Food is amazing. Service excellent too. Fantastic imaginative vegetarian food. I have been a vegetarian for many years and this is some of the best I have tasted. Could have sat there all day and worked my way through the menu. Dog friendly too.

Absolute delight. You can't go wrong with choosing this place. Food is always awesome, staff very nice and overall feeling wants you to stay little bit longer and sip your coffee... Hey, coeliacs! They know how to make gluten free food safely for us! HF - do you really need to close at 4pm? 😅

What a wonderful space to start your day. The food is pure and a sensory delight. Yes it is slightly expensive however the food, service and atmosphere are worth the treat. It’s away from the main tourist hustle and bustle. The latte’s were simply gorgeous and I was truly surprised by the granola bowl - very tasty and filling. My husband loved the French toast with the whipped topping. We will definitely return when next in Gibraltar.

Hustle n Flow is a must when in Gibraltar. We visited last weekend, it was absolutely amazing. It is beautifully decorated and the staff were so friendly. The menu is brilliant, great names for the dishes such as 'Brexit Mess'. We had the Salmon Benedict and Tijuana Chalupas. Both were perfect. I'd say the best salmon Benedict I have ever had.

Superb amazing staff and food! Alex were outstanding with my wee girl. I can see she is genuinely happy treating my little one. Thank you for the complimentary green juice I forgot the name. Very nice gesture to the customers. My favorite definitely the chai smoothie. I would definitely recommend.

Delicious vegan food, lots to choose from! A bit pricy, but good portion sizes and quality for the price. And they have a resident kitty!🐈‍⬛

5/5 simply because there is no other place in the area like this. Amazing presentations, and apart from looks good was great. The Açaí is incredible, the exact texture that you look for in a good açaí establishment. The eggs where cooked exactly how I wanted them all though I wish the bread would have come more toasted. The French kiss was incredible and the buttercream that came on top deserves a chefs kiss. Pancakes where also amazing. Porridge was also great, only comment is as someone who likes their porridge with a more milky flavor and texture, it comes a little more watery. But everything within the porridge was amazing. I was also advised it would be more watery but still went ahead and got it. With such said customer service was also a 5/5. Last but not least coffee was also very good quality.

So pleased to visit this charming café which is situated right at the heart of Gibraltar's business district (close to the Cruise Terminal and Casemates Square) ~ We tried the following: 》Salmon Benedict | Benedicts are my go-to when it comes to brunch and I absolutely enjoyed how fresh and light this meal was. The poached eggs, smoked salmon and guacamole with spiced hollandaise sauce, poppy seeds + micro herbs atop a toasted brioche was simply heavenly. 》Tijuana Chalupas | These corn chalupas topped with shredded free-range chicken was packed with flavour and had a nice subtle spicy kick. The other elements on it (guacamole, sautéed red peppers & onions, feta cheese, black bean paste, cilantro and pickled onions) complimented the robust taste of the tender meat and crispy chalupas. 》Cheesecake with bananas and caramel (GF) | It had the right amount of sweetness and the fluffy cream combined with the crumb crust, bananas + caramel were totally addictive, the first mouthful was pure bliss! 》Mañana Mañana | Such a refreshing orange juice (organic), the perfect drink to kick-start my day. 》Sacred Elixir | Great shot to boost the immunity (Turmeric, lemon, ginger, oregano oil) 》Flat White | Certainly hit all the right coffee notes. My husband is very particular when it comes to coffee and he really enjoyed this one. Their portion sizes is ideal for sharing and quite filling too. Food and service were faultless, I can't recommend this place enough.

Been here twice for vegan brunch because of the amazing service and delicious and freshly prepared meals.

I recently dined at Hustle and Flow Gibraltar, a fantastic healthy options restaurant. The Golden Chick burger with sweet potato fries, vegan cheese, and spicy piri-piri sauce was a delight. The customization for vegan and gluten-free alternatives is a standout feature. Even the fries were cooked to perfection, making it a delicious and satisfying meal. Highly recommend!

My favourite place to eat and chill. The staff is not only cool but also incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The ambience is wonderful – it's a perfect blend of cozy and trendy, creating a fantastic atmosphere for a yummy meal. And let's not forget about the food – it's not just delicious, it's feel-good food that leaves you satisfied and smiling. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Food and service was great. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was great. The only downside was that the allergens are not correctly labelled in the menu. They said they were replacing it with a new one without the mistakes soon, so I hope they have :)

If you are in the mood for a healthy (and delicious) lunch then Hustle n' Flow is highly recommended. I went for the veggie version of an English breakfast: Brexit Mess. Even non- veggies at our table were quickly won over by the tasty food on offer, and there are a couple of chicken dishes if you really must have some form of meat. All in all a great experience, complemented by excellent service.

My husband and I like modern food (natural, good food with fresh and balanced ingredients). We absolutly loved this one. Sure, the restaurant is simple, but we really liked it and enjoyed it during our stay in gibraltar. 🥰💖😋 The service is so friendly and the prize is fair for gibraltar.

Really great food and attentive staff. The blue coffee ☕ tastes really nice (it's got spirulina in it, hence the blue colour, apparently). Salmon Benedict is absolutely awesome. Morning glory (yup, this is the name from the menu 🤣) would be another signature dish to try.
