It’s a cool slightly darkly lit wine bar/bottle shop. Tried some nice wines here! They have some unusual stuff too. Comfy and good place to relax.

Overall, it was alright. But I was surprised that my dish contained crumbs of sourdough rather than the actual bread like what their menu indicated.

Really liked the vibe at this wine bar. Dimly lit spot with nice seating, the wait staff are super attentive & warm. Enjoyed the wines - especially the Oyster Bay white wine. For food, the Kingfish and fried bread are definitely worth ordering but don’t come here if you’re after anything more than a bite to eat. Was disappointed how small the menu was, because on Instagram they looked to have way more substantial dishes - unfortunately they don’t put up their menu online though

Great wine list Many more by the bottle as well. Dog friendly seating under cover as well. There were a number of vegan options. Hidden around the corner so a relaxed break on a walk

Always enjoy an encounter with fabulous food and an outstanding wine list at The Moon in Collingwood. Cute little venue with excellent and knowledgeable staff, all complemented by delicious food.

Wine for $20 a glass and all pours were under 150ml. Food was tasty but the tiniest portion for their price. The pasta ragu was over cooked dry mince beef. Pretty unhappy all round. Won't be coming back

Easily some of the best service I have ever experienced at a bar - amazing and unique cocktails, fun wine list! Also had some very lovely nibbles which were made vegetarian upon request 🫶 love the moon!

A waitress with short hair was racist! She was super rude! She ruined our good mood last night! But the rest of the wait postaff was super nice, I can't believe a restaurant this cozy hires waitresses like that!

Gorgeous atmosphere! The moody lighting makes for the perfect setting for a great conversation with great company while drinking a great glass of wine. The bar staff give excellent recommendations if you are indecisive and do one of the best gin martini’s I’ve ever had.

Great spot for a drink and bite to eat. Solid wine selection, and delicious food coming from the kitchen. As an added bonus the staff are super friendly too! Highly recommend

Love love LOVE the moon! I always take visitors to Melbourne here, its easily my favourite wine bar in Melbourne. A great selection of wines by the glass and a ridiculous level of choice by the bottle! Staff are friendly and super knowledgeable and always happy to guide your choice if you're unfamiliar with some of the wines. Food is limited but is always super tasty and unique. Finally the vibe is also just perfect - it is casual enough for a sneaky sunday afternoon wine but also has intimate little spaces to make it perfect for a date night. If i had to say something bad about it I would say its probably the handle to the bathroom door. You have to turn it a funny way and I'm too dumb to remember this each time I go so it catches me out

Excellent, cosy wine bar in Collingwood. Lovely atmosphere and wide selection of Australian and International wines. Also a nice selection of beers and cocktails. Food is pricey, but the quality is top notch. Went for a couple of drinks and a few nibbles before hitting Smith St for dinner = perfect.

Disappointing. Very limited menu when Instagram photos promise much. Cheese selection was extraordinarily mundane.

The bartender was great and took the time to help us figure out what we wanted to drink. I also really appreciate the wine knowledge she shared with us. But despite the good service, we found this place incredibly overpriced for what it is. We ordered the "charcuterie" which was nothing more than one type of meat that resembled something from the Aldi deli section. At $15 a plate, it was horrible value for price. Will find another wine bar in the neighborhood next time.

The moon is a dark, sleek bar and bottle shop with an extensive wine selection. I wish they offered more funky natural wine by the glass but they have plenty by the bottle.

Awesome range of local and international wines for take away. Most of which you cant find elsewhere. Very knowledgable staff - i cant wait to dine in again

You must come here ! I absolutely love the Moon, delicious food and a great atmosphere. There always seems to be small menu changes as well as a rotating wine list so there's always something new to experience when I come. Cannot thank the FOH team and chefs enough for creating such great full experience

Stopped in for a couple of glasses of wine - great selection, excellent service with very friendly staff. Grabbed a bottle take away as well, which went exceptionally well with dinner.

The atmosphere: dim and comfortable not very quiet though but beautiful and kinda luxurious. Crew: kind and lovely very attending Wines: I tried their burgundy Erich was aromatic and goes well with their cheese platter, I expected more wine varieties though. The price: reasonable
