I received eyebrow, eyeliner and lip semi permanent tattoo from Barbara. A very polite, warm professional who put me at ease- especially with it being my first time. 1 year on and I am still delighted with my results. I can't wait to book in for more treatments at Clinica Medica as I know I'm in safe hands.

So disappointed by the total bait and switch this place operates. Had a half hour laser appt booked. It began over half an hour late and I was out in less than 20 minutes, yet they charged me double the quoted £75/30min. At no point was I told the price would be more for doing... both sides of my leg? Or both of my legs? It barely even matters because it didn’t take any more time or energy. I’m lucky it was only lasering. I hate to think of people trusting their faces to such a dishonest business. UPDATE: although of course they had my contact details already, I contacted them about this review as requested. A week later I’ve had no response. The results of the few minutes of treatment are also now visible and, unsurprisingly, there aren’t any.

I attended at Clinica Medica today for a full leg wax and a Brazilian. I was met by Michaela who is friendly and welcoming. I felt immediately at ease with Michaela and without a doubt she provided the best waxing experience I've ever had. It was quick and painless and Michaela uses breathing techniques and humour to make sure you feel both comfortable and relaxed. She is also a very chatty and lovely person. Thanks Michaela. X

I am a nurse practitioner so I am always extremely thorough when having treatments. On researching treatments for weak pelvic floors i came across Emsella and Clinic Medica. After having three children I have been left with an extremely weak pelvic floor, this meant i was unable to enjoy life as I should. I couldn’t run about after my babies, couldn’t join in with activities and was left very limited with what exercise i could take part in. Emsella was comfortable and pain free, i noticed a massive improvement after only a few sessions. I can now run for short periods and can enjoy life without worrying about leaks! This treatment is truly life changing. The staff at clinica medica are professional, thorough and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Went today with my daughter for the first time for skin treatment and the service was fantastic. Dr Awfa Paulina and Kirsty MacLeod especially really made my daughter feel at ease and explained everything thoroughly. The clinic is of very high standard of cleanliness and professionalism. The staff on reception were also very polite, professional and made the initial welcome even more special by offering tea and coffee while we waited. The owner of this place is very rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable when I was in, I've never felt like that ever in the presence of another person before. Beware, can't comment on the staff and treatment as I didn't get to that due to how unprofessional owner is i couldnt get out quick enough.

After great pressure by my wife, I finally made an appointment for a consultation with Shirley to consider the spider veins on my face. I was placed completely at ease by Shirley who carefully considered and explained the appropriate treatment and she administered the laser therapy with immediate and miraculous effect. Had my first appointment at Clinica Medica today with Karen to have some lips fillers done. Customer Service was great. Karen went through loads of information before going ahead with my treatment and answered all my questions fully. The clinic was clean and modern and Karen insured that I was comfortable throughout my procedure. I was really happy with my whole experience and will be back for all my future procedures. Great service at Clinica Medica. Salon staff are all friendly and welcoming and Julie is a brilliant stylist. She always gives excellent advice and resulting cut and colour is always fab!
