Good people make good beer. And the beer here is amazing, so draw your own conclusions. We showed up early, and even though they were closed for their upcoming Doktoberfest, they were nice enough to give us tasters, and even gave us a sneak peek at the Festbier. We loved it so much we came back for the party, and had an absolute blast. Everyone was so nice. Beer was fantastic, ambiance fun and festive, just a great time, and I highly recommend a visit.

The ambiance here is amazing. The brews are top notch! They offer flights, great way to sample their amazing beers. Inside the brewery they have multiple food kitchens, we went with the bbq - it was out of this world delicious!!

A little out of the centre of Ghent but well worth a visit. Tucked away behind large re-purposed warehouses this industrial building has been converted into a beer Palace, with 30 beers on tap plus numerous bottles and cans. There are a couple of food outlets serving a good verity of quality fair with friendly staff who have excellent knowledge of what they have to offer be that of beer or the freshly prepared food in a very relaxed environment. I can see this place being packed out during the summer.

Really beautiful location just outside of city center. Truly kind and knowledgeable staff and yummy good here! Highly recommend.

Dok beers were excellent in variety, looks like they rotate quite bit with new styles. Also splendid range of guest beers. Shared location with food outlets. Slightly industrial location, so maybe not so great for kids

Incredible, a superb brewery Taproom serving amazing beer of all varieties, IPA, lager, NEIPA, dark, saison, local, amber, sour, Gose, porter, stout. Everything! Plus amazing food from burgers to pizza to barbecue Excellent vibe, service and atmosphere

A really enjoyable visit to Dok brewing for a brewery tour. Jasper was an entertaining and personable host who provided lots of information about the brewery and the brewing process. He also provided us with a tasting selection of some very fine beers. If you are visiting Ghent, and you like craft beer, then you should put a visit to Dok brewing in your itinerary, either by doing the brewery tour or just sampling some great beer and food in the taproom.

Lovely big warehouse style brewery hang out. Lots of beers to try out here. Loads of seating and friendly staff to help you on your way. Food choices and tasters galore. Some of the beers were a little watery for my taste, but I seemed to be the only one who thought so. We had a good try at going through all 30 on tap but moved on after about 18. Worth the walk to get here. Seems like a good place to go after work or with a group

The brewery has a brilliant home and serves great beer. As a 64 year old Brit finding an English IPA called ‘The Old Man and the IPA’ rather tickled me. It was an exceedingly good IPA. Well done the DBC. I’ll try and come back.

What a great experience. I had singled this out before our trip but my expectations were topped. Wonderful location in a refurbished industrial site with great outdoor seating. They have 30 beers on tap, most of them Belgian but also a few from abroad such as Amagher or Lervig. Great selection of their own brews with very different styles from lagers to IPAs or sour beers. Could have stayed there forever.

Brick, glass, metal, beverages, and food in one combo! Pleasent eating experience in the Dok Noord. The place is like a hidden gem. The tall inner hall houses a large brewery, and they give tours as well. If an industrial look calms you, then this place will be like a mental sauna: bricks, glass, and metal everywhere. We had a nice burger that was done exactly they way I like it, and the fries that came along were to die for. Keep making that sauce, guys! The large windows give an airy feel to the place. I will come back here. Minuses: could use better ventilation system, toilets were broken in Jan 2024. I did not score them negatively for this as this is repairable.

I really like the location and the concept of the shared space for all of these different businesses to support each other. They have a very large draft beer menu and allow flights, but I don't think the beers were very good. I had a selection of beers from a pale ale, IPA, Double IPA, Belgian blonde, and a saison. I did enjoy the saison, but the other ones not as much. I get it, everyone has a different taste profile, but I wish they'd be able to really nail a go-to recipe.

Excelent place for birofil, they have 30 taps od beer, 50% of them beer's, rest, from all the Europe. They have also some snacks to eat, like regional dry sousage's, cheese, all craft's, regional. There are hot meels, burger's, things from grill. Beer's high level. Not fare from centrum, but worth to go!!! That place make my day in Gent, definitely.

2 time i as i n gent, two times i was here. awesome brewery, almost 30 beer on taps. Its located in a new, refurbished, building near the northern dock. You can eat also a great bbq in the adiacent shop.

Amazing beers; from classics to micro brewed, experimental beers. I drank a litchi&guava IPA, a chai dry stout and a raspberry beer. I can recommend all of them. The atmosphere is great too! I can't wait to return and to try their food.

Delicious food, 3 different food stalls. The beer flight was also delicious you can pick from 30 beers.

AMAZING place!! One of my favorite spots to drink beer anywhere in the world and I’ve been to quite a few. A must if you’re in Gent 🍻

Really great spot. A must go to for any beer lover visiting Ghent. Great food and great beer, super dog friendly with grass everywhere 😁. P.S. the red IPA is excellent.

A great little spot, worth the short walk from the centre of Ghent. We tried the tripel and one of the sour beers. Both excellent and good value. Lovely spacious area outside to enjoy the beers too.
