Ok, I’m sitting in the shared lounge and haven’t even checked in to our room. We arrived at 10.30am the staff kindly let us leave our bags with them as they couldn’t offer an early check in (weren’t expecting it but they said to check in again as sometimes it can be earlier) We went and done some shopping around the city as it’s so central, come back and have sat in the communal area with a drink. The hotel is brilliant; nice fresh and modern with so many extra amenities. tea, coffee and juice machine. Bar and plenty of food available on the menu. The best thing is the staff, they are an absolute asset to this hotel. I hope this gets passed on to them. Really wonderful team. Thank you in advance; I know we will be happy with our stay. It already feels more than 3 star rating.

Great place with magic jazz atmosphere. I liked the service. Even when I had some troubles with language, everyone was so calm and understandable (google translate is welcome ;D ). The room is also really nice. The system of closing door is hard to understand, but when you get it — the security is totally fine. Two beds, own shower, even electric kettle in room and of course beautiful view outside. Also the location is great. It has a breathtaking river, shops, main station and consul (for Ukrainians) nearby, so this is really useful. Food is free, but limited times. We've tried breakfast from 6:30 to 10:00. Fresh, tasty, gorgeous. Honestly, I'd drink their coffee with croissants all day long ;)

I really enjoyed staying here for a night! Good size and modern rooms, warm, tea & coffee facilities and walk in shower. Very good location for a night out in the centre and close to Queen's train station. Relaxed environment, friendly and helpful staff and I really liked that they were not wearing uniforms. Great breakfast too! We will be back 🙂

Lovely hotel and the room was really good value for the money we paid and very central location. Cleant with friendly staff and have a bar downstairs didn't try the food, but the bar looked lovely too. Definitely will come back.

Mid range hotel about 10 minute walk from Glasgow Central train station in the business district are of the city centre. Not to be confused with the more central IBIS styles nearer George square. Room was clean and comfortable, reception modern and efficient. Personal touch from staff when you’re an ALL loyalty member (local drink and snack in room). It’s a safe bet if you’re looking for somewhere in town which doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. Check in at 15:00 - Check out 12:00.

I stayed at the Ibis Styles Glasgow Central for a week. All in all, I really enjoyed it. The big pluses: the staff (absolutely brilliant), the design, the location (close to the center, but also to the Pentagon Centre). The minuses: at least in my case not much space in the room (eg small closet and no desk to sit and work). Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I recently stayed at Ibis Hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The comfortable rooms were a highlight, providing a cozy and restful atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel's location was also excellent, conveniently situated near various attractions and amenities. The staff at lbis were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests greatly enhanced my stay. However, one drawback I encountered was that the shower water was not very warm. This was a bit disappointing, especially during the colder months when a hot shower is essential for comfort. Despite this minor inconvenience, the combination of comfortable rooms, a great location, and a friendly staff makes Ibis Styles a solid choice for travelers looking for a pleasant stay.

Had a lovely overnight stay. Was attending a business event at the SEC a short train stop from the hotel. Got a room upgrade which was nice. Drinks at the bar were similar to pub prices and good choice. Slept soundly.

Rooms are nice, even if they are a bit on the small side. The food is good. Nice buffet breakfast in the morning with plenty to choose from. Bit of a limited choice for evening meals, but what I did have was nice. The staff are excellent and very helpful.

I was in Glasgow for a course and decided to stay at this hotel for location. The hotel itself is bright modern and was spotless. The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was clean and fresh and the bed was very comfy and compared to other hotels in the center you actually managed to sleep as the noise was not as bad. The shower and bathroom was immaculate and the shower was fab in the morning. Breakfast was very good quality and although very busy the staff were very good at replenishing breakfast items running low .The location is excellent not too far to walk to walk to city center. There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

Well located with good facilities and providing surprising value for money. Place is funky and probably designed and executed with a younger clientele in mind. One area of improvement for a better outcome is that whilst staff are pleasant and efficient in terms of checking people in and out , any question requiring more knowledge that a typical tourist may ask e.g does the airport bus run on Saturday? . Explaining/promoting Accor plus benefits etc was poorly answered.

Fantastic, modern hotel. Loved it from start to finish. They welcome drinks and welcome snacks just topped off the whole experience. Can't wait to return!

Rooms are a little small, but perfectly functional, very clean and tidy. Understaffed due to absence, but you wouldn't know it, staff were very attentive , friendly and helpful. A couple of minutes walk from the city centre, perfect for our needs. A relaxed, atmosphere and stylish . Excellent.

My stay was disappointing. The room was not very clean; it had lots of black fluff and hair in the covers of the bed; the covers were extremely itchy which suggest cheap detergent; the shower (no baths in the whole hotel) wasn’t cleaned the best either and the general room had scuffs and dirt all over the walls and skirting boards. There was no mini fridge or safe or anything extra a standard hotel room would have. It did have shampoo and body wash but that was it, no offer of toothpaste or anything. There was no information booklet for the hotel or any of its services. The staff were friendly enough and fixed the missing “welcome pack”. The breakfast was sad; the quality of food was sad; the coffee filled only to half the mug and there was a hair on my plate. It is city centre which is good for going places however it was extremely noisy all night (as it’s on one of the main roads connecting Glasgow to the motorway). The noise issues didn’t end, the room contained an above the door fan heater which again was extremely noisy. The windows do not open in the room so who knows how air is out in to the rooms. I personally wouldn’t go back.

Modern 4* hotel with a subtle Glasgow theme... Glasgow Crane and Armadillo feature on the headboard, The Barras and music references on the carpets and a list of Glasgow Musicians on the bathroom wall... Rooms are compact with all amenities youd expect... hairdryer and kettle tray stored in the wardrobe. Beds comfortable and temperature was good. Staff are super helpful with great local cafe Tinderbox and bar at entrance. City centre is a 10 min stroll... Exhibition centre walking distance

What a great hotel! The location is perfect for a city getaway (if you're struggling with parking, you can book a space at the nearby Hilton). The person on check-in let us into our room early so we could offload our bags and then head into the city centre. Breakfast was excellent, and the room was comfortable. What more could you ask for?

Perfect hotel for either a business or pleasure stay - might feel a little out of the way, but it really isn't at all - only a 5min walk to Central Station and other parts of central Glasgow. Bar is open for residents late into the night and feels less like a standard hotel bar, being quite comfortable and chilled. Breakfast we had was spot on, too!

The rooms are great. The staff are amazing and a,special shout out to Douglas who makes fantastic cocktails 🍸 The lounge area is great with free tea and coffee. Sitting here listening to a band with cocktails in hand. It's been a great stay. Thanks so much

We are very satisfied with ISGC, it was exactly what we were looking for. The rooms are not huge but designed to use all the space so it's comfortable. The beds were supportive so we slept well, the bathroom was spacious and shower excellent. While the breakfast buffet was average, the food was good and there was an adequate selection which meant it was convenient to eat and have coffee here then go back to our room to get out things and start the day. There are better restaurants close by but for a quick bite you won't be disappointed eating here. The cafe is excellent! We're drink a lot of coffee and didn't find any cafes better. The staff at ISGC is what made the whole experience come together. They were friendly, professional and went out of their way to be helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great staff, really friendly, rooms are mostly clean but small. My room had crumbs in floor, but other areas all clean. Door lock on inside is basic, bit flimsy for a solo female traveller. Glad I brought my own one as backup. Breakfast was ok, vegan options available which was great. Fab location in city centre. Would stay again but definitely still bring my own door security pieces!

Stayed here for 2 nights. The location was great and the staff were very friendly. The room was lacking a few simple necessities like coat hangers on the walls which were a bit frustrating if you have a couple of different coats as they end up on the back of the chair or on the floor. The bed also wasn't that comfortable and the pillows were lacking. Any more than a night or 2 and you'd struggle. Breakfast was average, nothing to write home about. I’d stay again for a night or 2 as the location and staff were great.

Fabulous room and service. Rachel on reception was so helpful & friendly especially when a friend had to relocate from the Best Western Argyle that had closed without telling her. Also Liam a great bar tender remembering our orders during our three night stay. Definitely visit again and already recommended to friends and colleagues.

Ibis styles is great, very comfortable good atmospheres I booked my daughter and friend in here and staff went above and beyond, my requests for her stay were all met. Room clean comfortable and stylish. Only thing she felt missing was no phone in room to contact staff. She says she will be back. THANK YOU IBIS x

Fabulous, immaculate, quirky lounge area. Absolutely lovely staff, particularly Kieran who looked after me and my daughter with much humour and kindness. Breakfast buffet absolutely fine. A great central location. Beer prices not outrageous. What's not to love? Congratulations Ibis on a brilliant operation.

Front desk staff member Jessica was a real gem, super friendly and gave us LOTS of recommendations for sight-seeing and dining around the city! Room was very clean and had your usual basic amenities for a 3-star hotel. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a convenient yet more affordable place in city centre.

Stayed here over the weekend and thought it was brilliant. The staff are beyond nice and welcoming and really make the place. Great common area downstairs, which my 11 month old loved discovering and the breakfast and rooms do the trick. Recommended for staying in good value accommodation in Glasgow.
