I
have
been
working
with
Will
for
a
year
now
and
it
has
been
the
best
decision
I
have
ever
made.
He
has
totally
changed
my
attitude
to
training.
I
have
never
had
the
confidence
to
do
any
sort
of
strength
training
until
I
started
working
with
Will.
Now
I
can
regularly
enter
any
gym
and
set
up
sessions
on
my
own
and
even
enjoy
them.
His
goals
are
realistic
and
he
has
such
a
nice
way
of
making
exercise
part
of
a
long
term
lifestyle
change
rather
than
a
short
term
blitz
like
I
used
to
do.
He
is
so
approachable
and
always
on
hand
pretty
much
24/7
for
help
when
needed.
If
i
ever
have
any
questions
outwith
our
weekly
sessions,
he
takes
time
to
go
over
and
beyond
to
reply
with
voice
notes
and
demonstration
videos
which
are
always
much
appreciated.
I
feel
so
good
about
my
strength
and
fitness
at
the
moment
and
I
couldn't
have
done
it
without
his
help.
I
would
recommend
him
to
absolutely
anyone
who
wants
to
make
a
postive
change,
not
just
to
their
fitness
but
overall
wellbeing.
Not
to
mention
I
am
probably
the
best
volleyball
player
I
have
ever
been
right
now
due
to
my
fitness.
