We had a really great evening at a cooking event with friends. Theresa gave us great instructions and Heidi was like a fairy godmother in the background, always cleaning up and washing up, so that we felt comfortable at all times. We never ran out of drinks and I particularly appreciated that we were able to sit and chat long after dinner without being rushed. Thank you 🙂 I deducted one star because too much was already prepared and so some dishes (especially dessert) just had to be completed, but not completely cooked by us. The ingredients were so generously calculated that some of the food was left over, but when we asked, we couldn't take any of it with us. It's a shame, because in this day and age, food waste is not nice.
