Had a nice experience here with good food and hospitality.

Safe, homely and comfortable. The ambiance of the hotel is welcoming. The food is excellent and provides a lot of variety. The location of the the hotel might seem worrisome but once you're inside the complex, it is all okay. They provide nice conference rooms too.

A very nice property. Location is good, plenty of eats nearby especially Burger King. The rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet is 'functional'. The swipe card door access tends not to work at times....however, they did say they are overhauling the same. Overall a very nice, value for money place for business stays.

The place has excellent bar facility, the waiters were very polite and also explained all the food menu. The service was excellent and prices were reasonable. You can also play dart in the bar area . Overall a good place to visit for relaxing and cozy boozing experience. Tip: Ask for offers, sometimes they have IPL or other occasion special offers.

The rooms are spacious, and decently priced, but that's about the only USP of this hotel. The hotel lacks the basic amenities, and services available in either a business hotel, or one meant for vacation. The hotel is usually occupied only by wedding entourages, but there are strict policies for them too, which doesn't add up. Being located in a busy area has its own set of pros and cons; while finding a local transport restaurants, banks, and shops is easy, the continuous, and heavy traffic, and a railway junction in the vicinity, make it a noisy affair.

Very nice and genuine shop

Visited this place for a party organised by some friend. The place was nice. Waiters were a bit slower, they did not had cotton when asked for. The arrangements, decoration, DJ were really awesome and were elegant. Food taste could have been better as well as the service to serve the food at the stalls was not adequate specially for flat breads.

Stayed here for 2 days for my friend's wedding. The room that I stayed in was not upto the mark. The ceiling in the shower room was leaking. However, the breakfast & dinner buffets were tasty. The staff were helpful. The hotel itself is at a good location.

Hotel is good & clean Overall the rooms are good and pleasant and well furnished, with all basic amenities with tasty food also really delicious and attentive service.The stay for one day and my experience was good.Highly recommend would ddefinitely come back

We had an annual meet there. Overall it was OK. The points for the improvement are - 1. They should have a supervisor present during the session for any help 2. The person serving tea should have experience of at least few Days 3. They must take great care for continuous cleanliness in washrooms 4. Rasgullas could be less sweet.

I went to this place to attend the marriage of my friend, to be honest, I didn't like the food. Ambiance and service is ok.

Over all a good place... Nice, neat and clean.... Took just the Breakfast there which I found good but not impressive.... But manageable...

I visited the hotel to attend one financial conference. It is situated in Mahalaxmi mall inside RDC Ghaziabad. The reception area is good and there is an in-house restaurant area right next to it which is very well crafted with a big idol of the holy figure ( Pics attached). There are two lifts and both have less room to accommodate people. So during the functions meet you might feel congested inside. I noticed that some windows in the gallery area were missing glasses and felt was hung there to compensate for that. The washrooms were not good either as far as sanitary fittings are concerned. Some doors of the toilet were missing the latch. The food taste was good though and the staff was prompt and courteous. While departing I also noticed a Bar Restaurant on one of the floors with live music. There is parking facility around for the visitors. All in all, it was an average facility nothing more special about it.

Good place. The ambience is good. Went to attend a birthday party. The food was ok. Though it doesn't look like, but it is quite spacious on the inside. Has a view of the restaurant while passing by, it was good. The only star I cannot give is for the location. The mall within which it is located could be better managed to make the overall ambience good.
