tried. Stake was super and salmon just melted in the mouth. 100% recommend.

Nice bar area and friendly staff. They make some brilliant cocktails here to enjoy. The decor is well done and creates a nice atmosphere for your dining experience

My partner and I had such a wonderful time here. The restaurant is decorated uniquely and interestingly. The steak was simply the best of my life, and the cocktails were out of this world. Even better they had a live band playing music - the whole atmosphere was laid back, fun and kind. The best of all was our waiter Piotr (apologies if I have spelt this wrong, he was the tall male, dark hair, with tattoos), who was so kind and attentive. He recommended a fabulous cocktail which I loved. He really went above and beyond and was a credit to the restaurant. If you're thinking about trying this place, do it! The staff, atmosphere, music, drinks are all top notch. Our favourite place so far!

There are many option of steak and single dishes so some is standard price and some is fancy version. Steak, Ribs(the sauce is so unique and I love it!) and the appetizer were great. Nice ambient! worth a visit :)

A busy restaurant, with an extensive menu, but when the food arrived after approximately 30 minutes, could tell why. Spicy ribs fell off the bone, the rib eye steak was tender, perfectly cooked potatoes both baked and truffle mashed and a spicy bloody Mary rounded off a delicious meal. Great atmosphere within the restaurant too.

Atmosphere in this place is amazing ! You walk throughout motorbikes on the walls and soft orange lights between the tables that gives you great experience while eating. Food was good, we took 2 hamburgers. One with burger meat, which was good but not the best burger of my life. The 2nd one was with pulled pork, delicious, however I would have preferred the pulled pork a bit more hot, it was a bit cold for me. Wheat beer very good and desert which I liked, however a bit unusual how to eat the cheesecake, because the crumbs were not together with the cheese, but in the wooden plate. Service super fast and very kind, live music a bit too loud, but this is personal preference, other people enjoined it.

Amazing place to go superb service a special by Piotrek we was setting outside the atmosphere there is so good you can spend there whole afternoon. I personally recommend mojito but as the name suggests the whisky is as well good 🥰🥰🥰

Fantastic food and cocktail options, and the atmosphere was made even better with some excellent live music from The Running Kettles. Even though busy for a Wednesday night, we had attentive and pleasant service. We'd previously been to another branch of Whiskey In The Jar and we won't hesitate to recommend the one in Gdansk!

I didn't try the food as we only stopped in for a drink. Excellent selection of whiskeys as expected and the atmosphere was brilliant. Great music, not too loud and friendly staff. Great view of the river. Mixers were very well priced. Good smelled delicious even though I'm vegetarian it made me want a steak! Will be back.

If you love meat, steak and burgers there's no where better. Great atmosphere, live music and drinks to wash it all down as well. Very friendly and helpful staff aswell.. one observation, it can be a bit smokey - likey due to all the meat being grilled!

Fantastic place in the old town area. Great atmosphere and more fantastic food (both burger and meat) A must visit. But you should reserve in advance.

Had a chance to celebrate my friend’s birthday here. Food was excellent and service was superb. Kudos to Iza our waitress who assisted us from the beginning til the end of our dine. They gave a birthday drinks to my friend which makes our stay more especial. Hats off to the whole team. 😊

Nice, industrial place on the river bank. The food was delicious, the service was pretty good considering lots of youngsters start their summer jobs there, so i wish them all good luck in learning Customer Service in Horeca :) We had a burger and ribs (absolutely melting in the mouth).

We were here last year but they have moved since then - which is a big boost for the place. Cool environment and pretty good hamburgers. However, it gets quite noisy when there are a lot of people.

The place has a relaxed atmosphere straight from "Texan" bars, of course a bit polonized. The food card is short and tasty. Drinks - in this respect, the restaurant has a wide menu. The drinks, however, have a huge amount of ice, and the traditional ones are not made from original products, which for me is a big minus. However everyone will find something suits for them.

What can I say! It was sooo delicious. Many thanks for the excellent food and the excellent service. We will definitely come back again

Steak was very good, only downside was I underestimated how quickly the hot plate would continue to cook the steak that I ended up with a slightly more well done steak than what I like. This was of course my fault, but a friendly reminder about how hot the plate is and how quickly it continues to cook the meat would be nice :) (you have to take the steak off the plate pretty soon if you want to have a medium steak) But despite my own miscalculations the meal was delicious, really liked that they let you season your steak yourself with provided salt, pepper and herb butter.

When one requires a coldie or burger you go to Whiskey in the Jar. The odds my second time at one of these in Poland and it did not disappoint. Great service and atmosphere. Especially good at Halloween with the costumes!

WOW.....amazing service, cocktails, food and Amos. If your coming to gdansk, this is place a must.......seriously. Loads of cocktails to choose from, reasonably priced and from the ones we had, AMAZJNG. As for the food we had burger and ribs. Again reasonable price, steaks can be pricy but same everywhere. Wanted steak but i was here for a week visiting the dentist so couldn't risk it. But still amazing.

We had brilliant night. Food was divine and drinks were just really something special. All the atmosphere was complicated by service. Magda who was serving our food and drinks was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to Magda we felt well taken care of.

This was an awesome food experience. The "Steak on a Lava Stone" was amazing. Order it rare, and it comes on a hot lava stone placed in a cutting board. You put your rare steak on the cutting board, slice it and put it back on the stone with the herb butter and cook it to your liking! Service was very good as well!

New-vibe kind of place in central area of Gdansk called Wyspa Spichrzow. Decent atmosphere and great selection of cocktails and burgers. Highly recommended!

The burgers are extremely good and big. I highly reccomend them. The steak was also good, but you have to eat it pretty fast because it comes on a hot stone that can easily burn the food if left still for too long. You will not go hungry from this place!
