Extreme lack of hospitality from the lead manager, Donna. Did not honor our accommodation request that was made months in advance, regarding 2 beds. Made no effort to help us, refused to work with booking agency on alternate room or refund and was abrasive in the face our calmness and attempted requests. Wildly unprofessional and the room was not worth the value paid. Would avoid at all costs. Made no apologies, took no responsibility and was very rude. Even though they did not cancel the booking and we had already paid, we decided to go to a different hotel and stay there.

Arrived and can describe as the most scripted welcome from the receptionist. He seemed more fussed about getting me to sign up to some reward scheme than actually telling me details such as when breakfast is served or when check out is until. At the stairs/ lift area there was a weird smell that reminded me of chlorine. The room was decent sized, clean and tiny however looking out the window to see people working directly opposite was a bit off putting. I went to use the fitness facility but was left disappointed. It’s advertised as cardio and free weights. Four cardio machines which was adequate and a few weights which to me did not justify the title free weights. I used the treadmill however had to stop as it was wobbling so much I thought it was going to topple over. The breakfast was average at best. Welcomed by someone who asked my room number but didn’t check me off on any list so I could of been anyone. Food was okay but the muffin/ bagel thing was stale

Nice large and bright room. Good big bathroom with a great shower. Room has a kettle, ironing board, hair dryer and safe. We paid extra for a view (which was lovely) and water and bathrobes (wouldn't bother with this again). Location is great. Staff were friendly. You can leave your bags there before and after check out which was great. Not fantastic amenities - we didn't have breakfast so can't comment but the bar is small with nothing on draft. If you've mobility issues or a pram you need to go to an alley and buzz for someone to let you in (this can take a while) as there are steep stairs into the main entrance.

Best hotel stay in a long long time! Amazing big comfy bed! Rooms are clear and modern with a good choice of tea and coffee in the room. Bathroom was lovely and the shower was great. Really lovely staff who.were so helpful and attentive! The breakfast was a real standout! Fresh cooked hot breakfast and lots choice of continental breakfast. Can't wait to stay again! You have gained a customer for life!

Excellent location. The rooms are modern and the bathroom/shower is very good. The gym is limited to cardio machines and up to 5kg dumbbells but it's plenty if your only staying a short while. Breakfast is decent enough. All in all I would recommend.

Rooms were large, and nice. A couple issues however. Most of the staff were fantastic, especially the night crew. The one lady, a larger brunette, just seemed annoyed ever time we talked to her. We had a mattress cover break, exposing the mattress if the under sheet were to roll up. Being that the sheets were not tucked at all, a real possibility. In the US, hotels typically have fitted sheets that separate you from the mattress with a very secure sheet that fits securely all the way around the mattress by being tucked under it. This is because hotel mattresses are gross and see a lot of...action and you do not want to come into contact with them. When I brought to the aforementioned woman's attention that I was worried about the mattress sheet rolling up and there was no mattress cover, it was explained to me that any mattress cover present was not to protect me from the mattress, but the mattress from me. Absolutely incorrect from my perspective. Would not recommend the hotel due to this interaction.

Nice hotel at an excellent locatiom in city centre. Rooms are clean and well decorated. Pleasant staff at reception. Nice warm settings on shower. Mattress and pillows are soft. Sound proof rooms. Toilets have hygienic bags. Gym is small however not busy so comfortable. Access with key card. Buffett breakfast is really good.

Central location. Warm welcome at reception. Layout of the room and bathroom was odd and inconvenient. Had to stand at an angle to use the hand basin. The bathroom was freezing cold but the temperature of the room was fine. Take your own shampoo as the one attached to the wall had run out and was clogged up. Comfortable bed so slept well. Breakfast and the coffee wasn't bad at all.

Nice hotel and the staff are lovely... My only beef with this hotel experience was the size of my bathroom (in my upgraded room!?) Hence the 4 stars - the room was very clean and modern. Location wise, hotel is in a prime position with hundreds of places to eat surrounding it (literally, Google it).

Upon arriving, staff were pleasant, efficient and very professional. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was spotless. Hotel is right in the middle of the centre making it very handy for nightlife and restaurants. There only problem with this is that it can be a little noisy around kicking-out time if your room faces the street. Overall, a great stay and well worth the money.

Great breakfast, friendly staff ,Nice little gym, the tv channels are not up to date so limited channels which ruin the overall score my room had a small window high up not sure if other rooms have a brighter feel my room was a little boxy the shower room was really nice and modern, affiliated to a really decent restaurant next door! Overall a good stay.
