Dont get fooled by the brand name. The hotel is in a nice location, but the property needs a revamping. There is stinky smell from the moment you enter the hotel. The rooms are tiny, uncomfortable bed and with no fans or air conditioning. The corridors and shower has a peculiar odour. The rooms are not soundproof enough and your sleep will be disturbed by the vehicle noise from the busy side road. For the price you pay, its really not worth it.

This is the worst hotel ever stayed. Arrived in midnight and all doors are locked, no reception no security, tired to find a way to go inside with a 6 months old infant, 4 years old child, my wife and me, but no way. After a while a man appeared and I asked him how to go inside. He can not speak English, just saying "the code". I searched booking.com document and found a code, but failed to open the door. Later that staff came out and used his code to open the door so that we could drive in. I asked reception, he said no reception here, just machine. I was very difficult to get code to open hotel and room door with the code received from the machine. Our booking was including breakfast, and when we go downstairs to have breakfast, another guy told us that our room had only one breakfast 😀, I told him that reservation is including breakfast, how come only one person can have breakfast, he said that you did not book from our official website, so we do not care what booking.com tells you. In fact, there was almost nothing to eat in breakfast serviced, then we left hotel "or however you call it" Funny experience

I’m not judging the price. Every one knows Low cost has no service. You get what you need. Front desk stuff is friendly. But when I’m waiting in the front desks. One of the middle age guy is talking rude. I arrived at here 10:32am, before I’m coming. I left the information on the booking website that I will check in on the day at 10:30am and checkout at the same day at 8:00pm. One of the stuff becomes impatient. He told me that I should check the emails the checking time is 5:00pm. I said This is crazy, I haven’t seen any hotels or motels had those kind of rules. He judged me and said I’m rude because I said “this is crazy “. What kind of service that is ??? His colleagues were friendly and changed me extra 11’ for the fee. Acceptable. However this is a terrible experience. One star is only because of the guy.

Very basic, as assumed. It is very out the way if you’re walking, had to go on an expedition to get back to the hotel. Also no tea or coffee in the room. A vending machine downstairs that didn’t work with card for one or coins for the other. But good for a quick stay

DO NOT BOOK INTHIS HOTEL!!! The location was full of homeless, felt really unsafe. The room was so small that you can barely fit in. The toilet and the shower is in a small room and the sink to wash your hands are out of the bathroom. You might expect to see this type of rooms in some random third world country. Be careful if you are looking for an affordable room. Spend a little bit more and you will not get disappointed.

I am traumatized. This hotel is absolutely the worst. I came to check in for my room at around 11PM but there were no receptionist. (I tried to call in ahead as well but the number they provided did not work.)The security was around but he keep telling us that he would only speak to us if we speak French. He was extremely rude & unfriendly. Terrible experience, please don’t make your days miserable by coming to this hotel!!

AVOID this hotel at all costs! We checked in at midnight and we found BUGS under the mattress!!! We obviously had to check the beds with all the fuss going on around bugs in Paris. We called the manager to change the room. He first looked like a nice guy with a 'smile' on his face. Turns out that smirk was backed by this passive-aggressive Parisian attitude. I showed him the video of the bugs and he questioned it saying 'I'm not a bug expert' and refused to go to the room to see them with his own eyes (probably because he knew of their existence). He then said 'This is the first time I see someone checking for bugs under the bed. I can book you another room but I'm sure you will come back saying you found some other creature.' When we checked the second room, I told him that the smell was awful in there to which he replied 'Well you wouldn't have that smell if you didn't lift the mattress'.. as if the bad smell under mattresses was a normal and common thing. The manager left the room without an apology and went back to sleep in his room (probably accompanied by his domesticated bugs). We left the hotel and didn't get our refund.

Location is fine and close to different ways of transportation, rooms are clean and colorful. Morning staff is very cooperative and nice. The only down point is the night shift security guy is such a disgrace to the place.

One of the worst hotel I stayed in. The room is very small. We could hardly move. Also there is no housekeeping. You have to ask for toiletries. Reception closes early. If you arrive late, you will have a hard time to get in. Not recommend at all.

The website said breakfast was at 11:00 and when we came downstairs at 9:30 they said it was closed. Paid nearly 10 euros extra for nothing.

Like every other Ibis budget hotel, this one is also a decent bed & breakfast place with easier access to bus, train and metro stations. Very satisfied with the buffet breakfast. Clean toilets. Rooms were provided before the checkin time. When coming from the highway, we struggled to find the entry. Also checkin can be done via the kiosk at the entry. Connect to the hotel wifi to complete the self checkin.

I personally didn't like the experience because the room was too small and the hand-wash was out of the toilet, we didn't get house keeping service and the pillows were very uncomfortable and the blanket looked a bit dirty and some of the staff were a bit rude

Well worth it for the price, my 8 year old loved his bunk bed in the triple room we stayed in. It was very hot at night however, as there is no air conditioning. Saying that it is ridiculously hot at present. Mid 30's, which i don't think is the average weather. There is a large window you can open. Metro is about a 15 minute walk, not too sure I'd walk that late a night, but in the daytime the area seemed ok. No different to the outskirts of London i suppose. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was cheap and nice enough. Basic cereal, toast. Continental. For the price I would recommend this hotel for a 1 or 2 night stay. Easy 45 min drive to Disney

The price is very low for the room but the room is very small and the shower and toilet are separate and hard to use . The room was clean and didn't small bad but the bed was small and not very conformable. The hotel has parking and is close to train station. If you are interested to vizit Paris at a low cost you can pick this hotel. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were just ok for 2 adults. But with children, it will be really cramped. Also, there was no fan and had to sweat during the summer inside the room. Parking was spacious in front of as well as got a covered parking in the basement. Limited choice for buffet.

Pretty good. Simple and neat. There is an automated check in machine. If you book from aggregators like booking Com or hotels.com, go to the reception and get the reservation code to check in.

All well, except the absence of any cups in the room (minor nuisance, I usually drink bottled water). Bed cover, while it didn't seem dirty, had a weird yellow-ish tinge. Luckily, I replaced it with the one for the bed above, but not all rooms might have that option. Travel time to central Paris is around an hour, whether by RER (comfy but often delayed) or by metro (further away, can get very crowded)
