Overpriced... Cost $30 for my 14M baby plus extra $5 if my husband wanna join us... We were not really enjoy it, as you can see how crowded inside the play center. They haven't limited the entry number, so we paid $35 just for the ball pool. The most ridiculous issue is the hygiene. How dirty is this center?? I found mouse poos in the castle! Really?!?! The management team should look after this! Otherwise how can they get the cert. from council.

Loved it here the first time but it seems maintenance needs to be looked at. I turned around and my 15kg (not very heavy) son was on the ground crying. He had fallen after a piece of equipment ripped. Told the girl at the front. For the cost ($60 for two kids) I’m not sure we will be back.

Variety of play areas catering to different age groups. Had 3 children age 9, 7 and 4 who spent 5 hours and still didnt want to leave. Busy but different levels and areas were entertaining. Had the vegetarian options noodles, fried rice and tofu. Fresh, Tasty and good quantity. The cake/muffin was great. The driving car, rick climbing and a big ball pit were highlights. Will definitely come back.

All of the kids play spaces were fantastic. With better seating, it would have been 5 stars easily. I have an age spread, and there is something for the all. Pay to ride cars and train. Huge trampoline section. Rock climbing for those tall enough. Lego wall, and the most massive ball pit I’ve ever seen. PLUS the climbing jungle and volcano. When your hungry, grab the typical chips and fried foods, or try out a great variety of delicious Asian dishes! You will be here for hours. But securing a table can be tough. Particularly on the weekends when people just aren’t leaving. All together a great place for kids and worth while visiting.

Lots of activities for most ages of children. Little bit steep price wise Make sure you bring socks, or they won't let you in (parents included) -shoes off. There is a cafe but didn't try it. Good day out.

In my opinion this playcenter is too expensive, we pay $30 for general use of the playcenter plus there are extras $10 for a 5 minute drive on a small circuit and other extras if you want to use the trampoline or if you want to climb. this place has many different slide and a great place for Lego but nothing extraordinary, the place needs to improve cleanliness...needs to manage how many people are inside because it is too busy, there is a Chinese cafeteria and carpark

I've taken my kids here quite a few times for a play and for parties since they've opened. Overall it is not a cheap activity if you compare to other play centres but my kids love it here and can spend all day here if I let them. We usually just do the $30 entry to the standard play area and that's enough for them. The lego wall & ball pit alone keeps them occupied for ages. The best part for me is a complete menu on offer. Restaurant quality Asian dishes, fish/nuggets & chips, iced drinks, barista coffee, cake slices, fruit plates etc etc I don't have to stop by anywhere afterwards for lunch, win-win! Would be amazing if they brought it out to the table or buzzer system. It's a challenge if you have young kids with you sitting at the table waiting by themselves vs having them stand and wait 20mins with you for food. Improvements can be made in the running of the parties from my experience, the main part is lack of an attendant or host. You have to hunt staff down if you need something. Not easy on a weekend when it's full house with hundreds of people in the centre. Overall a great play centre we will keep returning to and I have seen it has made improvements over time to give a better service offering.

Such a great idea and concept and some great areas. A few broken/damaged toys out. Staff on sections literally standing there and doing absolutely nothing to enforce rules or check wristbands. Single person on trampoline rule not possible and my 2 year old kept having big kids jump in her space and scare herX Too many people allowed in at once. Was absolutely insane by 12 and not very safe. Food service with one tv in only one section to know your food is ready is ridiculous . Great concept, could be executed a lot better. Gives money hungry vibes and puts profits ahead of experience for customers

I took my kids and had a birthday party here. Rainbow Town served us with enthusiasm and patience. There are different facilities and delicious food. Children are really happy here. The only fly in the ointment is that it is too busy here on weekends. Whatever, my children are really happy. That’s enough. Anyway, both my children and I have had a perfect weekend here.

Rainbow Town Play Centre may be a bit pricier than other options, but it's worth the occasional visit in our household as a reward for getting chores done. The variety of activities offered is very impressive, from bumper cars to trampolines and a challenging rock-climbing wall that keeps our kids engaged for hours. One highlight is its suitability for kids' parties, with private rooms and flexible catering options. The friendly staff ensure a memorable experience for the children, offering a huge range of activities to keep them happy. However, it's important to note that weekends and school holidays can get quite crowded, making it challenging to find seating. To avoid this, we prefer weekday visits, which also come with slightly lower prices. The food, especially for adults, is of high quality and reasonably priced, resembling what you'd find in a proper Asian restaurant. The kids' menu is standard but satisfies their tastes. Overall, Rainbow Town Play Centre is a worthwhile treat for kids and a convenient venue for special occasions.

Huge area with a good variety of activities. The place is more run down than what's advertised on their website. The hygiene in the parents room was poor. They had two change mats, one was covered in liquid and an used nappy. Not enough staff patrolling the place. A little boy came up to me and told me he couldn't find his mummy. I took him to one of the staff and he just looked at me with a blank look. The dinning area was too small for a play centre of this size. I don't think it's worth the price they're charging for.

Today we celebrated а birthday of а four-year-old son of our friends!!! very happy that they chose this beautiful place. children and parents enjoyed a huge maze, many different slides and a carousel. Nice and too much fun karting! Very clean and well maintained play area. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food was well prepared and tasty and the waiter served the kids, they also really enjoyed it. Even though we live far away, we will still come back!

This place is huge and has everything you could possibly want to keep the kids entertained. Rock climbing, bumper cars, ball pit, slides and the trampoline park!

Maintenance need to be looked at. They were so many broken foamy stairs on the play area. The ball guns not working at all. Overall, nice experience. I like the concept of lego wall. I would really recommend to come in week days to double the fun otherwise it gonna be so crowded.

Hugh play centre suitable for different age kids. Rock climbing, trampoline, slides, bumping cars, baby/toddler area, etc. Kids love to come here and spend the whole day with their friends. Their party packages are reasonably priced, you can also add on balloon decorations with extra money. They recently renovated with extra sitting area which was a big success, it gets really busy during weekend and school holidays, but most of the time you will find somewhere to sit and relax.

Centre was very clean and staff was very supportive. I would highly recommend them for your child's next birthday party. All kids who attended the party they just loved it. Thanks to rainbow town play centre and their staff

It's fun playcentre. However, it needs more staff to organise it. No enough space to set down and eat food. Also, you need a long waiting time for climbing area . I think they can improve it to become the best one.

Love coming to rainbow town. We originally came with our small ideas membership but have come back time and time again for years and even had 2 birthdays here. This is the best play centre ever. We always stay open til close and get our money worth for sure. We always get the whole centre because that is where the best value is. The new bumper cars are excellent and the new seating is much more comfortable to settle in for the whole day. The food is excellent quality, we always go for the asian meals and then chips and nuggets for the kids. Well done rainbow town on running a clean, safe and FUN business.

Honesty good price on the weekend with the deals, $40 for child and adult included, for as long as you like you can try everything like the trampolines, rock climbing etc for no extra cost. Yes its more then your regular play centre but this is a child's dream playland and well worth it hell I even had fun. 😂
