Arriving
late
in
the
evening,
having
warned
in
advance
that
we
were
traveling
with
two
children,
having
received
confirmation
in
response,
we
were
faced
with
the
fact
that
an
additional
payment
of
PLN
240
was
required
on
the
spot,
which
we
did
not
expect.
We
booked
thanks
to
the
program
for
Ukrainians,
we
are
going
to
Sweden
with
children,
there
is
a
minimum
amount
of
finance.
Several
of
our
friends
stayed
under
such
program
with
children
in
other
Hilton
hotel
and
everything
was
fine,
they
even
wrote
in
advance
that
they
will
give
bigger
room
and
no
additional
payments
were
needed.
We
wrote
a
letter
that
we
will
come
with
children,
hotel
sent
us
a
letter
confirming
that
they
will
put
extra
bad
for
children,
but
nothing
was
indicated
about
the
surcharge.
Objectively,
in
our
position
now,
we
would
not
have
come,
having
known
this
in
advance.
We
spoke
with
the
reception,
they
said
that
it
was
their
mistake
that
they
did
not
warn,
but
the
additional
payment
should
be
120
zlotys,
not
240.
But
after
a
while
they
said
that
it
was
another
mistake
and
the
payment
would
not
be
less
than
240
PLN
and
nothing
would
be
returned.
I
think
that
the
staff
should
or
warn
in
advance
about
extra
payments
either
just
return
the
money.
