The breakfast gem of Glenwood Springs. This little breakfast nook has the tastiest hollandaise. Perfectly cooked medium steak. A visually pleasing kids pumpkin pancake complete with banana slice eyes, strawberry nose, and a whip cream smily face. Smiling staff and unbelievably fast service. 1 minute wait on a Sunday morning. All star experience in every respect. Don’t miss this place during your stay at GS.

That gravy though! That Benedict though! A little slice of Bavarian heaven. Oh man this place is worth it! Everything is authentic and homemade. It is a little mom and pop shop and these people are working their tails off so if you’re in a hurry or someone that doesn’t have patience, this place isn’t for you. It’s absolutely worth it though, give it a shot!

I'm so sad to post this review but unfortunately they were WAY overpriced and the food wasn't good. We never got the coffee we ordered and my son never got his pancake that was suppose to be served with his meal and mimosas are served out of plastic cups. Take a look at our receipt. My son's omelet was over $25 ($3-$4 an item) and the omelet was burned. My daughter ordered 2 eggs over medium and it was FIVE dollars. A chocolate milk was $5. I can buy a gallon of milk for that. Come on! We are very well to do financially but that's just stupid. The waitress was very lovely but the prices and food were bad and their bathrooms are really gross. We will not be returning.

Sad to write this review, but this place used to be one of my favorite breakfast spots in the whole valley growing up. I remember the eggs Benny were so good, so I was very disappointed when I got mine today. They didn't even layer eggs Benny. They simply just topped it with a slice of salmon and the other with crab meat. That's it. The presentation and the quality has definitely gone downhill since I was a kid. Hopefully they'll step it back up again soon

Absolutely the best breakfast you can have here in Glenwood Springs. Don’t get discouraged by how small This place is. Once you eat here, it’ll be your forever place to go for breakfast! Make sure you try their Vienna Crepes… 👍

Big portions and good food. The servers were all nice but were thinly spread over a busy restaurant. It took a long time to get our check.

From NC, working in Glenwood Springs... This is one AWESOME place to have breakfast... even with it staying busy it only adds to how good the food is... the staff is top notch like the food... Loved my MIMOSAS as well...

Wow! Benedict Neptune (with REAL crab meat) along with a HUGE sticky bun and blueberry pastry. So yummy, we had such a relaxing breakfast and wasn’t hurried out. We sat and enjoyed mimosas and screwdrivers!

Very delicious french toast. Crepes and hash browns were good too. Delicious make-your-own omelette where you can pick your favorite ingredients. Schnitzel and spaetzle and more.

We had the bacon lovers duo, huevos rancheros, the chilli relleno and the schnitzel with potato’s and cabbage. It was all delightful. The service was quick. Employees were polite and accommodating. They also gave our friend a little sweet delight for her bday. This place is definitely a hot spot for BF/brunch.

It is a cute small place, but honestly nothing special. Food was blant (especially steak n eggs, it was flavorless). Our waitress was friendly but we had to constantly ask for more coffee. Alaskan Benedict and Gypsy Skillet were okay.

Amazing menu and everything is fresh and made to order. Food takes awhile, as Rosi’s seems short-handed like everywhere else but we’ll worth the wait. Hearty portions, friendly vibe, fair prices.

Cute little breakfast place. They have mimosa and Irish coffee. Healthy portion size with fresh ingredients. Great for kids and families.

The sticky buns are amazing gravy and biscuits could use a little something for my pallet but over all great food and wonderful staff

Excellent service, quality and variety. The Vienna crépes are a must. It’s the second year in a row my friends and I end our Aspen trip at Rosi’s and we plan to uphold the tradition in the future!

My spouse and I stumbled upon Rosi's while visiting Glenwood Springs recently. We loved this place. The dining area was tidy, clean and cute. Service was attentive, friendly and timely. We had the best breakfast, try the Austrian Schnitzel or the Eggs Benedict. (It seemed the chef had a great eye for detail.) Generous portions and very tasty. We took a pastry back to the hotel to share later and it was out of this world. First 5/5 on all categories I've given on Google. Keep up the good work!

We chose this place because it had great reviews, but be warned it’s not great. We were first greeted by a hostess who doesn’t speak to you just assumes you know to follow and sit we she goes. My gut instinct was to turn and run after we were seated and glanced at the menu but right as I was about to say that the waitress came to take our order so I thought we would roll the dice. First off, the food is way to overpriced, especially for what you get. That’s not the most disturbing part, I feel like this place has not had a great clean since it had opened. There were lights missing from every fixture, and every light flickered the whole time. The even all went out at once for a solid second or two. There was a constant loud banging the whole time coming from the kitchen which was 10 feet away. I appreciate a good small business breakfast spot but this one was a big miss for me. The saving grace was that our waitress was very nice but that doesn’t make up for the awful experience otherwise. I would avoid this place.

Food and service was great! It’s a small little gem, don’t miss it. Benedict was great but they didn’t layer them like a normal sandwich. The table was a little shaky as was the chair but we managed.

It was very busy but the service was still friendly and efficient. Our food came out in no time too! Everything we had was wonderful, the schnitzel was fantastic and the waffle too. I’d absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting Glenwood!

If you put the burnt pancake on the bottom of the stack, it's still going to taste burnt. I noticed it as soon as the plate was set down. I liked the blueberries on top. There were some large and tiny ones. I wish the syrup was served warm. The coffee was ok. The server was great about keeping it filled. My husband said his chocolate chip pancakes were nice. It's a quaint little spot in a good location. The server was nice. Looked like there was a decent selection of treats in the front case.
