Not a bad kebab joint. Last night had a chance to try this place. The place was empty, but I still gave it a go. Uber drivers coming and going. The guy was nice and polite. The food was an average potion, tasty lamb and just enough salads. The bread was on a dry side which was a let down. The prices are reasonable. Cheers.

After realising our intended lunch spot was closed Alev Alev became our replacement venue. Unfortunately as it’s more of a takeaway shop it was ill equipped to serve a group of 5 and certainly given the price point was fairly disappointing. I had the iskender which was voted the best meal on the table but still failed to impress. At $30 that’s probably the most I’ve ever paid for that dish and the sauces which usually make it what it should be were NQR. Safe to say we won’t return

When every street now offering kebabs it's a tough gig to win. I took the lunch deal for $22. Chips were hot and tasty, nicely salted. Mixed kebab was 4/5. Bread was toasted warm, decent thickness, garlic sauce top notch and the meat had plenty of flavour.

We’ve been getting our take away kebabs here for years. The Emerson are really lovely, the food is great. Simple and delicious.

Great food here. High quality and tasty meat with a very generous portion. Pricy, but absolutely worth it!

I just want to say I have eaten kebabs all over Melbourne and without a doubt none of them come close to this gem on glenhuntly road, every time it is amazing !!! The meat is always fresh and the chips oh my goodness!!! Plus Ali (the owner) he is the nicest guy , always smiling , polite and most importantly takes pride in his food. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a kebab once I tried his food and have been going consistently for a year and a half , do yourself a favour and go and try his food you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Been a few times recently and plan to keep going back because the Falafel kebab is phenomenal, one of the best I've ever had! Fresh tabouleh, delicious falafel and healthy dose of garlic sauce, yum yum! Kebab combo is at a great price point for kebab, chips and drinks, would recommend!
