The doctor keeps on changing to the other doctor randomly and one indian doctor from yesterday who treated me is like keep on nagging and couldn’t find my medical records but the other doctors can do that but why not him 🤔 The toilet here is freaking dirty omg and I don’t know how they let the patients to use this bad condition of the toilet because there will be a lot of bacteria around the toilet seat and even I use tissues to wipe it but the black stains couldn’t really go off but showed the black thing on the tissue. One of the malay receptionists is really friendly and talking in a nice way to me still acceptable but the one of the chinese receptionists who was having the short height is really rude and always looked down on me like whenever I asked something just being like I don’t care 😑

Last Friday , my knee has 3 bleeding cut by sliding door broken glass panel. Went to O2, the doctor n nurses are very patient oriented-their sense of urgency is touching , they treated my knee bleeding cut most priority, seven stitches done. The working ethics n professional approach is much commendable. Personally, two thumbs up for O2 team.

Visit this clinic whenever I need to see a doctor. The clinic staffs at counter know the medications well and tell me the uses of each medication. Counter staffs friendly. Did dressings here before too, they are good at taking care of my wound till healed. Satisfied.

They just want to make more money by extending your treatment and prescribing expensive imported products which would usually have large margins for them. They do not prescribe the best and budget friendly treatment but they advise to go for more expensive and probably less effective options. All these just to maximize their profits. I had a bad experience with O2 Klinik (Relau). I have also complained about it, but not even a sincere apology from them. I decided to switch to other clinic already. Please note when they prescribe cosmetics products, be sure to judge whether u even need those products or not.

this clinic have done get rid of my worse acne after a years of severe acne . the medicine very good. thank you to the Dr Tiow for treat my face and consultation. the doctor very friendly and two of staff beautician they all give the best service. I Haven 4 time undergo treatment. and during this on scar treatment . hope myface will be permanently clean after this treatment, the price standard more cheap than a others clinic famous that I have ever go before, but staff counter at ground floor part medical little bit less good service when I asking ,. for those of you looking for a skin clinic. Do not hesitate to come to this clinic. Make sure finish your treatment minimum 6 months 4 permanently results acne never come again

The doctor namely Dr Tiow was very rude! I came to this clinic because it is near to my house. I came here for another month and requested for medical leave letter as I really can’t go work (because of my health condition) but he advised me to not take mc! Like hello, we pay you! And what is your right to advise your patient to not to take medical leave when they really need it? I have to consider to go other clinics after this.

Never in my life have to wait so long just to get the medicine. Those that see doctor later than me also got their medicine and left the clinic earlier than me. If I didn’t go and ask, my medicine will just remain on the table and the nurse will never call my name

This is very bad services that I ever met in my life, not because of the doctor services but is because of their counter and queuing system total not professional at all. I walked in clinic at 2pm, Dr consult me at 4pm and I took my medicine at 430pm. WTH, is about 2.5hours to complete the cycle. My fever from very mild turn to high fever during the waiting time and luckily I still survive. The most unacceptable thing is the clinic allowed morning registered patients to jump queue and totally unfair the patient who walk in and wait for so long for medical help. Hope Dr Tiow can take necessary actions on this, patients very suffer if go through the whole process forever.

Indian staff very rude, what i faced was she was waiving hand (like shooing) telling me "saat saat" with her super "black" face when i showed them medical card which i already standing in front of the counter for around 10mins. She dont even know how to serve customer properly please train them customer service appropriately.... 2 staffs at the counter, both also registering patients details... Don't even know how to work together....

Done hair loss treatment over a course of 6 months by dr tiow at this clinic and it works! I had terrible hair loss especially at the top of my head. After the treatment my hair fall has greatly reduced and there are many new baby hairs growing. Friendly staff and clean environment. Highly recommended to get aesthetic treatments done here 👍🏻

Waiting for long time and staff going back before new shift comes. 2 hours + waiting and still cant see the doctor. I give up. Totally worst experience. Queue slow and doktor dah cabut before doktor lain sampai. Second time visit, and this time girl at counter very rude. Will not repeat after this even though this clinic in front of my house. So please guys, if you are very sick and cant stand wait for long time better go to other clinic!

I would like to thanks to the doc and the staff that patiently clean up my ear wax today, My ear was blocked by compacted ear wax, probably due to frequently using the cotton butt. Now feeling like brand new ears 👂. Thanks again. Good job.

Brought my mum on the wheelchair but the ramp is too steep and I couldn't manage to push her up to the clinic, despite trying for several times. There were 4 staffs at the counter talking and no one is willing to help. Their service is very slow, need to wait quite long to see the Dr. The Dr is good and friendly though.

My wife get diagnosed influenza here. However did not declare that there is influenza medicine in the current market. Give 5 days MC and advise to take antibiotics and some other flu and cough medicine. After 5 days still keep cirit birit and continue post the symptoms of influenza. At the end go hospital and get the influenza medicine. The doctor at hospital also feel shock why the clinic did not give influenza medicines at the beginning.

Very weird clinic, I went to see for flu and cough, but the counter give me muscle relax medicine, after I told them I don't have muscle pain, they keep back the medicine. In the end, there's no cough medicine for me, so I ask again, then the counter staff discuss among each other and take cough syrup for me. All these without consultation with doctor inside. This is like going to a pharmacy rather than a clinic

encounter an unprofessional Dr. at O2 clinic. I was a loyal patient to O2, but today I was assigned to Dr. Ker for my treatment. Dr. Ker as an outpatient doctor acted unprofessional due to my symptom. She suspected I am infected with Covid 19. She treated me as of I should not get treatment from O2 clinic. As my symptom shown is just a throat infection, but was misinterpreted as COVID-19. Somemore the medicine issue by Dr. Ker are not suitable to me. So far each treatment I am getting from O2 are really good but except this time. I am really disappointed with Dr. Ker in handling me as a patient.

I was find the good skin clinic and i found o2 clinic. Read the review and when i come I'm very satisfied with their services. The doctor very nice, the staff also very kind and polite. They explained everything clearly. The price maybe a bit expensive but the medicine and service very good, so you get what you pay. I got a great deal about chemicals peeling and im very happy with it. So, if you find the skin treatment clinic, i will suggest this clinic.
