👍 One of the few older bars left in Gent. These type of bars we call “bruin café”. Nice atmosphere, decent range of beers and they have food (spaghetti was good). The owners are super friendly and it’s all very well priced.

👍👍 Top lunch experience! Friendly and genuine service in a cosy setting. For lunch they serve 4 types of sandwich, a soup of the day and some meal options. Original menu with veggie options. Quite popular so better to make a reservation.

👍👍 The ambiance here is amazing. The brews are top notch! They offer flights, great way to sample their amazing beers. Inside the brewery they have multiple food kitchens, we went with the bbq - it was out of this world delicious!!

😐 I wouldn't say it was a top experience tonight. We arrived at 18 so our company of 6 was one of the firsts there. Even so we got our food (after asking if they forgot us) at 19:30. With two kids with us hungry it was a bit of an hassle. And because the food arrived so late we didn't really have time...

👍👍 After a long train journey from Scotland to Ghent, this was our first food stop and it really has set the bar high for the rest of our holiday. Beautiful atmosphere, incredible service and one of the most delicious meals we have had in a long time! Can’t recommend highly enough.

😐 Food is served quickly. Friendly people. You can play all sorts of boardgames here. Price is ok.

🫤 Pure tourist trap. If you wish to try that famous local stewed beef, better try another restaurant (next door for instance). Normally, it’s served in a pot, suitable portion for an adult. Over here you get maybe 1/3 of what you get somewhere else. Check out the picture. The quality is mediocre.

👍👍 Very tasty food and friendly service! I chose the scampi salad and a crème brûlée. Recommended! It's a simple card, but simplicity is the name of the game. I will come back with pleasure :-)
