Went to Uniqlo the other day there was a Chinese woman cashier. She was very rude to customers and keep shouting next customer please out loud I don’t think they should yell at customers like this. Her face was very black like some thing happen to her that day but I don’t think they should work depending on their mood. Please be professional during work. Don’t give your stupid attitude toward customers.

uniqlo has always been known for their warm, friendly and welcoming staff but unfortunately just yesterday, the staff at the fitting room threw the number tag on the table which was still fine until i ask if there is a size smaller as there wasnt any on the rack, she angrily replied "if you cant find means no" I sincerely hope uniqlo would look into this bad apple.

Remarks: - Offers mostly casual wear. - Cloths suitable for spring until winter you can find them in one store. - You can find winter wear like coat here. - Airy cloths for summer also available here. - Cloths are mostly plain in design. Not much printing. Price: Average to slightly above average. Parking: There are plenty of parking at the basement carpark and the multi-level carpark. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, the mall and the store are wheelchair friendly.

Finding good quality and comfortable clothes are always here. However, prices can be expensive for certain items. Nevertheless, every product, whether cheaper or more expensive, is still very good.

At the cashier counter somehow realized wrong size but the cashier did scan the price tag.then after changing the right size, the cashier did scan price tag for twice, luckily was rechecking. The cashier attitude was sucked, served by Norhazirah.

Just like a government office. Counter is so slow. Got 4 payment counters, only 2 open. And it s on a long weekend. Disappointing

The malay staff was rude and thought i was sharing the fitting room with another friend and keep on knocking my door. When i opened the door, she rolled her eyes and saw im the only one inside. No manners.

Staffs are helpful and friendly. The store follows COVID 19 SOPs well. Navigation and arrangement of items are a bit confusing. They seem to place the least appealing items at the front. Remember to download and register their app before coming. Some sizes and items are online exclusives. There's a clothes recycling box just beside the cashier counter behind a wall.

Bought 2 shirts at 10.15am, 23/9. Request to iron the shirts as we need to change and head to event directly. At first the counter staff said that the ironing staff went out for breakfast and need to wait him back after 10.30am. When we mentioned we can wait then they given another excuse that the iron is broken. Ridiculous 👍🏻

Uniqlo carries clothing with simple design and cutting, but with fabric that is so comfortable and they're not too experience. If you don't buy new arrival items, you should be able to get good discount for waiting for a month or two. There are also products with drastic markdown on minor deffects. Queue to use fitting room can be very long.

Great place to pick up clothes. They have US sizes, and if you've shopped at Uniqlo in other countries it's a safe and familiar option for clothes, at a reasonable price.

Nice place to get your cloth here. Convenient parking with multilevel car park but quite expensive where there’s RM4 for don’t know first how many hours in this plaza.
