Located in the city centre, the accommodation is quite comfortable and well maintained. The 5th bed in the 2 bed apartment is a sofa bed and located in the living room - it was tricky to get any one of the three children to use the sofabed. The Spires is a hidden gem in the heart of Glasgow. These serviced apartments are an amazing alternative to hotel rooms for anything from short to medium term stays. The service starts on the day, you will receive an email with instructions how to access the secured property. Once inside, you pick up your envelope with keys and instructions. It all goes very smoothly. The apartment itself is quite simply amazing. I've stayed here twice now and I can honestly recommend it wholeheartedly. The kitchen and living room is well appointed and the Spires even leaves some dish washing tablets and washing-up liquid for your first washes. The rooms are large and warm, beds are comfortable and you have a full bathroom plus an en-suite at your disposal. The neighbours are respectful and quiet and I hardly know I'm not home when I stay there. As for location, it is perfect. About a 5 minute walk from Glasgow Central Station and is most places of interest in the centre of town are within a quick walk's distance. So, in summary: if you need a place to stay in Central Glasgow, consider The Spires. I don't believe you would be disappointed.

Brilliant location. Clean and big apartments with everything you need. Great for ground of friends right in the heart of Glasgow. Only let down was the mattress not the best. But everything else 5 stars. Definitely book again.

Booked for one night midweek for about £80 last minute, so surprised at what we got for the money! Apartments are stunning and central. We really felt like we had a little break away for next to nothing. If we'd shared with another couple it would have worked out £20 each rivaling the prices of local hostels - what were used to. Kitchen is amazing, with dishwasher and washing machine, plenty to cook with more than most places. Couches are comfy, beds are comfy, and there's a wee balcony going out from the master bedroom which is a wee sun trap! It's tiny, but can fit a couple bar stools out there. The lounge area feels really up market, full length windows line the whole wall. Well decorated, in good repair, a couple areas of wear and tear but nothing you can't ignore. Would definitely recommend.

Great location to city center! We were shocked at how large/modern this apartment was. Huge tub in guest bathroom. Beds and couches comfortable. Parking in the parking garage across the street was discounted by the apartments with a voucher.

We were given the wrong key for check in and had to wait over an hour with multiple phone calls before someone came to help us and then they didn't even know the code to give us our key. We had a tour booked for 5pm after we got there and had to miss a good chunk of it because it took so long to drop off our stuff. Best they could do was a 25% discount on a future stay but since we will not be going to any of the cities they have locations this is not very useful. The place itself was fairly nice but the bad customer service unfortunately messed the experience up.

great base for few nights in Glasgow. Best of the merchant city on your doorstep. Check in at weekends can be a bit confusing (like an escape room challenge). Apartment was good (for the time we spent in it). Would definitely use again. £15 for a late check out is worth it.

Great location but... My apartment was super smelly and didn't seem clean at all. Also the hallways were quiet smelly. I booked in here to use the kitchen...I decided to go out for dinner. I felt like spending the least time as possible in the apartment.

location is good but really too noisy.... we arrived on sat which the check in is not smooth at all as the reception was closed - even the hotline side are quite helpful

Very happy with everything. The location is amazing, the flat had everything we needed. The guys at the reception did everything to accommodate our needs.
