Honestly,
this
has
been
one
of
the
worst
experiences
I
have
ever
had
with
travel.
I
NEVER
leave
bad
reviews,
only
positive
ones
as
I
like
to
give
people
the
benefit
of
the
doubt.
As
I
went
to
leave
a
review,
I
noticed
the
current
2.0
rating
and
several
poor
comments,
which
makes
complete
sense!
My
fiancĂŠ
and
I
reserved
for
a
2-day
car
rental
to
enjoy
a
day
trip
in
northern
Tel
Aviv.
After
packing
our
things,
preparing
for
our
trip,
and
taking
a
20
minute
public
transportation
ride
to
get
to
the
car
rental,
weâre
in
formed
that
they
do
not
have
a
single
car
to
rent
to
us.
Not
only
do
they
not
have
a
car,
but
they
are
ânot
allowedâ
to
call
and
notify
us
of
the
situation.
The
only
solution
I
was
given
is
a
potential
car
if
we
waited
for
a
couple
of
hours.
The
representative,
who
I
donât
think
this
is
her
fault,
had
literally
no
information
for
me.
She
didnât
know
if
we
could
get
a
refund,
she
couldnât
cancel
for
me,
she
was
literally
useless
because
of
management
restrictions.
When
taking
time
of
our
planned
day
to
cancel
the
reservation,
we
needed
to
go
back
to
the
office
to
have
the
representative
confirm
cancellation
over
the
phone.
Why
they
needed
a
middle
man
is
still
beyond
me?
Then,
she
lets
us
know
that
a
car
was
just
returned
and
we
could
have
itâŚ
who
knows
what
the
situation
is,
but
we
can
have
it.
What
a
lack
of
care
for
customers
who
are
paying
for
a
product.
Since
we
are
limited
on
time
to
do
this
day
trip,
we
figured
it
was
worth
the
âsacrificeâ
so
we
agreed
to
take
the
car.
When
giving
our
information,
weâre
told
we
need
a
physical
copy
of
our
passport,
our
photo
of
our
passport
will
not
suffice.
Again,
another
issue
with
no
answers
or
clarifications.
This
wasnât
noted
as
a
requirement
in
the
reservation
at
all.
As
weâre
trying
to
cancel
the
reservation
AGAIN,
the
customer
service
representative
noted
in
the
file
that
the
ONLY
reason
weâre
not
taking
the
car
is
because
of
the
lack
of
a
passportâŚ
not
because
of
the
hour
delay,
the
second-hand
car
or
absolutely
awful
customer
service.
Bottom
line,
the
experience
was
nothing
short
of
frustrating
and
I
would
not
recommend
them
even
if
it
was
for
free.
