Good small mall. Good location (in the middle of city center and on the main road). Alot of car parking. Good place for walking and shopping. Has many stores such as: woolworth, foschini, 2 pharmacies, game, spar, number of banks, mobile phone companies, number of coffee shops, wimby, and other small stores.

Excellent mall with sufficient security guards patrolling. Very friendly as well, the toilets are also extremely clean and there are cameras all over the mall for that odd chance that something gets misplaced.. Mall owners are pretty decent people too. There are many shops inside the mall itself including a lovely little restaurant with the most amazing pancakes I've had in a while, mall contains a lot of clothing stores on the main floor mainly with a lovely beauty salon upstairs. They also have underground parking which is seldom full and service dogs are allowed. Always something happening in the centre of the mall as well.

Quite now out of season, some shops have gone since last year, Mall is tidy with free parking and lifts and elevators makes it easier for the disabled to get around, mostly on one level, overall a pleasant experience

A small mall to serve the small community in this area. It's compact with all the basic necessities you may need. It's so peaceful here.

This is an excellent mall that covers all your needs. It's open and airy and easy to navigate. Loadshedding had one chain store unable to take card payment and ATMs aren't actually anywhere convenient in the mall. Nice Game, super friendly Dischem, boutique shops, lekker Spar.

Pity they are 60kms away from me hence my visits are only on selected days.........maybe a blessing in disguise bcoz I wud have been bankrupt by all these expensive colognes, parfums, fragrances etc.......Dior - Sauvage, Bulgari - Man in Black, Millennium etc.......

This mall is clean, neat and all the shops in it practice the best customer service and everyone is willing to assist when need help or asking for directions. Shops are limited though.

The bathrooms need some cleaning and repairs, and none of the doors lock, and most of the toilet seats are wood and broken......

A great little centre with you plenty of clothing stores that have a decent selection of men’s clothing. The pharmacy is good too (dischem) and the Woolworths is very nice including a clothing section. There is ample underground parking and a small selection of restaurants. Overall a great spot if you are staying in Knysna and need essentials.

Nice Mall & Woolies. Security absent in the underground parking & we were harassed by begging vagrants who were seen also trying to break into people's cars. The Mall owners/managers have a serious lack of security. Please fix it before someone gets hurt!

Lovely mall, very clean and has enough shops to get all basic necessities.

A nice variety of shops well kept after. Easy to navigate and enough open spaces. I am disappointed the playground is no longer there.

Arrived just as loadshedding started. Would have thought centres would have faced the fact that LS is going to be with us for the foreseeable future and that they would provide tenants with alternative power.

Although not as big, has everything you need in a shopping mall. Bonus - free undercover parking when we visited.

Game at Knysna Mall is pathetic. Staff not competent and products of very poor quality. COVID regulations not adhered to, even after complaining about it. The lawnmower that I purchased did not come in a box, as it was the last one in the store and according to the salesman, the box was destroyed by rats. I got home and started mowing the lawn, but only pushed the lawnmower for about 10 metres, when a wheel came off. I took it back to the store and was eventually refunded manager that could not even offer me a deal on another lawnmower, resulting in me, having to go lawnmower hunting elsewhere in Knysna, after 16:00, on a Friday afternoon. Truly disgusted in staff and products of Game Knysna.

I will never visit this place again. We parked on the street and were bombarded with beggars disguised as car guards. The narrow streets and clogged traffic and bad drivers contributed to this unpleasantness.
