Great comfortable hotel. Clean, comfortable, and modern rooms.

We have stayed for one night in this hotel because our flight landed very late… and what a lovely surprise! This is hotel is so great, we had a triple room really big comfortable clean, the beds were really soft cozy. The price for the room was only 72 euros including breakfast for 3… and the breakfast had everything you can imagine… healthy balanced all choices were there… the staff was really nice and helpful all the time… what a nice surprise this hotel. Totally to recommend to all of our friends

The staff in the reception were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Room was very clean and well decorated. Very nice location.

Good size of the room, very clean, very comfy bed, great selection (!) for breakfast and very friendly staff. The fitness room is rather small, but I did not mind as there was no time to use it - too many attractions in the city :)

Nice Hotel, clean with spacious rooms and easy access to public transport, there is Lidl shop next-door and some nice restaurants near by. Personally I was not really like the breakfast and the noise from the main street in night. But I will still return.

Rooms windows are not soundproof. You can hear traffic noise all night long. Good breakfast spread, but unfortunately, they can't make fresh omelets for the guests. The checking and checkout process is smooth.

The night receptionist made the checking-in experience very seamless and welcoming, despite making my booking at midnight, 15 minutes prior to checking in; I had no trouble finding a room. And when I enquired about USB ports in the room, she advised there were none, but offered to provide me with a Euro-plug for the night. Now that's service. Shoutout night receptionist Marcella

House keeping, front desk, food, all great. Bar; have to give Adam credit cause my boy can make some great drinks, thanks Adam, true professional! Great service all.

The Hotel is good located. If you arrive with car, you can use the hotel parking house. The Service is great and solution oriented. My room was clean and I had nothing to complain.

Hotel looks and feels amazing. It is spacious, clean and staff is very professional and kind. Location is perfect if you are visiting for a business trip (business district is just few hundred meters away) but we stayed for vacation and the beach is about 3 km from the hotel. Anyway, couldn't ask for more. Comfortable, spacious rooms, nice bathroom, silent backyard view - just right.

We made a mistake booking the visit through third party app, but hotel helped us to resolve all the problems and welcomed us with an extraordinary service. Breakfast was exceptionally tasty (especially waffles!), and the staff was very professional and hospitable. Definitely recommend staying at that hotel.

Rooms are good and comfortable. Service is very good. It is about 20 min uber ride away from the town center.

It's a Hampton Inn. It's the same everywhere around the world. This one is no exception. You get what you expect: compact rooms, basic breakfast, good WIFI. All in a spotlessly clean environment. This one had particular helpful staff. It's miles out of the center of Gdank so not great for sightseeing but perfectly fine for an overnight stay. [Stayed June 2020]

Thank you very much Hilton, but not specifically to this hotel. Arriving late in the evening, having warned in advance that we were traveling with two children, having received confirmation in response, we were faced with the fact that an additional payment of PLN 240 was required on the spot, which we did not expect. We booked thanks to the program for Ukrainians, we are going to Sweden with children, there is a minimum amount of finance. Several of our friends stayed under such program with children in other Hilton hotel and everything was fine, they even wrote in advance that they will give bigger room and no additional payments were needed. We wrote a letter that we will come with children, hotel sent us a letter confirming that they will put extra bad for children, but nothing was indicated about the surcharge. Objectively, in our position now, we would not have come, having known this in advance. We spoke with the reception, they said that it was their mistake that they did not warn, but the additional payment should be 120 zlotys, not 240. But after a while they said that it was another mistake and the payment would not be less than 240 PLN and nothing would be returned. I think that the staff should or warn in advance about extra payments either just return the money.

Very good location for business trips - just 5 min stroll to Olivia Business Center. Working desk in every room and comfortable meeting area in lobby. Breakfast with gluten free options available at all times. Gym on the premises with a threadmill, bike, weights and rubber mats for stretching or any kind of other on floor activity. And a little post scriptum that I have to add today , couple of weeks after me wroting it - being a frequent traveller and staying in Gdansk almost every week for a night or two I choose NOT TO STAY at this hotel any more since this hotel chain SUPPORTS RUSSIA and still leads its business operations in Ukraine.

Hotel nice tidy and new. Unfortunately service at reception desk is very low level. Hardly willing to help and organize taxi or other simple stuff. Very moody people.

Very comfortable hotel with Hilton standards! Kind and professional stuff! Very important pros - for small additional costs you can stay with your pet. It's amazing! Also good location- close to the office buildings, gym, stores, restaurants, malls and 30-40 minutes by walk to beach.

Nearest and neatest place to Oliva Business Centre. Lidl in the same building. Oliva Park just across the street. Variety of breakfasts (I totally recommend waffles with toffee syrup)

Very good place to stay in Gdansk! I recommend it! The staff is always willing to help and they have one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever eaten. The location is not the best, but the city offers great transport options. Love that they are pet friendly.
