Went to see a Hindi film. Neat and clean with good AC, not an Arctic blast. Popcorn was excellent. So will stick to 5 stars. Note to management: why do you show the trailer of a horror film when the main movie we went for did not have any age or content warning? What if someone has a child with them who is then exposed to a really horrific and gory trailer? Please restrict such trailers to only play when the main movie has an adult certification. We did not have a young child with us but it was disturbing to sit through this disturbing trailer nonetheless. Earlier review: IMAX was great to watch Oppenheimer. Clean, cool and comfortable.

My family and I went to watch a movie recently. There were 4 of us. Unfortunately being a popular first release movie, it was a full house. We ended up purchasing the front row. Herein our nightmare started. We could not enjoy the movie as all of us were struggling to sit as comfortably as possible. The seating was so close to the screen that we were straining our necks 45° to watch the movie. Ideal viewing degree is 36°. Front row seat is definitely not 36° angle! Why is the front row seating so close to the screen? My sister ended up in the hosp for 3 days due to pinched nerves the next day! Please remove the front 2 row of seats as they do not comply with the 36 ° angle requirement.

Went to watch imax 3d avatar. Probably the only way to watch avatar. I must say I had a good time. The entry was well organised. Signs were clear and the staff was helpful and clear in their instructions. Going into imax was also quite clearly written. On entry the seating was conveniently labeled. I found the seats comfortable and clean. The cleaning crew did a good job. The floors were clean. The cinema air was refreshing. The sound system was also enjoyable. Crisp and clear sound. The 3d sound effect superb. Price as expected in imax scenario. Good experience. Will come again.

Good screen it's ..nicely maintained and huge spacious and comfortable seatings .. Situated on 8th floor can enjoy the movie with cityscape from top view before movie starts and can enjoy snacks with limited options. Ac and sound effect is really good .Great movie experiences .No need to queue for longtime fully scan and card payment after MCO so we could access it Faster..IMAX screen also available Here definitely it'd be great experience for movie lover's..

This is my favourite cinema venue in Penang island and I would come here with my partner most of the time when a good movie is out. The staffs are always friendly with us during food ordering. We love the seats here because it is very clean and comfortable. Sometimes, I would even elect to go for the couple seat and enjoy snacks with my partner while enjoying the movie. I hope to be able to come here again when the covid situation is a lot better.

Design looks a bit dated despite the inclusion of an IMAX hall (they probably only have the budget to renovate the inside, but not the outside haha). There's a lot of self ticketing kiosks which is awesome for efficiency, up until the candy bar. They should probably employ an order-collection system similar to McDonalds to speed up the process.

Nice clean theater. You have to make your way to the top floor of Paragon so the escalators probably are your best choice. Paying and choosing your seats are done at a kiosk that's easy to use. Popular movies sell out fast and many people buy tickets ahead of time online. If you are not going on the first day of a showing you should be fine. Once you buy your ticket you will have to wait to enter the theater since they do not let anyone in until 10 minutes before starting time. There isn't much space in the waiting area so be mindful of your timing. There is a restroom on the outside but the restroom inside the theater is nicer. Also, the rooms get really cold so bring a jacket or blanket to keep you warm.

Just at the highest floor,easy to find even first time there,seat are comfortable and large space, went to the small size hall but still joyful experience

Located on the 8th floor, next to Bookxcess. TGV as usual is great and for this one, you don't really need to buy the twin/couples seat as you can just lift the handle in the middle 🤣 My first time watching a movie here and the experience was kinda ruined a little bit by a kid crying and screaming at the very back. I do wish that when parents decides to bring their little kids to the cinema, instead of playing some video INSIDE the movie theater and disrespecting other people, PLEASE sacrifice YOURSELF and YOUR time to go outside with your child and calm them down. It's not like we're in a plane where you can't go anywhere.. just.. please. Be mindful of your children.

Due to movement control order or not. I feel that management should improve hygiene level inside the premises. Look like water mark on floor and moisture. Smell different Should be improve as IMAX standard cinema

Got TGV iMAX for a better experience to watch a movie... Got an escalator to go up to the halls... Need to use the staircase to go down after watching the movies... Got toilet upstairs before entering the halls... Please clean your rubbish yourself after watching the movies so that the theatre will be kept clean... Got soft drinks and other simple food to take to watching the movies... The staff are very friendly and helpful... Recommended to all if you all want to watch movies here...

Pros: never crowded, newest cinema on the island, clean Cons: the screen is dark, image not sharp and colours look washed out. Many action scenes in Shang-Chi was just a dark messy blur. They don't use laser projectors for both their standard and IMAX halls. Pro tip: you can see if your movie is in a big or small hall by going through their online ticket/app purchase system.

Comfy seats, decent price, poor popcorn selection - they're all sweet, no plain butter or salt available.

Imagine last movie start in 11.40pm but when we arrive at 11.43pm everything was shut down at cinema reception.. I came from kepala Batas for nothing, and what makes it worse is the escalator was not functioning that I have to climb everyone of them that caused me late that 3 minutes...worse cinema experience ever, I hope the business shut down quickly

IMAX not worth the extra$ the picture is great but the audio is awful. In the quiet moments you can hear the audio from the adjacent theater and during the loud sections it's uncomfortably loud and poorly balanced. I've been to a lot of IMAX theaters and this is by far the worst audio experience I've had. It could just have been this one movie "Shazam" as I've seen someone commented avatar was great here but that movie was specifically mixed for an IMAX experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful recovering my partners purse when she forgot it in the theater.

The cleanliness of the toilet spoilt the entire movie experiences. I don't understand how can people wet the whole floor of the seating toilet and it's awful stink!!! Please do something about it .

Went to watch Dune... Some how it's seems to focus of the imax projector was not tuned correct... The movie is a bit fuzzy... For an imax movie

It was a very bad service, I was waiting for nearly 30 minutes for the trailer,etc to start. Hopefully, TGV will improve their movie screening planning.

Watched a 3 hour movie(Vikram) in hall 4. Took seats D10-D13. Towards the ending, we faved some discomfort. I would recommend movies as long the one I watched yesterday to be screened in a bigger hall so that we can choose seats higher up. Cleanliness 10/10. Bought tickets and f&b online and managed to get the f&b quite fast. Would recommend 10/10
