Who wears a suit these days? I ask because I work for a bank, and even managers a couple of grades above me no longer wear suits. I'm based in a main office of 2K+ colleagues and you'd be hard pushed to see a suit. #BusinessCasual Despite this, half of the men's department is dedicated to suits. This seems to impact on the range and sizing on offer for other clothing lines. Next need to get a handle on the fact that the business world is changing. Still, they're better than M&S!

Great sale.. making way for all the lovely spring fashion. Staff are a smashing and so willing to help. The only bit of constructive criticism I would like to give is to pay more attention to customers waiting to pick up online orders. No acknowledgement from staff. That's twice I've experienced that in the last week.. one young gentleman was pretty upset as he was on his lunch hour..

Nope, no pictures, .... ordered online to pick up at Silverburn. The shop itself is one of the better ones, with loads of stock and friendly staff, however, the 'click & collect' leaves a little to be desired. There's no designated area for orders .... there is a panel to put your 'order number' in and then hang around like a spare part. This time ( it was a Saturday, so busier than normal) .... but still, ... not ideal Next 🤗

Went here to look for some dressy/evening tops. There were really no shops with evening wear. Its mostly all for the youngsters. The style seems to be smocks and cheesecloth tops which are very thin. Very disappointed. Came away with nothing😔

Good choice of clothes, latest varieties, all shapea and aizes available. The staff is friendly and helpful. Worth a visit

Good clothes and prices to match. One thing I can fault them on is I got home and was about to put on my new trousers on for an event the cashier had kept the tag on ..If their security barriers had been working I would have been embarrassed by this and left a bad review , I had to take the tag off myself carefully with some tools as by time I noticed the shop was closed.

A bit chaotic today. Sale stock mixed with normal stock so hard to know what the price is.

I went to Next purposely to check out their stock on Bath&Body Works products. I'm so thrilled I don't have to pack an extra suitcase any longer when I travel home to get more of my favourite scents. Hopefully they expand their selections soon.

Very nice shopping centre, good selection of shops and restaurants plenty of parking. But it's one heck of a walk from the restaurants to M&S you have to be fit.

A lot of shops are empty, it lacks a shopping atmosphere. Braehead is better and the Fort.

Entered the shop looking for home gift to buy. I'm not the best at shopping . Staff member Andrew Wason was only too willing to assist in me choosing . I decided on a diffuser. Excellent customer service from the staff at Next Silverburn. My Directory parcel went missing and the staff went above and beyond to help me in a friendly and efficient manner. Thanks in particular to Gemma and another young guy who was serving on the tills at the time, they both provided excellent customer service.

I hardly go here as find their sizes are small compared to other retailers. Went in to exchange a coat that was given as a gift, had no verbal communication with the male staff member who attended to me, not even a smile. Customer service is needed.
