Rooms
are
ok.
However,
there
is
basically
a
problem
with
communication
with
the
staff/service.
When
I
checked
in,
I
asked
if
I
could
have
a
room
without
a
view
of
the
large
construction
site
in
front
of
the
hotel
(a
new
building
is
being
built).
They
were
friendly
and
I
was
told
that
I
would
get
a
room
with
a
view
of
the
beach.
This
was
not
the
case.
I
also
asked
for
a
second
duvet
on
the
second
day.
This
was
also
confirmed
that
this
would
be
done.
There
was
no
sign
of
a
result.
Finally,
I
asked
for
something
to
eat
in
my
room
at
0.30am.
I
am
diabetic
and
had
hypoglycaemia
before
and
wanted
to
eat
something
solid
for
the
night,
as
hypoglycaemia
makes
me
very
hungry.
The
room
service
is
available
until
1
a.m.
according
to
the
menu
card.
I
called
a
good
7
times
between
0.30
and
1
a.m.
to
see
if
I
could
get
something.
The
first
2
times
I
was
redirected,
the
person
supposedly
didn't
hear
me.
The
other
5
times
the
receptionist
wanted
to
call
me
back
as
soon
as
the
problem
was
solved.
When
I
called
again
at
1
a.m.
on
the
dot,
I
was
told
that
the
colleague
had
tried
to
call
my
room.
But
he
didn't,
because
I
was
sitting
in
front
of
it
waiting
for
him
to
call
me
back.
In
any
case,
the
room
service
was
now
closed
and
I
could
no
longer
receive
anything.
It
seems
very
lazy
and
unprofessional
and
if
I
had
only
relied
on
the
staff,
my
sugar
level
would
have
caused
other
problems
