    Best personal trainer I’ve ever met, and I’ve seen a few! Will has taught me how to lift heavy, safely and people can’t believe the difference in me - both in terms of confidence, energy levels and physique. Will has a very gentle and positive personality which encourages you to push yourself further each week. Even after 12 hour shifts or on Saturday mornings, training with him is always a joy. Couldn’t recommend him more 🙌🏻😁

    Will was an excellent coach, he took the time to understand what I wanted to get out of our training sessions and adapted his workouts, tailoring them to me. Over a short period of time I lost weight and gained muscle all thanks to the time he dedicated to my fitness journey. If you're looking for a PT in Glasgow, Will is your guy!

    I joined Will pre COVID and he’s been a fantastic support and coach these last few years. Through covid he gave me all the tools to make sure I didn’t pile on the pounds through the pandemic. He’s got me into the best shape and weight I’ve been in years. My job is pretty stressful and he makes sure that when I come in, its a great release and he makes sure to push me in a supportive way to get the best results. You won’t find a better coach.

    Been working with Will now for almost a year and couldn’t recommend him highly enough. I’ve always struggled with maintaining a fitness regime over long periods of time, going through bursts of intense training then nothing for months, this is the most consistent I have ever been thanks to Will. Having someone to make you accountable makes such a difference and has been well worth the money. Will is really passionate and knowledgable when it comes to fitness but at the same time keeps training relaxed and light hearted. Outside of our sessions he offers great support and is always updating programs to keep things fresh. If you’ve been thinking about making a change in your lifestyle or fitness then get yourself to power HQ 💪

    I started training with Will in March of 2022 and still to do this day. I have amassed a wide range of knowledge about training thanks to Wills extensive knowledge and friendly approach! He’s made me enjoy training again and feeling all the better for it, continuously achieving new goals we set out for myself and having a laugh whilst doing so. Can’t ask for more!

    I have been working with Will for a year now and it has been the best decision I have ever made. He has totally changed my attitude to training. I have never had the confidence to do any sort of strength training until I started working with Will. Now I can regularly enter any gym and set up sessions on my own and even enjoy them. His goals are realistic and he has such a nice way of making exercise part of a long term lifestyle change rather than a short term blitz like I used to do. He is so approachable and always on hand pretty much 24/7 for help when needed. If i ever have any questions outwith our weekly sessions, he takes time to go over and beyond to reply with voice notes and demonstration videos which are always much appreciated. I feel so good about my strength and fitness at the moment and I couldn't have done it without his help. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone who wants to make a postive change, not just to their fitness but overall wellbeing. Not to mention I am probably the best volleyball player I have ever been right now due to my fitness. Thanks so much Will

    After having the opportunity to train with Will after winning his personal training competition, I couldn't recommend him enough. He is so motivating and has so much knowledge that he implements into every session. He knows exactly what he talks about and puts so much effort into his clients and the plans he makes up. The enthusiasm and love he has for his job definitely shows through his efforts. I would highly recommend Will as a personal trainer as you would definitely get your moneys worth and always leave a session feeling like you have worked hard! Couldn't thank Will enough for everything he has taught me in such a short period of time!

    Will has been my personal trainer for more than a year and is a star....he truly knows his stuff and is a fabulous motivator. I have managed to get results which I never thought were possible because this was the first time I started going to the gym in my life. As time passed, I started enjoying working out in the gym and felt positive, much more energetic. His main strengths are: quickly understanding your specific personal training needs; keeping it interesting by trying new things and using a wide range of training styles. He is not pushy but does challenge you. If I could predict the future, I would say he is going to be the best personal trainer in Glasgow.

    Working with Will has been extremely beneficial for my training and lifestyle. The quality of my training has never been better, and I’ve made great progress towards my fitness goals. None of this would have been possible if it wasn’t for Will’s knowledge of training and nutrition and in particular his approach to keeping me accountable. I would 100% recommended Will to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals.

    I first started training with Will a year ago now and in the past year he has been more than happy to educate me about my body. Because of a work related back injury, my training had took a back step for a couple months in which Will had provided me with some amazing rehabilitation exercises and for that reason my body has never felt better. Leading me to get back into my training and getting into the best shape of my life! I’d also like to add that it’s because of his friendly nature, and great banter we have together, I can say that he is now a very good friend of mine.

    I have done one to one sessions and group sessions with Will since Nov last year and since then I have really noticed a big difference in myself. I have become a lot more confident in the gym as last year I really had no clue what I was doing at all! I'm a lot happier with my results so far and I know for a fact this will continue to become a lot better with his help. I would really recommend to get in touch with Will if you are looking for a PT. He really knows what he is talking about and is a great motivator!!!

    I have been training with Will for over a year now. It has been great to work with a trainer who helps you reach realistic goals and incorporate training into your daily lifestyle. Will is very motivating, knowledgeable and genuinely a very friendly guy. His knowledge of fitness is great and he is also willing to learn, especially if a client has specific injuries or health issues that need a tailored fitness plan. I have recommended him in to friends who have also really enjoyed training with him and importantly we have seen results that are lasting. Will is also great at helping to change up your diet to help with your fitness. Cannot recommend him more.

    I’ve been doing PT sessions with Will for about a year and a half now, since then I’ve essentially doubled most of my lifts. He’s a great guy and he’s also great at teaching proper techniques for almost any exercise you can think of as well as outlining really good training plans

    Power HQ kept myself and the kids sane over covid lockdown. Will makes every session enjoyable and motivating for the whole family. We continue to look forward to our booked pt sessions and what he has in store for us. Will has taught myself and especially the kids (ages 8 and 11) the important of keeping active and staying healthy however still having fun at the same time. I couldn’t recommend Will more.💪🏼👍

    I’ve been going to Will at Power HQ for almost two years now. Will is patient, dedicated and put me at my ease from day one. His USP is his ability to train everyone from new starts (me) to experienced gym goers without compromising the workouts and his genuine passion for getting and keeping fit is infectious. He also lets me listen to Dua Lipa.

    I have been with Will for over 2 years and he is a brilliant person and a superb PT! He has helped me get a lot fitter and stronger and at the same time helped me develop a much bigger knowledge of the gym and how to use the equipment with the best form possible. While he is very professional and motivating, he is also a good laugh and someone to go to if I needed help or advice

    I cannot say how much I recommend working with Will. His optimism, professionalism, support, healthy outlook on fitness goals, great knowledge and flexibility resulted in me experiencing a fantastic, challenging and very educational 4 months of training during my stay in Glasgow. I left Glasgow feeling happier, healthier and fitter (both physically and mentally) than I had in years, which is amazing given what the year of 2020 has in store for all of us. If I was still living in Glasgow there would be no doubt in my mind that Will would still be my PT - but for now I am very grateful to call him a good friend. Do yourself a favour and hire this guy. You won’t regret it.

🫤 They were not able to reopen the Sauna and jacuzzi since 2020, which is more than pathetic now. These were just renovated pre Covid and we are not able to use them for 3 years and there is no hope, that we can use them anytime soon.
