Creative tapas and combinations, excellent food! Everything we tried including dessert was delicious and very nicely presented. Service was friendly and attentive. Most dishes are quite small portions, I think you need 3 tapas per person to really feel you had a full meal. The teriyaki pork presa with mushrooms was our favourite dish, amazing! Garlic prawns with chorizo also super tasty

Just perfect! Visited here on our last night in Gib. Amazing food and friendly staff. Place was very busy by 9pm so glad we arrived early! Will definitely return on our next visit. Highly recommend.

Food was fab and tasted great. The poor waiter was on his own and so the food came out in dribs and drabs with no bread with the cheese dip until the cheese hardened. I'm sure it would be a fab restaurant if they had more staff!

Stopped for a quick bite of lunch. Shared some tapas with my family. Food was nice, service could have been a little more attentive, but not enough to mark them down a whole point.

Generous portion of food with reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and the wine is great too. We enjoyed our dinner there.

Tapas here is really good. Had to order two servings of the meatballs and the prawn spaghetti!

Each dish was amazing, not very expensive and not huge portions (actually a good thing since we did not over eat for once 😅)

Extremely friendly service with German!! Amazing guy and very witty! Speaks English very well so could ask him questions about the menu easily. Food was delicious. Tiramisu is a must!! Good portion size of tapas so 2 were more than enough for me. If too hungry, go for 3. Have fun!!

We went to Tapas by Gauchos to celebrate Fathers’ Day and the food was superb. It has a twist on your usual tapas, with up-market versions and great for sharing. All the dishes were fantastic and the service by Germain was superb. The location, within the old city walls gives it a touch of quirkiness and a true Gibraltarian feel. Tapas by Gauchos will certainly become a favourite choice of eatery for us from now on. Thanks for making my dad’s special day such a memorable one. 10/10

We visited for lunch on our day trip to Gibraltar and enjoyed every bite. The service was very friendly and the tapas were all delicious. It's hard to pick a favourite as we sampled several including Moroccan meatballs, iberico croquetas, oxtail cannelloni, Argentinian sausage, lamb kofta & ceviche of lubina. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys good quality food.

Gotta book ahead to get in here on weekend nights it's so popular and the service arguably the best in Gibraltar some wonderful staff. Stunning tapas we can't help but keep coming back.

Great place for tapas and drinks! Delicious food, amazing wine selection, casual friendly atmosphere, amazing service. After-dinner shots and deserts make it all complete. Keep in mind you’d probably need a reservation for the dinner service, especially if you want to be seated outdoors.
